Hi potential house mates :) I am a single mum looking for a place to live for myself and my 6 month old son as of the 14th of September. Would prefer a granny flat/dual living situation. We live a healthy life, I am at uni 1 day a week and spend most of my spare time exploring with my boy or at the gym. Looking to share accomodation with people who live a similar lifestyle. Strictly non smoking and no party houses, we are pretty boring and like to be in bed by 8 each night :P $350 is our absolute maximum budget. Looking to stay until mid December - potentially longer depending on my uni timetable in 2019. Love kids and animals - quite happy to help with sitting/dog walking if that is something that would be helpful to you :) Message me/send me a text and we can organise to meet for coffee. The safety of my son and I is pretty important to me so i'd like to meet any potential flatmates face to face before making any decisions. Thanks, Laura and Bowie :)
Hi ☺ I am looking for a happy, clean and tidy, friendly and respectful housemate who enjoys getting out and about as well as enjoy the quiet down times to life. Sports, movies, coffee, social drinks, catch ups with friends and family are important aspects in my life. I work full time Mon-Fri. Preferred ages 27-35 males and/or females (non-couples). Non-smokers and no pets.
My husband and I are from Brasil, he is a Body Corporate Manager at First Nacional Real Estate and I am a Chef, working as a Social Media Advisor sometimes. We are really quiet and tidy couple, we like to spend our time outside or cooking.
Clean, kind and considerate. I like to have a chat after work and enjoy eating out and having a cheeky cider now and then. I own my own place in Brisbane but moving to the Sunshine Coast in September to be closer to the beach! I have lived in share accommodation previously and have made some great mates throughout the time.

Hey I am a full time student studying a bachelor of nutrition. I am currently seeking work but I am able to pay my bills on time. I am easy going, social, clean and friendly. I respect others downtime and don’t mind having a chat.
Hello there! My name is Tahlia, I’m a vegan girl who loves music, animals, reading, tattoos and eating. I currently live on the Gold Coast and am working in childcare but I will be studying a Bachelor of Creative Writing at USC in July so I will be moving up to the Sunshine Coast hopefully in August/September (once I've secured some permanent work). I will be teaming up with another vegan named Tim, he is twenty two years old and works in hospitality. We are also wanting a third housemate. We are looking to live somewhere between Maroochydore and Currimundi and hoping to be paying about $170 maximum each a week in rent. We both like to drink and have a good time but are not interested in living in a party house, we also are keen to find someone we can get along with and socialise with but who also respects personal space. We are honest, friendly, respectful and tidy and have both lived out of home before. I have a lounge, washing machine, dryer, crockery/kitchen things, a tv, tv unit, vacuum and linen etc so we are mainly needing a fridge. Ideally our third housemate would be: around our age, female, vegan or vegetarian, a non smoker and willing to share a bathroom with Tim, but we know we can't be too picky haha so if you feel like we might click then please feel free to message me so we can chat and see if we want to organise a little meet up :) Have a lovely day!
I am clean and tidy, always clean up after myself; friendly but private and like to spend time alone, early to bed and an early riser. My two little dogs are non shedding indoor dogs who are extremely friendly. Both very well behaved.

I am looking for a place to rent with my partner, Daniel. We are both studying full time at USC whilst working part time. We value our health and fitness, and we aren’t big partyers. We are mostly home bodies and enjoy relaxing at home when we aren’t working, at uni or the gym. We are respectful, clean and easy going.
By being extremely passionate person full of energy with a sense of adventure it helps me to be a great roomie! I express gratitude for all that I have and this helps me become even more excited about what I’m doing. As we go through the daily grind, it is very easy to forget about all the little things that make our life easier and comfortable. I try to remember all the good things that I have going on in my life and be grateful for being who I am today. This is how I try to maintain powerful enthusiasm in my life. Being positive personality helps me thrive for enthusiasm and look at the silver lining. Look on the bright side of things. Being proud helps me talk about it with my peers, discuss it with your friends, and family. Being creative triggers enthusiasm and challenges me to become more innovative and creative in Being proactive creates massive enthusiasm in that you promote something that you have a vested interest in, perhaps something that you are passionate about.

Okay so my lease is coming to an end and I'm in desperate need to find somewhere that feels homely - PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS VERY TEMPORARY. Preferably want a place that is furnished, a bed will do just fine! Bills inclusive and no bond as this may only be max 4 weeks that I require a room. Unfortunately, I can’t commit to anything over that timeframe. I work full time Sunday to Thursday and enjoy my free time to relax. I'm very respectful of others space and property so would hope to live with someone who is like-minded in that sense. I am very easy going, enjoy a bit of banter, clean and respectful. Let me know if you have something suited to help a gal out and I look forward to meeting you!
I'm a easy going and positive person from Stockholm in Sweden, who enjoy company but also respect others need of alone time. I will bring my beloved pure breed ragdoll cat, a female desexed princess named Izadoora, who will make the household full of joy. At my sparetime I tries to go out for PowerWalks or something like that, and learn more proper English. I will first arrive to Australia from Sweden in June 2018 for a higher education first at TAFE and later on at a Uni in the area. Iḿ interested in share households for a maximum rent of 250 AUD. I will also get supported from the Swedish state so that will be no problem with me to be able to pay rent. Iḿ interested in the areas of Buderim,Minyama,Parrearra,Sippy Downs,Buddina,Mountain Creek, ,Alexandra Headland,Birtinya,Maroochydore and Mooloolaba but other areas might be interesting too. Hope to hear from you all soon! Best regards Maria :)
Hi ya'll, I'm 23, looking to rent/team up with like minded and outgoing people. Either in a 3/4 bedroom share house with multiple people or in a 2 bedroom duplex with one other person. 2bedroom, 1bathroom, single garage in a duplex setup with one other person is ideal for me ($340wk = $170 each) but I can comfortably afford up to $200 on a room. I work full time, spend most weekends out and about exploring or socialising but do enjoy just chilling out at home. I understand every needs there space and privacy at times but i do also like having some type of friendship with my housemates. I have a well behaved, 2yr old doggo named Jango, trained to be an outside dog. I walk him regularly during the week but honestly he either entertains himself or just lays around in the sun all day whether someone is home or not. He doesn't seem to respond to other dogs, cars or people during the day so barking isn't an issue at all. Obviously like for most dogs it can take them a little while to settle in too a new environment but all an all he's a very smart and a well behaved pooch. Both Jango and i get along very well with other people and dogs 😁
