My name is Katie, I'm 21 years old and work most nights at a popular bar in Brisbane city. Currently living on the Sunshine close but looking to move closer to my work and the Brisbane lifestyle. Im clean and tidy, bubbly, friendly, easy going and respectful.
I like to think that I'm an outgoing person and love to joke around but am also very understanding and good with rules and am a clean and tidy person , I think I'm a good person to be around also , I'm on time with rent always and have money saved up , I also love to go out and do fun things
I'm neat and keep to myself, but I'd like to be able to get along with a housemate. I work full time at North Lakes as a travel agent, so I'm pretty much out of the house between 8am and 6pm. I also do go away occasionally, but I'll keep up with rent. I haven't lived out of home before, but I'm neat and organised. I'm happy to move whenever something gets worked out :)
I'm turning 20 this year so I am looking to move into my first place of my own! It was only my mum and I living together so I've basically been taking care of myself anyway since I was 16. I have a car and my learners and I will hopefully be getting an exemption for my Ps soon. I usually do like to keep to myself but I don't mind the odd chat or drink! I'm very friendly, clean, production at most times apart from Sunday's lol and and I consider myself a very respectful and trustworthy person. I currently work part time/casual waitressing and hosting at a club. I am taking on at home and in campus study this year hopefully very soon. If pets are aloud that would be a complete bonus to me as I do have a small inside toilet trained shitzu she's very quite and loveable but if worst comes to worst my mum can take care of her for me. I am a light smoker (outside only of course!) but I am constantly burning scented candles insense ect ect, so you will almost NEVER have a problem with any type of "bad smell". I have OCD with cleaning so you will also never have a problem with mess! I can only currently afford 150-180 a week at the moment but work will be picking up in the next few weeks so I will then be able to afford 200-250 a week!
Hi! My name is Kieran and… IN SHORT I’M: - Single / Straight / Mature (obviously) / Non-Smoking 36 Year Old with a Positive Outlook on Life. - I’m neat and tidy without being obsessed (who would admit to being not?) - I'm looking to share a place with one (ideally) or two others. The only exception to this is if the place is very special! SORRY NO COUPLES PLEASE. - EXTREMELY reliable. Rent and bills will always be paid on time or in advance. I will supply you with references from my current landlord and previous landlords (if required). - I’m on the Disability Support Pension currently (DSP) as I have Bipolar but please read on… *** I’m not one to sit around doing nothing. I actually get up at 5am during the week (as quiet as a mouse of course) and head to the gym. I have previously done freelancing work in online marketing and writing but took a break for a while and just resuming now. I have two of my own websites which I can show you. The only concern for you should be is that I have more than enough money (which I do) to pay rent and bills on time and that I am perfectly stable (which I am). It’s not a big deal really having something like Bipolar as there are people homeless and people without access to clean water in certain countries. It’s all about Gratitude! Any more questions just ask me.*** - 100% Without a Doubt Looking to Live somewhere for at Least the Next 12 months (probably Longer) and I am more than happy to Sign a/the Lease. - Calm, Relaxed and Laid-Back Individual. Yes that's right. I am the complete opposite of someone that is highly strung. That's what you want right? I seek likewise. And no that doesn't mean we can't hold an intelligent conversation ;) - I want to move sooner rather than later but I'm in no rush. I'm not on a lease currently and can move whenever (and I mean the exact day/date that works for you!). I'm very open on suburbs… All COMES DOWN TOO: 1) The Place (definitely prefer bright, open and spacious), and 2) The Area (i.e. what's close to there like gym/s, parks, cafes, shops etc.). PLEASE NOTE: It's very important to point out at this stage that I will not have a car for the next 6 months at least. I currently share a car with my sister but she is taking it. Therefore a gym (1) public transport (2) and shops (3) should all be within 15 minutes walking distance (absolute max)....yes numbering in that order priority too probably. I don’t care so