Hey! I'm Madie, I'm a 22 year old office worker with a stable income. I'm currently looking for a place closer to work as im driving from Glasshouse everyday. I'd be moving in with my 2 year old border collie x Rosie, she is a small dog, very quite, loves pats and is super friendly. I'd love to move into a place that already has a dog to keep Rosie entertained whilst I'm working. When I'm not working I'm either at the beach, out for coffee or at the gym. I'm not a partying type of person but also don't mind the occasional social drink. I'm clean and tidy, and sociable. I can always pay rent on time and would have no issues paying bills etc. Look forward to hearing from you! Thank you :)

Hi there, I am looking for a room in share accommodation. I am from Brisbane and moving to Sunshine Coast due to work. I work full time from Monday to Friday. I am pretty social, friendly and enjoy company. I am a easy going, mature, clean person who is more than welcome to have a chat with companies at the flat and also would like to respect individuals' private space and time :)
Hi there I am a single person studying full time at The University of the Sunshine Coast. I'm seeking accommodation (preferably master bedroom/ensuite and close to USC). I can pay up to $100-$150 per week including expenses. I require a door lock, internet and a furnished room - double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair if possible. I rely on the bus to get around, so I need to live close to a bus stop. Sometimes, I also love to cook for myself and others. I like to live with happy/hygenic/funny peaceful and stressfree people. Like to be social sometimes without fuss. I respect others' privacy and like the people who respect mine too. So, if you think, I would fit into your household, please get in touch. Kind Regards Pankaj
38, no kids, and working full time on the Sunshine Coast. Enjoy the gym, dancing, cooking and hanging on the beach with my dog - 30kg 2yo female, housetrained, very playful and friendly. I do prefer to have her sleep inside (in her crate) at night - had some issues in the past with unsavoury neighbours. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of others; generally pretty quiet, but enjoy being social. I'm keen to either find a room in a dog-friendly house, or team up with someone to find a new house. Not super urgent, but ideally it'd be great to move by the holidays.
After taking a year off travelling, I'm heading back to uni up on the Sunny Coast. Sydney's a little far to do daily trips so I need a place nice and close! Once I move up, I'll be studying full-time at USC and working part-time. When I'm not at work or uni, I try to spend some time training/exercising - whether it be goin to the gym, goin out for a run or swim, I'll be doin something! I'm pretty easy going, friendly and enjoy socialising. I have previously lived in a share house while I was completing studies, so I totally understand the need for personal space as well. Other than that, I'm always up for a good chat and/or bevvy. I consider myself a neat and clean person, so I'd like to live with someone who has similar living habits (didn't really like cleaning up after my previous roomies). I'm pretty keen to learn how to surf, love travelling and am into my sports. So a roomie who also enjoys an active lifestyle, likes travel and knows how to surf are big pluses!
Would love to live with like minded people! I’ll be starting my third year of psychology so I would love to have a place where you can really zen out, but also focus when you need too. I’m spontaneous and would love to live with people who are keen on adventures, to waterfalls and beaches, from Maleny to Noosa and beyond! I am comfortable paying $150 a week, could do more for elec. and internet too :) I’m honestly in love with the atmosphere of the Sunshine Coast and really keen to move back! :)
I work a full time job, I am always at the gym. Love the beach shopping and cooking. Between work, friends and family always out and about on the weekend. Always up for a weekend drink. Very social but like to do my own thing also.
Hi! I'm Kate, I'm 24, working fulltime (shift work) @ Mooloolaba. I'm looking for a friendly, reliable, CLEAN female housemate, who will be happy to give me the master bedroom with ensuite, and who will be ready to move at the beginning of January - signing a 6 month lease. I would like a newish/modern house, with 2+ bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage. I am very clean and tidy, reliable, and love time to myself. I don’t mind a quiet wine of an afternoon, but I need a housemate who will not be bringing the party back to our house, as I said I work shifts and I enjoy my sleep! On my weekends off I usually have things on. But if I'm home, I will be binge watching my shows or spending time with friends and family. I have nearly everything to make a house a home (lounge, TV, fridge, washing machine, plates, cutlery, etc.). The only things I don't have is outdoor furniture and a dining table. I am a bit fussy and know what I want in a housemate and house. Strictly NO DRUGS. Preferably a non-smoker and no pets.
We're a easygoing, friendly, young couple who have been living/working in the Victorian snow fields, hoping to move north for some warm weather. We are respectful, tidy and quiet, up for a beer and a chat of an afternoon, but also enjoy time alone. Some of the things I (Ra) love are swimming, being outdoors, cooking, animals, and music. Lucas is a hard worker who is into fitness and the occsional video game. Ideally we'd love flatmates who are likeminded, and a house that is close to the beach, but feel free to message us with any offers :)
Hello! I just recently moved back from Sydney, so I am looking for a place to call home. I'm very clean and would like the person/s I live with to be the same. I like to relax at home, not interested in partying at home. Occasional drinks with friends is fine though! I enjoy going out for food and drinks with friends, trying to be fit but failing miserably, the beach, naps, and Netflix! If any of the above sounds similar to yourself, feel free to give me a message!
We are both respectful, friendly, hard working, clean and considerate people. We enjoy our own company and the company of others. We are active individuals, who like to keep fit, play sport, attend the gym and go for runs and hikes regularly. We also enjoy a friendly chat and glass of wine or beer at the end of a busy week or long day. I am a Registered Nurse who will be working at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Chris works FIFO and is away every second week. If you would like to know anymore please just ask :)
Im a quiet 19 year old, passionate in foreign languages, photography, film making and various sports. I have my own photography business and also work as a delivery driver. I spend the majority of my days at work or at the library. I have a stable income and am ready to move out to take the next step in my life. I have a generous and helping nature, attention to detail and care towards other people's belongings. Cleanliness is key for me, am keen to always kelp around the house :)
I'm a single 45 year old. I'm social at heart but am flexible and can keep to myself too. My party days are pretty much over but I do enjoy a wine after work. Speaking of, I work full time Monday to Friday. Spend my weekends at the beach and catching up with my friends. My best friend is my 2.5 year old male desexed boxer, Ziggy. If you need to know anything else, drop me a line and I'll drop you a response. Have a great day! Rach
Hi :) My name is Maxi Fisher. I was born in NSW but have lived on the coast since 2005 and graduated from PLC in 2015. I studied engineering for a year at UQ in 2016, but decided it wasn’t for me so have returned to the coast to work full time and I have done so for the past year. I am currently saving to do a huge overseas trip starting in July next year and need a place relatively close to my work to do so. I am friendly, outgoing and love making new friends. I consider myself super easy to get along with and would find it pretty hard not to get along well with a group of like-minded flatmates. I work hard through my working weeks, but enjoy nothing more than kicking back on my weekends. I work as a Barista full time at a cafe very close to the Kawana hospital development and a house near here would be ideal. My selected move in date is December 11th but that date is very flexible.
Hi all! I am 33 however a young 33. I would like to live with females between mid 20s and 30s. I am easy to get along with, I am very clean and tidy, I am reliable and honest. I work full time office hours. I train at the gym most days. When I'm not working or training I am on the beach with my dog Indy. She's a 6 year old (outside) Labrador. Super friendly and well behaved everyone always loves her. She doesn't need a huge yard as I walk her everyday. I like a couple of glasses of red some weekends but I don't drink everyday. I'm social but like my space weeknights. I am keen to be near the beach so inland is not for me. Happy to team up but I only have bedroom furniture. If you have any questions or would like to meet up please message me. Hope to hear from you!
