We are a happy, creative and hardworking couple looking for a bright, funky and relatively private studio/granny flat/apartment/ duplex close to the ocean. I'm from Brisbane and studying nursing and working part-time as a support worker. Cris is from Argentina and is working full time as a software engineer for an NGO. We both love the water, and enjoy surfing, cooking, sunshine, camping/outdoor living/vanlife. We're trying to manifest a great place for summer that suits our lifestyle :) We have good rental history and are responsible, positive and tidy. Hope to find a great match. A smile :) Lulu & Cris

Hi, I’m Mel; I’m going to be starting uni next year (studying nutrition and dietetics) and I’m looking to move in with 1-3 other people. I currently work as a receptionist for an accounting firm. I like to keep things clean, organized and have always been one to pay bills on time. Non-smoker, animal friendly, very casual drinker. Keen to make friends but can respect people’s privacy - I love the occasional movie and wine. Thanks x
I like to paint, I also do a bit of stand up in my spare time. Currently I work at The Sunshine Coast University Hospital as patient support assistant. I'm looking for a place that I could paint and sculpt perhaps a garage or some kind of creative space. I'm pretty quite but love to getting out and about. Would live to get involved on the coast a bit more. Amerce my self in that scene.
Hi guys, I am Chris and looking for a place for myself and two dogs Onslow(Labrador) and Pud(Collie X) I am fairly active and exercise my dogs daily (sometimes twice). They love the beach and definitely friendly and non barking dogs. I am a non smoker, pretty domesticated so I can cook, clean and look after myself and wont say no to a good pub meal or sunday session. I respect people’s property and privacy and easy going. I am happy to share a house with someone else who has a dog if they are keen too and not fussed on location.
Hi everyone, I'm looking for accomodation again as my housemate's lease is ending and so we are parting ways and I am looking for somewhere new to live! I'm 22 and planning to move to Melbourne at the end of the new lease I am looking for. Going down to study computer science. I have character references and tenants ledger available on request! Typically I am reserved and just do my own thing, that's easy for me to do though i can chat and enjoy company if that's what's happening. I am used to both types of living so I can alternate to whatever is most comfortable. I am second in charge at work, and I like to work as much as I can so that's my priority. I work 30-40 hour weeks and more if I can. **********prior listing********** Hi all, my name is jack and I'm looking for a share accommodation again. My landlord has decided to sell and in agreement to help with the action, I am moving out by the 25th of April. She has written me a rental reference which I'll have posted below. I also have my tenents ledger available from when renting my own house. I work in Maroochydore so as close as I can get to there. I live in Buderim at the moment. I start work often at 5am, and get called-in in the evening a lot. So when I am at home I am usually there just to rest and be exhausted :p I love to work so I work as much as possible. Since my last listing here Ive finished studying. And yeah :) really just want a place to sleep and eat between work. I like talking about work and study, and I love all things technical. Though ive also studied social science and psych for a little so while and love those things too. Also I love not to talk it's nice just doing my own thing. Cant link here, tenents ledger and rental reference available, just ask. ***last year's below*** I got a lovely place guys, good luck to yous all!! :) Hi flatmates, my name is Jack and I'm 21 years old. I study Chemistry and Environmental Science part-time at USC and I work part-time in fresh produce at Coles Maroochydore. I'm looking for something in the area that allows me to readily get between work and university. I like quiet and peaceful atmospheres. I am a considerate outside cigarette smoker. I lived in a sharehouse in Mooloolaba in '13-'14 with two other people, if you like I can give you their contact # for a reference. I also rented out my own apartment in Buderim and have my tenants ledger available if you are interested, my previous real estate agent Rachael is happy to take calls to answer any questions. I'm currently living at home here in Bli Bli and am looking to move out, as I enjoy being independent. Generally I keep everything clean as if I hadn't been there at all, this gives me peace of mind so I don't have to worry about mess. As a person I am easy going and pretty dorky in the best way :P
Hello, Happy to pay a deposit/Bond to hold a suitable room as i am not moving till Jan 2018 when my lease expires on our rental. 1 professional, I have lived in shared accomodation before so im very respectful of others privacy and understand shared living arrangements. I have excellent references mainly from real estate agents. Easy going, work full time and active with gym and training so very rarley home. I like to travel a bit too and like to be out and about on my days off. Very clean, honest, transparent and respectable. In general just a good person. I have my own bedroom furniture, towels and linen and am wanting somewhere minimum 6months. Look forward to hearing from you. Jess
Hi future roomies! I'm looking for a room to rent in a sharehouse for a few months (November-February ideally but can be a little flexible depending on exact dates). I work full time and am pretty chill to leave with- tidy, love to socialise and have a drink but have also occasionally been known to hibernate in my bedroom binge watching Netflix all day. I love animals, enjoy exercise and going to the gym, and can provide baked goods and dank memes. Looking for housemates who I can also be friends with :) Swing me a message if you think we'd get along!