much about the shops (although it would be nice) as I can get groceries delivered. And The Absolute Must... DEFINITELY NEED AIR CON: I definitely need air con in my bedroom as I've already been through two summers without. I actually much prefer the cold but I like what Brisbane has to offer otherwise. FURNITURE: I'm ideally looking for somewhere fully furnished apart from the bedroom. I have a medium size desk and can buy the rest of the stuff. If it's already furnished then that's a bonus. BEDROOM SIZE: I definitely need a bedroom of reasonable size. Hoping to fit a queen bed, desk and a whiteboard for my work. Don't worry the whiteboard will only be attached to the wall by Velcro. BIT ABOUT ME: - I like the gym (first thing in the morning), living a healthy lifestyle (most of the time) walks (near the water if I can), tennis (now and again), football (on TV), admiring nature (whenever I can), travelling (every so often) reading (daily and before bed), writing (for work and pleasure), self-improvement (generally), online marketing (work), restaurants (many), socialising (mainly on weekends) and coffee (in small doses). - I'm a social/friendly person but I'm definitely more on the quiet side. I'm not big on TV (in one place I didn't even own a TV lol) at all so don't expect me to join you on the couch watching it. I don't mind the news and a bit of sport though. I just find you learn more by reading. - I do all of my socialising with friends outside of the flat/property but I 100% don't mind if you have people over. I'm not one for dinner parties but go for it!! - I'm not a vegetarian. I cook my own meals as have my own diet I need to follow. Of course there may be a time where a meal or take-away could be shared. - I'm a clean and tidy person and expect likewise. - I'm straight and single currently - I'm open to living with people of all cultures and sexuality. - I have lived and worked in Sydney (4 years) London (5 years) and Melbourne (3 years) previously. The main thing I am seeking in a flatmate is laid back qualities. If this is you then we are a flatmate match potentially. Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you. Kieran
Hello there, nice to meet you. My name is Steve, 36yo extremely considerate housemate. I am easy to chat with, kind and respect others space. I am clan and tidy guy who does enjoy their own space so won't be in your way all the time but always happy to share a meal or movie together etc. As a pensioner on disability I am home quite a bit which enables me to take care of house duties when your own time is limited. I have my own transport and can cook some basic but tasty food. Please send me a message for a chat about me sharing your home with you.
I have a king sized bed, however I'm not too fussy on the room size as long as there's room to walk. I would prefer to have my own bathroom but shared bathroom is okay. I am extremely tidy and considerate of others surroundings. I work part time and I also have Centrelink to back me up on the weeks I have less work. I own a car and I drive. I have a 1yo cat that is litter trained, desexed, microchipped, registered and always flea'd and wormed. I am a non smoker and I do not drink. I am looking for somewhere that has internet connection, a space for my car, and pet friendly.
Hi my name is Martin and I just turned 56. I am a quiet, easy going person, non smoker, respectful and clean. I am looking for a room to rent in a lowset house or highest ground floor or granny flat. No townhouse. I am financially secure. I am born German and came to Australia in 1994. I like the beach, nature, beach, going for walks, relax at home and cruising around in my sports car.
I keep things clean and will help out anyone with most things in any way I can. I go to school five days a week and I am always out on the weekends riding my bike with mates. Always ready to work and get things done.
I'm a quiet and respectful mature age lady who has lived in my current unit for over 10yrs but can no longer afford to pay rent on my own since my daughter moved in to Brisbane. I am a non-smoker and would prefer to live in a non-smoking environnent. I'm looking to find someone like-minded to get together to share rent or to rent a room in an existing share home, hopefully with some privacy and own bathroom if possible. I love pets and have no problems with living with animals. I'm 65 but very active and love art, photography and just about anything that's interesting and keeps me busy. I do regard myself as friendly and supportive but I also respect other's privacy.
