Hi, looking for a house to share with someone, preferably female. I do have a dog and she is beautiful, friendly and well behaved. I like to be social and bit of a foodie but also keen for my own time here and there. I am very clean and organised. Very easy to get along with to be in a happy home. I also have some furniture in storage that would contribute to a house.
I've lived in toowoomba most of my life just looking for a fresh start, ready to move out of my parents place. I'm a dance teacher and studying education majoring in maths and special education. Have a very busy life balancing work and study but still love it sit down with a glass of wine or two on a saturday night.
I have just come to town working with Toowoomba Regional Council as their Senior Projects Officer (Parks and Recreation) and unfortunately the lady I am currently staying with (via Flatmates) has had a change in her family situation with her children about to return to live with her soon...so I’m in a bit of a spot at the moment. I’d be looking at about 4 months or so. I’m a quiet tidy non-smoker who is willing to do my fair share around your home....appreciate the opportunity to have a look at your place and have a chat...Tony
Hi, my name is Andrew. I have lived in Toowoomba my whole life & worked as a Carpenter/Joiner since leaving school. Circumstances have changed in my life & need a place to live. I work full time, so I’ll only be there at night. I’m clean, tidy & be sure to do my share of all the chores. I’m calm, gentle natured & easy to get along with. I have no pets & very little possessions.
Hi everyone, I'm originally from Melbourne and will be moving to Toowoomba for a full-time job as an IVF scientist in mid-August. I will be staying around 9 months (with possible extension, depending on the job). As I will not own a car, I prefer to live somewhere close to work (near St Vincent hospital) and the shops. I am generally a very clean, organised and reasonable person that respects other people's privacy. I am also a quiet, but friendly person. In my spare time, I like to binge TV dramas or anime, explore new places, try new foods and learn new skills (ie. baking, guitar). I hope to find a flatmate with a similar mindset and be able to get along with. I am also looking to only share with females at this point. I will start my training in Brisbane from the 19/07/18 and then move to Toowoomba after 2 - 3 weeks (approx. 13/08/18). I hope to check out places during the weekends while I am training. Please contact me to organise inspections.
I just keep to myself only looking for something for short-term... Till I get my own house . . I'm into dirtbikes i don't mind getting on it on the weekends with a few mates .
Hi, I'm Faiz from Townsville. I've been living in Brisbane for the past 10 years, Townsville for the past 1.5 years and I'll be moving down to Toowoomba for a civil engineering job. I'll be working full time Monday to Friday and like to occasionally explore over the weekends, if not travelling to Brisbane. I'm a clean and pretty laid back person who enjoys football, basketball or (almost) any sport! I'm pretty sociable, but far from a party animal. I have previously rented in share-houses with no issues. Happy to team up with right group of people and look for a sharehouse.
Hi, I'm 28 and pursuing Masters degree in Engineering at USQ. The lease of my current house expires on 22nd July, 2018 and I do not wish to continue it as I haven't found a flatmate yet or someone to team up with. Okay with pretty much any kind of house/flat with a private room. I tend to lead a fairly quiet lifestyle and I generally keep to myself, however, I'm more than happy to socialise with my flatmates over the weekend. Work 50 hours a week including weekends and 2 days of Uni. Would love to share the house/flat with someone who cleans after themselves. Like to keep the surroundings clean n tidy. Love pets but don't have any.
I am an enthusiastic and outgoing person who loves being around others however, can also appreciate alone time! I already live out of home and therefore, am a reliable 18 year old in terms of being able to pay my rent every week. I work 3 jobs and really only have Sundays off but some other days are half days! I am currently on a gap year to earn some $$ but look forward to attending uni next year
Engineer moving from Brisbane for work. Seems to be plenty of 3-4 bedroom options for $300-400 that'd be ideal to split. I will be working full time but should be up for a chat when around. I'm neat and happy to share cooking/cleaning duties or just do my own thing.
I'm an easy going chick, I love to have a chat and a drink but also value my privacy and tranquility. I work full time in hospitality as a bartender at Fitzys. I am looking for a place to share with someone else, but I want to avoid anywhere with heaps of flatmates. Location is of high priority as I don't own a car, so close to the city is a must. If I sound like a fitting tenant feel free to contact me.
I am easy going, always up for a good laugh. I am very social but also respect privacy and enjoy my personal space. Love the outdoors and going on adventures. bonus points if you'll join me 😋 like a tidy environment I am either looking to stay in Toowoomba for a bit longer to get myself set up a bit more. OR moving straight to brissy or the sunny coast and starting fresh.
