I spend Monday-Wednesday in Batemans Bay and would spend the rest of the week in Canberra for work. I work at a tutoring company, play sports and I'm from Batemans Bay. I do like to go out and have fun but I'm also very respectful of the people I live with regarding noise etc.
I am 32 and from the UK and working in early childhood. I am potentially transferring from my Brisbane centre down to Canberra within the next few weeks. I will be studying my Bachelor of Education at UC from next year. Friendly and outgoing, clean and tidy person. Love my formula 1 and V8 Supercars. Easy to get on with. I love animals and if possible I would be looking at getting a cat, however, if the right place comes up that doesn't allow pets, I will still consider.
Hi, I’m a public service professional in my late forties who works full time. I am quiet and mind my own business but am also sociable and can enjoy a chat now and then. I am neat and tidy and respectful of those around me. I’m looking to share with preferably one housemate but in the right situation would share with two. I’m interested in a quiet and calm household. I’ll be out at times catching up with friends. I don’t mind sharing with someone who has pets. I’m very willing to share domestic duties and if sharing a house am happy to help out with gardening. I’m flexible when it comes to working out household arrangements. I don’t smoke and enjoy the odd drink socially. Feel free to contact me if you think we could share a place.
Hi I’m looking to find a place once the lease is up at the place I’m staying at, I work part time at Bunnings but will be getting full time soon, I will study soon to (not studying at the moment). I’m an ex smoker but vape now, I’m close with friends and family, I have a girlfriend, I gym 4-5 days a week, love food and having an occasional drink and chatting or playing games.
Hello! I'm a 28 year old young professional looking for a new housemate. A bit about me- originally from Perth, work for the gov (predictable). I'll be at work during the day, gym or hiking most evenings (when I'm on a good roll) and I'm usually out and about on the weekends. I'm really keen to find a good-natured housemate with good vibes, but I also love my own space and know others do too. Been sharehousing for ages so I'm clean and respectful of communal areas. I enjoy cooking and gardening, having a chat and movie nights/glass of wine with my housemate/s. I have two little cats who are very chilled and will 99% be in my room- they're really friendly and low-key. They were foster fails so don't judge me. If you are keen to get a place together in the inner south/north and we sound like a good match get in touch!
Hey I’ve just moved back to Canberra for work after living up the coast in a few different places :) I’ll be working full time in Deakin and also studying part time. I’m a pretty sociable person however I also respect everyone’s privacy and need to do their own thing. I’m kind of looking for a place where flat mates don’t mind discussing life after work, sharing a Bev on weekends and getting out and about to do things.
Hi :) I have moved to Canberra 6 months ago from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and have been renting an apartment by myself in Phillip. As renting by myself has become a touch too expensive I have decided to try Flatmates to share the load. I work Full-time in Fyshwick as a Business Analyst and spend my Tuesday and Thursday nights training an under 16 boys soccer team along with playing for a team on Saturday's. When I do have down time I like to spend it watching tv and having a few drinks with friends in the civic area. If I sound like the kind of roommate for you please get in contact. Thank you
I'm an Engineer from Melbourne. On the weekends I enjoy activities such as skiing, hiking, or catching up with friends. During the week, I keep busy with work most nights. As a housemate I'm sociable but respect others space, I'm easy going and keep my surroundings clean and tidy.
I am a young working professional looking to rent a room in a share house. I am clean, tidy and considerate/respectful of others. I am new to Canberra and would love to meet new people. I am fairly quiet and keep to myself for the most part, but I do enjoy having a chat and getting to know the people I live with. I have experience living in share accommodation and have done so for many years throughout my time at university.
I'm grew up regional Victoria, after year 12 I took a gap year and went to London where I lived for a year on a working holiday. After returning I moved to Canberra to study Political Science at the ANU (don't worry I'm not preachy about politics). I work as a tour guide at Old Parliament House and at Coles as a shelf-stacker so I probably won't be around much anyway but I'm a very extroverted person who's very easy to talk to and I think I'd make an excellent house-mate.