Im Ivan, 26, Civil Engineer. At the moment I work full time and study part time. If I'm not working, I'm studying... I enjoy a good chat or/and a drink or two. I'm a clean person and try to maintain a clean living space. In my spare time i enjoy going on 4x4 adventures and pc gaming. I'm respectful of peoples privacy and space but do like to be sociable. Im outgoing but also enjoy my nights in after a long week at work.
Hey my name is Brii I'm 23 and a full-time manager. I do shift work. I have a guniea pig named midnight. I'm really organised which means rent will always be paid on time and I'm kinda OCD so things will always be clean 😂 don't really know what else to say 😊
Hi, I am moving back to Brisbane late June and I am currently looking for a place to call home. I am a second year nursing student and I work part-time in Aged Care as a assistant nurse during semester and work full-time during semester breaks. I am a workaholic and very work orienated so I am hardly ever home. I am social but I also like my personal space. I am very down to earth, realxed, easy going person and get along with everyone. I am very respectful of others space and privacy. I am clean and tidy. I am not a party person. I am a coffee lover, love hiking, love sight-seeing, animal lover, enjoy eating health but do enjoy occasionally indulging in anything chocolate, cakes and pastries:)
I primarily am looking for Granny flat style or underneath the house type accommodation. I am wanting my own space as I like to keep to myself, like my own company and am used to living on my own. Having said that, I am easy going and tidy person to live with.
Hello! My partner and I are looking for a place that is halfway between Brisbane and Sunshine Coast as he will be working full-time in Brisbane and I am working part-time and studying midwifery at UQ, doing my prac at Caboolture Hospital. I am currently subletting a place in Caloundra, but would like to move mid-May. We are tidy, respectful, mellow, and hardworking. Not really interested in a party house as I'll be studying heaps and he'll be doing early mornings. We both surf so that's why we want to be a bit closer to the coast for when we have a chance to get a wave. I love to cook healthy food and Sean is a master at making pies ;). I teach yoga and I am always up for a surf/run/hike/adventure, as is Sean. I am Canadian from Nova Scotia and Sean is from Port Campbell, Victoria. We are happy to share a house, but are also keen for our own place :). Send me a message if you have a place for us!! B
I am an 18 year old full time uni student, who owns the friendliest cat you'll ever meet. I have a bubbly and fun personality, and I'm easy to get all long with. I am a part timer with Woolworths, so between work and study, I'll hardly be home to rack up the power bill haha! I'm looking to move around uni end of semester (June?) in a teamup with 2 other people. I'm looking to move anywhere between Northlakes and Chermside with houses being no more than $400 a week - between 3 people, approx $130 per week (exc bills) is within my price range 😊. Preferably looking for females, non smoker, 18+, who have their own car, license, and stable job. 😊 So if you're interested, please let me know and we shall house hunt together :) Otherwise, I am also looking at rooms for rent.
Hey I'm Emma, Im a pretty chilled bubbly person like to have a laugh and go with the flow like to play music. I'm a slight clean freak helps me relax and I'm pretty quite and keep to myself most of the time. Might have a friend stay once in a while. Looking for house mates my age prefer 20-35 but get along with everyone. Just moved back to Redcliffe and started working I'm a bartender so Im at work from 5 till late, 5 nights a week Friday till Tuesday I'm looking at a long term stay. I normally spend my days off down the coast. I have a dog who is not with me atm but would like to have him with me soon he is a red cattle 9yrs old had him since he was a pup very well behaved dog. A furnished room is a must please and close to public transport.
I'm 21, a personal trainer and currently training for an ICN(body building) competition. I have a pet, his a little snake who is the love of my life. I don't smoke, I don't have kids and I'm not much of a Partier. I'm a very social person but at the same time I like my own privacy. I meal prep every Sunday, eat the same thing week in and week out. I'm quite boring to be honest I think really! When someone asks what I do for fun, what my hobbies are my only reply is working out. I'm looking for some cool respectable people to either share with or a place of my own. I have a huge 12 seater couch that is my other pride and joy so have space for it inside without the possibility of it being wrecked is a must for me. Any other questions don't hesitate to ask
