Hi, I'm Daphne! I'm originally from Singapore and have graduated from UTAS with a Bachelor of Science - I majored in Zoology :) I currently work as a receptionist at an animal shelter and also as a waitress at a Chinese restaurant. In my spare time, I like to work out, go for walks/runs, play games (I have a Nintendo Switch, we can play Just Dance if you're up for that!), and watch Netflix! I'm looking for chill housemates who would be up to hang occasionally, maybe even go bushwalking with!

Its important to me to be a considerate, gentle and supportive housemate, and I aim to create a stress free sanctuary. I am a self employed maker of textiles and silver jewellery and also work a little in administration in the community sector. Ideally I'd love to be able to set up a small desk/workspace at home for my sewing machine/ creative projects at home. I have a discreet indoor kitty called Monica who is very low maintenance, clean and friendly. She is very easygoing and has spent time with other cats without issue. In the rapidly changing Covid situation I have become quite homesick and therefore considering a move to Hobart after a few years in Melbourne. Have created this profile to casually start looking for potential digs.

I'm a 23 year old student in my final year of my Arts/Law degree. Work part time at the university and as a parliamentary adviser. Have a passion for human rights, the environment, hiking, beer and strong long blacks. Equally happy having a chat about history/philosophy/politics over a cup of tea or playing games over a few drinks. Have been living in share houses in Europe but back due to Corona and looking for a place ASAP

A pretty adventurous and chill personality on the lookout for likeminded housemates! Im a very tidy person in all shared spaces, and spend a lot of my time working in hospo/tourism which I love, but that also means I really appreciate alone time. That said however! I'll almost always be up for a beer or (occasionally) indulging in guilty pleasures like Masterchef or a battle royale match. I love anything to do with the ocean / bushwalking / dogspotting, and am currently saving up for hopefully a grand trip around Australia in a couple years time. Outside of iso/quarantine I usually visit my partner in Victoria quite often too. In the meantime the dream sharehouse for me would be near Hobart (as that's where I work) have a bathroom to housemate ratio of 1:2, bedroom big enough for a double bed, and prefs off street parking, but of course I'm flexible with all of that :) i do shiftwork and am very conscious of keeping quiet whenever I have an early start or late finish at work. My diet is also mostly plant based, but I'm not the type to judge or push my preference on anyone else / totally don't mind living with other dietaries. Please feel free to ask me any questions or request refs!

Hello luvs, my name is Bronte. I'm a little hippie darling from the east coast, planning on moving down to Hobart to study and find work (there are just no opportunities for me up here :( ). I've lived in a boarding house for 6 years so i'm a very very clean person and respectful. I always keep my spaces organised and clean, I've worked as a maid for two years and cant handle dirty bathrooms or floors so you'll be getting a free cleaning service with me around. I love to cook, garden, talk about art and music and just have some sweet banter. I run a small Jewellery business called Lazy Jane Jewelz. I spend most of my time creating my resin jewels and gardening/gathering flora to put in them. If you have a backyard or unused garden plots i would absolutely love to grow some veges and herbs so we don't have to buy things from the shop! I have a very polite cat, her name is Honey and she is my therapy animal. Shes follows me everywhere so wont be in anyone's way. She does not poop/pee in the house, shes trained outside and likes to spend her days getting cuddles and sleeping in the sun. She is extremely friendly and lovable, she experiences detachment anxiety from me so leaving her is a no go for both of us. I'm also a gamer so if you're into that then we'll get along. I've got my own PlayStation and Nintendo Switch to contribute to the household. I'm a big gaming nerd despite being an earth lady. if you get me started talking on a game (especially the red dead series) it's hard to get me to stop. I love sharing and making things for everyone. when i lived at the boarding house i would make freshly baked goods for everyone in my dorm and id bring up all sorts of games for game nights. I was a vegan for 2 years so if you have any specific diets i got you! please message me for any questions! -love Bronte and Honey <3
