Hey there, Originally from Townsville, I love the beach and country; anything that isn't in a CBD and wall-to-wall shoebox living. I'm looking for somewhere along the East coast or up in the mountains in a rainforest setting. I am honest to a fault, always pull my weight around the house (bins don't scare me) and consider other people in terms of noise, mess and taking turns in a shared living situation- Human cohabitation and etiquette 101! When I'm not working I can be found in the garage playing around with my bike, fishing, gardening, or with a cup of tea and my nose in a good book. Partying lifestyle never really caught on but I like a few quiet beers on a Friday arvo and a game of pool at the local being social. In bed early most nights and an early riser. Cons: My bird can become unsettled for whatever reason sometimes and have little a carry on that involves toots, woo's and the odd scream. He prefers a place he can listen to other birds and be on a balcony and also inside on my shoulder. He comes nearly everywhere with me (Hiking, coffee shops, beach etc) and is a big part of my life as I hand raised him. I would love a household that accepts him and loves or at least understands birds as my last housemates taunted and harassed him. There will never be an unwanted present anywhere as he is toilet trained however you'll probably find a few colourful feathers around the place. I ride a motorbike and she's a tad louder than most streetbikes but not as obnoxiously loud as a Harley. I even go to the trouble to push her out and down the street before starting her on morning rides for the comfort of neighbours and housemates. A little excessive but worth it for the right home. Pros: Random people have been known to trust me to babysit their children and fur babies for extended periods, so you can also bet I'm adulty enough to pay rent on time and do the right thing by people. Built in dog walker. Won't hog the bathroom or moult hair extensions, nails or fake eyelashes. Conclusion: I am a very quiet, considerate and clean housemate: the things I come with -by nature- aren't so much, however I usually have it under control. I love all animals, dogs particularly, and thrive in a home with some fur, feathers and scales. I look forward to hearing from my future housemates~ Cheers!
Willing to put in a concerted effort to make any situation work. Quiet and reserved, way past the "partying" age but not anti-social! Love my Guiness and bourbon (not together and rarely at that)! Love any pet. Believe in honesty and taking charge of my own issues. Generally tolerant of everyone (incl. orientation - I'm hetero and belief system)! Unfortunately profile photo is not particularly flattering, it was the only one I could find on my h/drive! Seriously! **NOT MOVING JUST YET, SEEING WHAT'S OUT THERE AND A F/T JOB OF COURSE**
I am an easygoing responsible, clean and tidy person. I am in the process of selling my home on the Central Coast and want to move to the northern rivers area. I have spent time in the area before and I know people there. Not planning to purchase another property right away as I would like to live in the area for some time before I decide if it is right for me. I am very financially secure and can provide details if necessary. I try to lead a healthy lifestyle and enjoy meditation, Qi Gong, swimming, cycling and spending time in nature. I also enjoy cooking and like to eat fresh and organic food. I have travelled a lot and lived overseas at different times. I can probably provide references from AirBNB stays if necessary. I am very respectful of others privacy and need for space. I am not a party person and virtually do not drink alcohol. I would like to share with like minded people.
Hello! I'm India (21) and am looking at moving out in JAN (dates are flexible) to Brunswick Heads/Ocean Shores/Pottsville or surrounding areas. I am very interested in meeting 1-2 other people for team ups or joining a current houseshare. I've been living out of home with housemates since I was 17 and can say that I am tidy and respectful of other peoples spaces but also love cooking/drinking with my housemates. I am about to start a graduate job so will be laying pretty low during the week and making the most of my weekends, being out and about, going to the beach, visiting friends/family or exploring! I want to get back into yoga, playing my guitar and learn to surf. I'm very easy going and would love to live with people with a good sense of humor and lovers of nature! Let me know if you think I'd fit in well with your house or if you'd like to team up and find a new place!! Thanks India
Looking for a home away from home! Arriving in Australia from the US on Dec 29. After spending a week or so in Sydney I plan on heading up to the Byron area on or around January 8th. I'm coming on a WHV and don't have work yet but am planning on finding a part time job or 2 so I can make a bit of money but also keep enough free time open to explore my new surroundings and travel! I will need a furnished space as I'm only coming with a few suitcases. I'm not looking for a party house but am cool with small gatherings, dinners or BBQs. I enjoy cooking so a nice kitchen would be a plus! I've been in contact with a real estate agent as well so if you want to team up on a new listing, send me a message! PS- I know having a dog with glasses as my IG profile pic makes me seem like a weirdo, but I've had it for like 8 years and cant bring myself to change it.
