Hey, my name is Cian! I’m on the working holiday visa having just moved from Ireland. I’m looking for a room for sometime in the middle of January. I’m signed to an agency that gets me temporary office work on the regular. I’ll be working full time during the week Monday to Friday and off at the weekends. I like to keep it pretty chill weekdays and go out and about at the weekends. I enjoy a party or two but quiet nights in as well. I’m super clean and would love to mix and make friends with housemates but also allow some space and “me time”.
Girl in her early 20's, moving from the country to Melbourne for study and career opportunities. I am neat and very considerate of other peoples personal space. I can cook and love to garden and keep house plants and I am quite handy around the house. I have a friendly 2 year old male German Shepherd named Finn who loves people and fetch, I am more than happy to introduce him first. Finn will need a reasonable sized back yard with good fences to keep him safe. Finn is house trained, but will only come inside if it is in the interest of all occupants. (I have a very good vacuum!). I am also open to living with other people's animals, as long as they are well cared for. My hobbies include art, gardening and I play a couple of instruments for fun when I get the time. I would like to live with people who love animals, and who I can become friends with and hang out with in some of our spare time as I am a social person and like to make connections. I love to go to gigs and meet new people, I only drink occasionally. I like to stay organised with my finances so bills will always be paid on time. I would prefer at least one other female occupant. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me!
Hey there! Looking for a place to live for the next 4-12 months. I am keen on seeing different areas of Melbourne so don't mind if it is only a shorter-term lease. My selling points: often out of the house, will contribute indoor plants and wafts of delicious food down the hallway. Will happily keep to myself or have a chat. Have lived in many share houses around the world so know the drill. I am clean (very keen on the idea of a cleaning schedule) and considerate of space (will clean up my stuff when finished in communal spaces, and will try to use the kitchen when no ones else is). Me: - I have just finished up a Sociological research project on dating apps and gender norms (very interesting) and am currently seeking a social-science research position for 2019, considering a PhD for the year after. I also volunteer at an organisation advocacing for more humane policy for people seeking asylum in Australia. - I play field hockey and generally like to be active. - Typical millennial who likes travel and food. - Non-typical millennial who doesn't like social media. What I'm looking for in my housemates: Don't have too many expectations but definitely looking for being with shared values around being eco-conscious and open-minded and, potentially most importantly, I am keen on housemates who like to communicate when they have issues (I will do the same) so we can discuss, compromise and continue on with a happy and sustainable housemate relationship. What I'm looking for in my new dwelling: ~10min walk to a train station (or tram directly into the city). Anywhere in the South-East or Eastern suburbs. Medium-to-lots of natural light.
Hey guys! I’ve been living in Thailand for 2 years and traveling SEA for almost 3. I’ll be moving to Melbourne to start my masters in Education at Deakin University around March. I’m very laid back and almost nothing annoys me. I’ve no issues with anything that anyone does, I’ll probs be doing the same. When I’m home I’ll be either Netflixing, sleeping, or pre-drinking. I spend a lot of alone time but I’m pretty social too. I like dogs but I ain’t gonna have one with me. I’m looking for a room where I could sleep, chill, and study. And fun roommates, not into stuck up boring ones. Also I’m gay so not a chance for homophobes. Cheers!
We're laid-back couple from Germany who love cooking and like to have a chat or a glass of wine sometimes. We enjoy relaxed weekends. We keep common areas clean and tidy and would prefer someone who does the same.

I'm a third year Law/Global studies student, also working part-time. In my spare time I enjoy dancing, playing piano and going for hikes when I get the chance. I am a very clean and considerate housemate, and I'm quite friendly and enjoy socialising with my housemates, but also like to have my own space. I am looking for a flatmate/s quite similar, who likes to keep the space tidy and is also quite friendly.
I work six days a week and train at the gym seven days a week. With the little time I'm home I'll either be cooking, cleaning or sleeping and am very quiet and tidy but don't mind socialising from time to time. Looking for a few people that don't party or drink all the time and if they do they don't bring the party home. I'm a very chill and drama free person. Looking for like minded individuals that either work or study full time
Hey guys, im Lauren, 27 and looking for a new home. I work full-time 10-6pm in Chadstone and I'm hoping to find a new place with some like minded people who are easy to get along with. Im bubbly and social, love to have a chat, but also know that personal space is important. I live a fairly simple lifestyle and enjoy a quiet night in with a movie and a glass of wine, gardening or day trips exploring. Would love to find a housemate with a doggy, but that would be an added bonus.
Hey. I’m a very clean, tidy, respectful and a fun flatmate. I enjoy meeting new people, going on food adventures and socialising, but I'm not a party person. I’m a huge fitness fanatic, love exerciseing and am constantly at the gym. And I love animals too. Right now, I currently live on the Gold Coast, but I will be making the move to Melbourne at the start of January to further my career in photography. I’m ideally looking for a place that is close to reliable public transportation and looking for a roommate/s (male or female) that are similar to me, career driven and are not party people. Additionally, I’m also looking for a room with my own bathroom.
I've spent the last 9 years traveling all over the world for both work and for fun. I'm originally from Michigan but left at the ripe old age of 21. A short list of who I am: I've been told by other nationalites that I'm not 'loud' like American's are often known to be, I'm clean, do regular exercise, love to read and write, dance whenever possible (wearing headphones of course), and roller-skate (quads, not blades). I'm a genuine people person, but also really, really cherish my 'me time’ especially at home, and in return have no intention of disrupting yours. I will absolutely be working full-time and always keep busy in other after-work activities. I'm only interested in living with other busy professionals and *non-partiers*. I am a non-drinker and a non-smoker, but a regular dose of dancing keeps me young and quite happy. During my Working Holiday Visa I will be looking to both enhance my professional life (Team Building and Leadership Training) as well as continue with a few odd jobs I do as freelance (writing, coaching, voice-overs). My main goal is to learn to surf, catch some festivals, all the usual things you want to do when you turn 30. Currently I have only requested a 4 month stay in this area as I search for the right [Professional] job across Australia, where ever that may take me. I have a sister that lives in Melbourne, which is why I'm starting my trip there. :) Thank you for your time and interest. My best always, Laura

Hi, I am looking for a place but I will only be around during the week as I live in Bendigo. I am looking and coming in on Monday nights and leaving Friday morning. I am pretty easy going and mix well with others. Happy to provide a referee if required. I work with property in the public sector.
Hi there! I’m a nursing student at Monash and also a qualified Dietitian. I enjoy home cooked meals, eating out (let’s face it food in general) and board game nights. I like to keep my space clean, tidy and smelling fantastic.
I will be studying Occupational Therapy full time at Monash, starting 2019. I have just finished working full time for Sullivan Nicholaides Pathology in a STAT Lab in Brisbane for 20 months. In mid Jan, I plan to make the drive down to Melbourne, leaving myself enough time to prepare for the semester and settle in. I am originally from Sunshine Beach, Noosa and have lived in Brisbane for 2 years. In my spare time I love drinking coffee, playing piano, going to gym, or out for dinner, going for walks, occasionally making the walk to Messina. During footy season I will spend most of my weekend attending or watching matches on tv. I am a bubbly person and semi reserved housemate who likes to have time to myself to relax and unwind, although I won't mind a friendly conversation. In a potential housemate I am looking for someone with similar interests, who also likes time to themselves, with a sprinkle of socialising and joking around. I am clean and responsible around the home, and don't like mess accumulating in common areas. I hope to find someone with the same attitude. :)
