I'm a full time student, doing a Master in IT at Murdoch University. Been in Perth for 1.5 years now, and looking to move because half the time I'm not at home (away nearly every weekend), so why not reduce my living cost if I can. I'm usually doing my own thing most of the time (study, game, netflix and sometimes work part time). A very quiet individual, but still friendly and wont mind having a drink together here and there. I'm reasonably clean - major pet peeves includes piling dishes, oily kitchens, and disgusting bathrooms, so hoping to find someone who feels the same. Preference: One(1) other female housemate only, who is not a party animal/loud and more on the introverted side. If u r a gamer/enjoy hitting the gym together every now and then that would be a bonus. Budget: $200 inclusive of parking, utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet).

Hey :) I'm an easy going, friendly 18 year old looking to move in December. I tend to stay organised and manage my money well. I would be down to make some new friends and enjoy being spending time with others whether that's Netflix at home or going out. I also like having some time to myself so I would be a respectful housemate. I love to stay active and am hoping to be working full time and studying so I will keep myself pretty busy. I don't smoke and have no pets but I love animals so if you have a pet, that would be a bonus! I'm pretty flexible with the location and don't mind male or female roommates but I will only be able to move in December. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all :)
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Nurse working full time looking for somewhere to live closer to work. Love a good brunch with friends and playing sport. Looking for a chilled (but tidy) house, not a massive partier due to full time work, but enjoy a beer in the sun.
25 year old male that works two part time jobs at the moment. Looking for a room longer term but that could change. Clean, neat and quiet. Not home much during the day since I work a fair bit at the moment.
Rhys and I are both students at Murdoch, studying Engineering and Psychology respectively. We have a retro camper van and love to get away on weekends when we have the opportunity. I work 4 days a week at an RTO north of the river but am considering looking for work south of the river, aligned with my field of study. Rhys is interested in renewable energy and gets excited about wind-turbines and recycling. We are both creative in our own ways and love to have gardening projects and stuff like that. We like seeing live music, watching movies, and cooking. Rhys and I are both experienced tenants; we know how to take care of a property, and stay on top of housekeeping.
Hi! My name is David. I need a place to stay for 4-5 months before I move away to Karratha to start my teaching job. I am very clean and tidy and into my health and fitness. I'm very easy to get along with and love a bit of banter every now and again. For most of my stay, I'll be completing my final practical placement, which goes for 10 weeks, so I won't be a hassle at all. Cheers!
I'm a friendly, social 31yo female who is moving to Perth at the end of Jan. I'll be studying Teaching at ECU Mount Lawley 2 days a week, and will be getting some work as a Disability Support Worker once I have moved up. I'm looking for a friendly and welcoming sharehouse, with people in their late 20's- 30's who are up for some social times and like to share dinners and head to events. I'm a big music person, so plan on getting to a lot of gigs! I also like my quiet time & will be studying sometimes at home. I'm a big reader and head to Buddhist meditation classes a couple of times a week. I'm really flexible on the location as, for me, this move is about finding the right house & people to share with. Close to public transport would be an added bonus. I have a 5yo female Greyhound x (Jessie) who is lovely and quiet. Mostly an outside dog. Would be great to find a house with another dog for some extra company! My budget is around $200 per week & I would like to find a house with good internet. Please message if you've got any other questions.
Hey! I’m a part time working, full time studying student (Murdoch university) so when I am home from work I am studying which makes me pretty quiet. When I am home I love keeping fit, catching up with friends and cooking- I will always share my baking! :D I am a bubbley, out-going, cruisey gal who likes to stay busy. I am very clean and tidy and take pride in my space. I have no problems with sharing (as long as you ask, that is!).
Hello, I'm a full-time student, I like to keep my living space tidy, I love good food, and I have an energetic 7 year old son. I aim to live naturally, am a non-smoker, I enjoy socialising but also like time on my own. I'm looking to rent from the 1st of January 2019 for six or more months. I'm looking for two rooms - one for me and one for my son. I can meet in person and view potential properties from the 20th December 2018.
