Hey, My name is Stephen a 26 year old full time employed marine biologist. I'm originally from Melbourne, but moved to Hobart in August of last year. With the recent storm event, my room in a share house in Taroona was flooded, and requires too much repair for me to stay. I've lived in share houses in Melbourne, Hobart and overseas. I am clean, respectful, easy going and have made many good friends from my previous share houses. I enjoy anything involving the water, getting outside, music and relaxing with a movie. Also, I wasn't really sure how long to list the stay so just did 9 months. I hope to hear from you, Stephen
Hey! I'm Julien, a French mechanical engineering student and will be at UTas as a masters 2 student. I am currently in New Zealand since February and will arrive on the 7th-8th of July. I will stay at least until the 13th of November. I already experienced flatshare in New Zealand and would be glad to share a new one with you. I'm clean, quiet and love outdoors activities as hiking, mountainbiking, surfing.. I plan to visit Tasmania during the weekends but also to enjoy Hobart's city! Let me know if you are interested!
My husband and i are looking for a nice place to live near to Hobart CBD. We currently live in Melbourne but we applied for a new visa in which my husband will be studying in Hobart. So we are going to move around 12-15 of July due to his course start on 17 of July. We are very social and friendly.
Hi my name is Jolia :) I' am Vegan love animals. My profession is within the early childhood educator. I like keeping fit and mediating as part of my spiritual journy . I don't mind having conversation with people and slo respect their space. I enjoy in doors and outdoors.
Im a super chill, clean and easy to get along with individual. I’m fairly active so my days would be working, hiking, exploring, playing cards with anyone who will play, and throwing around a frisbee! I’m a really honest and independent individual. I enjoy getting to know my roommates but also appreciate and respect alone time. I really appreciate honest people who communicate effetively. I’ve found that works best in roommate situations, rather than passive aggressive people! I’m a keen traveller and haven’t explored Tas before so I’ll be hiking and camping lots hopefully. I'm Canadian, so living with me will guarantees a laugh a day at my accent! I’ve reached an age where I enjoy beer and wine still but not so much the party scene. Definitely enjoy a cheeky few drinks on the weekends though :] Cheers for your time. Steph
I am noiseless, I guess that's good enough, right? Haha, I like to think I'm a chill and pretty relaxed person, easy to get along with. If you don't bother me I don't bother you. If you want to hang out and I'm bored, I'm open for that too. I'm an exchange student, I'm up to meet new people, up for partying, meet new places, meeting new people (again), but I'm also planning to find a job and get some work experience as well, in order to make some money so I can go on trips after I'm done with uni. All in all, I just want a place to stay. Not looking for a 100% quiet space, but not looking for 100% partying place either. Just a balanced, economic place where I can have all my stuff and sleep from time to time.
I'm a full-time worker in Hobart City, graduated from UTAS last year (2017). I've been in Tasmania for almost 4 years now, mostly in Launceston due to the nature of my course (Architecture). This is my first time moving into Hobart, and I am still exploring this place. As of 2018, I'm 25 years old, from Singapore. I am slightly socially awkward. But if you spend enough time with me, you'll see a different person - outgoing, loud, funny, talkative (as according to my friends). Well, I do appreciate some alone time too. It's nice to respect each other's privacy at times. I do love the outdoors, though I don't really have time for it. Other than that, I'm usually a Netflix and chill person.

I am from Mumbai, India and will be starting my masters in Biological Sciences at UTAS in July 2018. Looking for a safe place with sociable and open-minded roommates. Looking for places that are close to the UTAS Sandy Bay Campus. I am open-minded, cooperative and sociable. Love to learn new things and experience new cultures. Ravenclaw so can get my nerd on. Presence of your pets highly favourable. Apart from Biology I enjoy theatre and would love to explore the city and the local wildlife in my free time. Will be engrossed in books and uni work, but wouldn't mind kicking back with flatmates from time to time. Always down for Harry Potter Movie Marathons!
Do you need a clean and friendly flatmate? I am your guy! I have uni full time, work part-time. I am a very flexible, kind, clean and respectable person. I always pay my bills on time, always down to socialize and to meet new people! I have my own business in photography and I am currently working towards my degree in graphic design and media. I love going on random adventures when I have time and listening to music and relaxing! I would love to hear from you! Cheers Matt H
I am a responsible 20-year-old woman, and future student of UTAS this coming Semester 2, 2018. I’m looking for a nearest shared accommodation near UTAS. It would be the best if all my housemates be female. I am friendly and fun to get along with. Looking for a friendly-environment household.
Hello! We are two sisters looking for a place to stay in 2018. We are both quiet, friendly and easygoing people. We are looking for a property with two rooms available, or a large room that we could share, as we are good friends (as well as sisters) and would love to stay together if possible! Megan is the oldest and a bit of a grandma on the inside :) She loves baking, art-ing, craft-ing and a good cup of tea every now and then. She is very interested in ecology and the environment and is in her third year of Bachelor of Natural Environment and wilderness studies at UTAS. Erin is the youngest of the two and loves painting and drawing :) She is studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts at UTAS and works most days in the CBD. Ideally, we would like to stay in Battery Point, Dynnyrne, South Hobart, Sandy Bay or the city, but if you have a place that you think would be suitable elsewhere that is easily accessible by public transport, we'd also be open to hearing from you :) We look forward to hearing from you!
I am 58 but young at heart with grown children.I love art, music, travel, big walks and food. I paint and sew and weave, always doing a creative project. I am easy going and very tidy in the home. I have a whole house of furniture that I want to use and require the use of a garage for storing my art supplies. Uni students welcome also, tenant would have own bathroom and own second room for study or private lounge ...
I'm a late 30s professional, keen lover of the great outdoors: On the weekends, you'll find me in nature, hiking, twitching and exploring beautiful Tasmania. During the week, I work an office job in Hobart, doing advisory and consulting, helping out at the Botanical Gardens occasionally. Pretty easy to get along with, more on the quiet side, non-smoker, no pets, I enjoy the occasional beer or wine, not scared of cooking up and baking almost anything. I clean up after myself, lots of experience with share houses, always pay my rent in advance, no strange habits I'd be aware of. Looking to move in early July since my current house has become unavailable, landlord going to Asia. Full ID, Police Check, pay slips etc. available if needed. Happy to drop by anytime so we can meet and chat!!
Respectful, reads, quiet, clean and tidy, B.A.S, PPL. In the yin yang of things, I'm about balance and enjoy time on my own and with others. I'm here for at least 2 months as a Canadian traveller and am looking forward to finding a cosy room and making some new friends in town. Although I enjoy them, I am allergic to cats. I do have a small car and require parking. Aside from that, I'm fairly easy going and available to come by in person at a time that suits your schedule. Cheers, David
Hello everyone! My partner and I currently live in Kingston! We both work in town so are looking for something a bit closer. We are very respectful and chilled out people. Ryan works in a food warehouse and also goes to gym 5/7 days a week, I work at flight centre in town 8-6 and other than that I’m usually out visiting my friends and family or just relaxing at home. We are both social people, and would love to share a home with some like minded people who love a good conversation and can be friends with us rather than just house mates. If you have something available or are interested in a team up please message me! Thank you
