I just graduated law school so I work full time through the week. I only just moved to Brissy this year so I love a social house on the weekends with some wine but I also love to just hang out for a quiet night sometimes too. Pretty easy going with everything else. Looking for a friendly and clean house :)
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. Prefer suburbs such as Sunnybank or Sunnybank Hills which are close to buses 123, 130, 140, 598 and close to Altandi or Sunnybank Train Stations. I have my own bedroom furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. If not I have my own cupboard. Ceiling fans or air con would also be nice, but not essential. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $160 per week which INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, where I am currently living in Sunnybank and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. My budget also allows me to pay up to $160 per week in rent without any problems. (PLEASE ONLY MESSAGE ME IF YOU OFFER AN ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE OF RENT AND BILLS COMBINED) When working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet, as part of the utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am trying to quit smoking, so am happy to smoke outside. I am also, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. I am happy to pitch in and help with yard mowing duties or other chores if required and am always willing to help my flatmates with things if they need it. I am looking for a long term place like 1-2+ years. Cheers!

27 year old law student (@Griffith Nathan) with a heavy study load and full-time job (pouring beers). If I had the ultimate Gabby day it would probably involve a sleep-in, followed by brunch and an afternoon of beers, passing out either on the couch in front of the TV or with a speaker playing tunes. Enjoy a drink on the weekend and good conversation. Can't stand small talk or situational discussions. Enjoy to learn off others around me and share knowledge. Banter and a sense of humour are musts! Not an absolute straighty 180 but not looking for a student party house. Those days are over. Heads either in the books or making moolah. Rent amount is definitely flexible, so are move date and location to a degree.
Hello! I'm a respectful, considerate, honest, and reliable person who always pays the rent/bills on time and tidies up after myself. I'm friendly and easy to get along with. I'm a non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. I'm also allergic to cats, so I sadly have to avoid homes with cats in them. :( I'm studying psychology at Griffith Uni (Mt Gravatt campus). I'll be starting honours next year. I'm looking for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing home where I can recharge and chill. I'm a friendly person with a good sense of humour who enjoys a chat and a laugh, but I usually like to quietly do my own thing when I'm at home. I tend to spend lots of time in my room studying! (Super exciting, I know!) For fun, I perform improvised theatre which I've been doing for over a year.
Hi I’m caskill I’m very easy going, tidy and work full time. I spend some weekdays and most weekends with my girlfriend, I get into most shows on Netflix, ufc, I work out casually and also like to have a few drinks in my spear time.
Seeking an independent rental as soon as possible , weeks in advance to be payed upfront is an option . Full rental and employment references available upon request
Hi! We're two Tasmanians moving to Brisbane for uni in 2019. We're both easygoing, open-minded people who enjoy a quiet beer of an evening and are respectful of others' space. Abbie is studying Forensic Science and Criminology at Griffith university, loves true crime docos, and is a huge fan of the Melbourne Demons. She's fond of music, and dabbles in bands when time allows. Harley is studying Paramedic Science at QUT, loves history, and tries to stay active through Muay Thai. He loves to cook, enjoys reading, and loves animals. He also enjoys watching sport, particularly cricket and the NBA.
Hi, we're a couple looking for a room while we study in Brisbane. We are looking for another couple or single person to share a house with. From the U.K and Taiwan Looking for a nice relaxed house which is clean and has a good atmosphere to it
I'm a 29 year old student completing my honours year in Science. I'm clean and quiet, like to bake and cook, and can be pretty shy until I get to know someone. I'm looking for a room, preferably with my own bathroom, close to Griffith Nathan or Mt Gravatt, in a quiet house where I can unwind after a day in the lab. I am open to pets, especially cats.
A working management professional in an MNC Company, Looking for a Studio Apartment, 1BHK, GRANI FLAT or a Room with full access, I am okay sharing flat or home with good companions. Need to travel to Crestemead during Weekdays. No car for a month time hence need to manage with Pooling or public transport. Have worked Worldwide locations, professional yet family oriented. Pretty flexible in general just don't appreciate smoking (No Smoking pls)
Hi I'm Michael! I'm open to moving just about anywhere in Brisbane. I'm a Law/Arts student at Griffith University. I've only just finished my first semester there so I'll be studying for quite some time yet. I'm definitely keen to have a drink on some weekends and go out, but I also love to head to the beach for a swim and a surf. I love being outside, but I'm equally happy powering through movies/a tv series in a ridiculously short amount of time. I'm currently only working 10 hours a week, but I'll be doing some maths and physics study over the summer break to keep me busy. I'm also planning to increase my work hours, fit in some camping trips, and learn to code! I receive youth allowance fortnightly (and will soon receive rent assistance) as a full time student. Coupled with my income from part time work (or even without it), this is more than enough to cover all living expenses. Paying rent and bills on time won't ever be an issue! Please feel free to message me if you think I'd be a good fit for your place :)

I'm proud to say I'm a clean person and am very respectful of people's privacy. I hope I can find a cosy place to stay that falls within my budget
I am currently studying 3-4days a week in Hospitality. I mainly keep to myself due to the amount of human interaction I experience day to day whether it be through my studies, work experience or events/gatherings with friends. I own half a child, his name is Buba. He makes sure I have something to tidy or clean everyday so I always cleaning up after him or myself. He just turned 3yrs old not too long ago but he is a very good fur baby with the occasional hissy fits.
Hi, I'm looking for a furnished place to move in from 17th December. I'm a freelance graphic designer. I'm thoughtful and social but not loud and I respect privacy. I would love to find somewhere safe and clean to share.
I'm very easy going and like to keep to myself as I live a very busy lifestyle. However I enjoy having a chat to whoever my flatmates are and can keep a really good conversation going. I work a full time job as well as attending school and Playing rugby and going to the gym means I'm never around much but when I am expect to see me around the house doing something, either cooking my weeks meal or spacing out watching a good doco.
I am a really quiet and considerate tenant and like to keep a clean and tidy house. I'm a part time Coordinator, and part time uni student. My 3 birds will be sticking with me so I'm looking for a pet friendly house/ unit without too many neighbours for them to disturb. I'm looking for somewhere to stay for a few years, and I'm not in a rush to move, so I will be hanging out for the right place. Please feel free to get in touch!
I will be soon a student of Griffith Uni, Southbank. Looking for a room to stay for long-term, maybe has own bathroom will be great. Besides, I always cook for myself so I want a house that has a shared kitchen too. I'm a very very clean and tidy person you may get annoyed sometime if you stay with me ~_~but I'll control myself as much as I can.
Looking for a place with walking distance to bus's stop :) Sunnybank/Sunnybank Hills/Upper Mt. Gravatt/ Or any nearby Pineland Shopping Center ABOUT ME Hi, I'm from Thailand but I can speak fluent English. I lived in Brisbane before (for 4 years) and now just move back in. I have friends and family that I can fully rely on but I just want to be independent. I'm flexible and not a very loud person but love to chat sometimes. I don't smoke, don't gamble, I can drink but not as much (I have low alcohol tolerance and developing allergies, so I usually don't drink more than 2 glasses - beer) I think I'm pretty easy going and at the same time confronting. So, if there's anything on my mind, I would most likely to sort it out maturely. And vice versa, I will take comments and find our middle. My friends say I'm super chill (I have a brother at home, so I'm quite used to all the messiness) but I'd love to live in a clean and tidy house of course. Also, I will always make sure the bathroom drain cover is clean after I use ,as I am very aware of girls-with-long-hair problem T___T. For fun, I usually read, watch youtube, workout, or just go out to have a walk.