I am a professional moving to the area for a new adventure, working full time and will have my own car. I like keeping fit and am quite active, enjoy going on trips and travelling. Relaxed and easy going, I can get on with most people. Love my music, gadgets (tech geek) and coffee. I am tidy and happy to help with cleaning. I can cook and don't mind the occasional social drink. I can supply my own furniture so places that are semi or unfurnished are no problems. I am looking for a relaxed place with happy people that don't mind sharing meals, drinks or trips now and then.

I’ve just spent a year working as an apprentice horticulturist for the ACT government and would now like to move to the Mullumbimby/Byron area to study Permaculture. I’m tidy and respectful, good with kids and animals, and willing to put in work around this house. I would love to be somewhere with a garden I can help take care of. I’m really into sustainability as well as DIYing. This being said I’d be more than happy to live somewhere that didn’t meet these criteria as I would be getting to do lots of gardening through the course. I know I am younger than a lot of others seeking rooms but this just means I’ll bring a youthful energy. I am reasonably quiet and prefer going for a walk with people to socialise rather than big, loud gatherings so I don’t want to live in a party house. Thank you for taking the time to read about me (:
I'm a quiet, clean, creative and friendly 25 year old student who works part-time. I love a chat but also like my personal space. I love yoga and anything to do with the ocean, nature, animals and food. Looking for a peaceful place to live with easy-going people.
I am looking for a quiet place to live as i do have a social anxiety disorder i am trying to heal from. i am very into health and fitness. i am vegetarian and love to eat as organic as i can. i am very conscious of using chemicals or anything like that in the home. i am very kind and helpful and friendly. i am very clean and keep to myself. would love to find a place with like minded gentle people.
Moving to northern rivers Dec/jan Looking for a place with snoop my pupster somewheres in the leafy parts preferably with a garden and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Would be super happy with a shed/shack on a property, happy to renovate fix up, negotiate. happy to socialize and get to know you tho I also like a decent amount of space :) Currently I study externally, so from home/library/cafe/wherever on my laptop. I like to feel im able to pot around the house gardening or cooking, being creative or studying being a happy hermit. Im self aware and wont invade your space. Tho i will be out n about, volunteering, spending time away every week, i am at home a fair bit sometimes, but not always. it all depends. Im very flexible. I would need ya'll i live with to be down with whatever. Also having open communication about things is super nice. I like to pull my weight in the house chores and know how to clean up after myself. In summary Im tidy, respectful, vego, I love animals, love to garden herbs and veggies, sustainable things, cook, study, read, create. I Dont drink. I always respect people's privacy, space and boundaries. Snoop is friendly, playful, chilled, well behaved & she goes where I go unless there's a human happy to hang with her :o)

I am pretty laid back, respectful but love a chat and a laugh over a beer or wine with my flatmates, while still finding that we all have our own lives and need our own space. I've lived in sharehouses setups pretty much since I left home, be it on campus uni accommodation, to sharehouses to backpacker hostels. I like living in a home, where people don't just come home to shut the door but friendships often happen. Some of my good friends were initially strangers who we were in a sharehouse with.
My name is Peimikà, I'm a 24yo Italian-Thai nurse. I am currently doing a bridging program in Australian Nursing at Southern Cross University. I have been allocated to Murwillumbah District hospital for my next placement (7th Jan-1st Feb) , therefore I'm looking for a short term accommodation in that area. I'm quiet and easy-going, not a smoker.
leaving a beautiful share house in Melbourne, I have just finished a degree in Fine Art and moving up to Mullumbimby to continue studies in Permaculture! ....so Im an Artist and a Permie! Im creative, into all things making, growing, earthy, art related, food related, wellbeing related and natural. I will spend most of my time with my studies, making art, in the community garden, gardening, exploring, going for runs, doing yoga and of course cooking good yum wholesome food! I have been working as a Nanny so LOVE kids and LOVE cleaning! And have done a lot of work in plant nurseries. I am super friendly, low key, positive, gentle kind of person.
