Hi there, I'm an international student, living in Melbourne for more than 2 years now. Looking for a private room and ensuite bathroom, short-term stay. I don't know the length of my stay is going to be until this moment, but minimum 2 weeks to 1 month maybe more, not sure about it. Looking also outside of CBD in inner suburbs. I'm a quiet person and respect the privacy of others, very clean and tidy. Easy going, want to move at the end of August. Yes, I might not stay for long but with me no delay in payments, I pay all my bills fast and immediately.
My best friend and I have both lived together before and are quite respectful people. Down to earth and get along with everyone. We have experience with living in a sharehouse and found it no problem and can easily get along with everyone and are very clean people. Currently we are not working or studying but are on Centrelink payments while looking for a job or study. Occasionally go out on weekends but enjoy nights in to watch some tv and just chill out. Usually have errands to run during the day so we wouldn’t use up much water or electricity. Very bubbly, cheerful people that are good to be around! :)
Hi, Im James. At the moment I live by the beach in Mount Martha but looking for a place closer to work. I work full time running a busy bar/restaurant along Southbank. I do a bit of Uber driving on the side. Volunteer firefighter. Im a tidy person but I dont mind if your not. Social house or keep to your self place I dont mind either way, I'm good with both. fan of Netflix, I try to keep fit, but at the same time I have been known to smash 2 large pizzas because its a Wednesday. Have been on a reality TV show, so I have some good stories. So if you want some free drinks, a lift home from the city, and someone who knows what to do when you set the kitchen on fire... then I guess im our guy! :) Only thing is that I have a medium sized dog. He is fully trained, friendly and just chills out most of the time. But I need a place where I know he will be happy.
Heya :) A bit about me, I'm a Canadian, in my 30s, and work for an e-commerce company. It's a pretty demanding job and I spend a good chunk of my time there and the other time, with my dog. I believe in travelling and lived in Europe for several years in my 20s. I've had heaps of flatmates and definitely am experienced with living with various personalities. Being Canadian and a Horticulturist at heart, I love the outdoors and you'll find me usually walking with Bailee (The dog), off camping, or on our lazy days, netflixing. My big partying days are over but I definitely enjoy being social with a drink at times. I love movies! I love outdoor cinemas; however, enjoy going to a cinema or just watching them from home. I'm not a gym lover and would rather help someone move houses than go there. So to keep me motivated, I tend to watch shows on my Elliptical or go for walks with Bailee. I have been known to be the competitive nut that loves challenging the fittest person to a step challenge. During these days - you'll rarely see me and the pup as we'll be too busy getting our step challenge in! Having a hectic job, I like having a clean tidy house to come home to. I've been known to go on cleaning sprees as it helps me de-stress from work. I love cooking and baking when I've got the time - I've got all the appliances ;) I'm a big fan of grazing platters. Bottom line, I'm looking for someone to share a home with and hopefully that could be you! Let me know if you'd like to catch up, see if we get along and meet the pup. *The place would definitely need to be pet friendly for the lazy pup ;) * Cheers, Mich
Hi potential housemate! I am an international student from Singapore looking for a private room for a long term stay. I will be starting my undergraduate in Film and Television Production in September. I love coffee, movies, music, photography and all types of art. I am friendly, chill, easy going, neat and open to other cultures. I am sociable, happy to hang out during my free time but also respect people's privacy (I undestand everyone likes their alone time). I'm looking for a place that is clean and tidy. Nothing fancy but decent, with fun people up with great sense of humour. I would prefer a place that is less than an hour away from Southbank via public transport. I am also open to teamups! :)
I love to hang out, have a good chat, dinner or watch a movie, but I’m not a party animal. I’m neat and tidy, enjoy cooking, and I’m quick in the bathroom! Unfortunately I do rather enjoy to sing and dance goofily around the house 😅 I love yoga and pilates, travel, board games, brunch/dinner with friends, AFL and going on adventures. I work in Digital and currently have a car.
Clean and respectful. Always up for a laugh. I work as an engineer Monday-Friday, so am generally out during the day, but do work from home at times. Have been in Melbourne for 3 months after relocating from Tasmania. Was previously living in Southbank on a short term lease and now looking for a new home.
Clean friendly respectful female who is either making natural medicines and remedies or working ;) I m pretty easy going and only real concern in a house mate is to keep their home clean ;)
I work full time for a company in the architecure/software space. Office currently located in South Yarra but relocating to CBD Interests - sports (although I haven’t played anything in the last few years) reading, indulging in the odd binge of a dodgy Netflix series, exploring new places to eat great food with friends etc. I'm hoping to find a house and housemates that I can call home and family who enjoy having a semi regular beverage or 2 and a good chat over 'family' dinner. I would also love to keep my fur baby with me. Mr Sooty D is a 7yo Black Cocker Spaniel x King Charles Cavalier that I rescued about a year and a half ago. He’s pretty chill, loves spending his days snoozing on the couch!
I am from New Zealand, relatively new to Melbourne as l have moved here about 6 months ago to start my degree at uni. I study architecture at RMIT University, l am quiet, studious and spend around 13 hours a day, 7 days a week at the university, so certainly wouldn't be too much of a disturbance when it comes to flatting. :) I am neat, respectful of one's personal space, responsible and approachable. At college, I used to be a prefect and a student leader, have great communication and negotiation skills as well as a passion for people.
Hi there. So I’m 24, currently doing my Carpentry Apprenticeship. Very friendly guy who enjoys going to the gym, running and reading in my spare time. I enjoy my own space and pride myself on being respectful and tidy. I drink very rarely and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing sharehouse. Feel free to ask me and questions:) Harry.
I'm currently working full time and studying some nights and looking to move somewhere more central and closer to the city. I’d describe myself as an easy going guy who likes to have a laugh and socialise with housemates but also likes and appreciates my own and others space. Not much into partying and I'm a non smoker.
Hi!! I am an engineering student that just moved to Melbourne to do an internship! I come from Spain and i am looking for a private room in a shared house and since i am new in the city it will be amazing to share with sociable people that are up to doing stuff together from time to time. I've already shared a house for 4 years in Valencia while doing my bachelor and 2 years in the Netherlands where i did my masters. So i know how to live with others and i am always up for going to grab some drinks or do some sports! If you have anything that suits me, please let me know!