Hello everyone, I'm an international student and I will be starting my pre-medical course at Griffith University from Feb 2018 onwards but currently looking for a place in sunshine coast. I am an extrovert and love making friends but I also love my own space to be quiet and peaceful. I would love a fun loving but a quiet person as my roomie :) Cheers, Abed
Hey, I just moved back from living overseas for the past year as a nanny and looking for a place to live. I'm super chilled, love to stay active and healthy. I like the occasional drink but my partying days are long gone!!
Hey guys! My names Maegan, 21 years old from Tasmania! I just spent my winter working at Perisher and am now travelling the east coast looking for somewhere to live 🌴 I am a laid back person who enjoys good company but also respects privacy and alone time! I enjoy adventuring, yoga, snowboarding and having a good time 🌞
We have travelled the world for over 25 years since leaving Tasmania and have lived in Milan, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney, Thailand and London and loved all of them. In 2013 we gave our possessions to charity and began to travel constantly, doing a bit of remote consultancy online but mostly being semi-retired. We now divide our time between Greece, Spain, UK, Thailand, Cambodia and Australia. Our London flat is rented out to MPs as we live near the Houses of Parliament. We want to now spend the European winter on the Sunshine Coast and are looking for simple accommodation that we can have largely to ourselves: a granny flat under a house, or down the yard or in the shed, something with just 1 bedroom, a simple kitchen and bathroom and preferably a verandah or patio to sit on. We're equally happy in a country pub or a hip city wine bar and like most types of music. Our time is mostly spent on dining and live music while travelling. In big cities we like theatre and galleries. We are self-contained as a couple and don't need need to have other people around us but we also enjoy a chat over a drink.

Mel & Libby. Both 19-ish. Mel is starting uni next year to study nutrition and dietetics, currently works in an accounting firm. Libby is a second year paramedic science student. Looking for 1-2 other like-minded roommates to rent a place with around January. Would prefer social roommates, and both love the occasional wine and movie, but we respect people’s privacy as well. We’d both love to keep a clean and tidy household. Feel free to send us a message! X
Hi there, I'm Dan, a young 34yo doctor moving up to SC from Brisbane in early January. I'm looking to find 2-3 others to team-up to houseshare - I'm looking to pay $300-350 (my part) for a nice large house - preferably with a pool or on the water. I'd really like to organise a group early to start looking at rentals - there's a lot of great deals out there in between the $600-800pw range. I'd prefer to stay for at least a year but happy to try 6 months. I've owned my own houses in the past and always houseshared without any issues and have made many lifelong friends. I'm currently living in a house in New Farm and have furniture and everything needed to complete a house. I'm clean, respectful, outdoorsy, love gym and exploring and have an adorable little blue English Staffy Mr Hugo. I don't mind a quiet wine or beer or heading out for a nice dinner but certainly have finished with my days of partying. I'll be working at Maroochydore but don't mind living anywhere on the SC (except as far up as Noosa) so long as the house and housemates are suitable. Feel free to contact me, Dan
Hi ☺ I am hoping to find a friendly, social household who enjoy getting out and about a bit around the Coast. Sports, movies, coffee, social drinks, social catch ups with friends and family are important aspects in my life. Looking for a clean and respectful household. Preferred ages 25-35 males and/or females (non-couples).
I'm currently living in Brissie and travelling up to the beautiful Sunny Coast for work, looking to find a home that I can share for at least 3 months or possibly longer. I have been living in share houses for years and am very respectful of other's privacy, I'm clean and tidy and looking to find a flattie who doesn't mind a chat but also won't get offended if I want to be a hermit in my room :)
Psychology Student and Support worker, study/work throughout the week. Very conscious about being clean and tidy. Enjoy trying to surf as much as possible. Ideally looking to live in a place with motivated working or studying people who enjoy being social.
