Hi there, I am a 36 year old positive and relaxed woman who simply enjoys life! I am open-minded, optimistic and rather unconventional. I am a single mum of an 8 year old superboy! After catching up for my A-level a few years ago, I started studying Psychology. I am now a Master student of Organisational Psychology, researching in the field of Applied Positive Psychology. I like all kinds of outdoor activities, but also relax with a glass of wine and a good book/film. I love tasting all kinds of food. I am currenly searching for a room for my son and me for the first weeks when we arrive in Perth, Western Australia. I will spend one year there to finish my studies at the UWA. We'd like to live in a share house with local people the first time, to get connected and used to talk English (especially my son). I cannot confirm lease for 6 months by now, because we do not know which school my son will attend. Later, we are also interested in longstay-teamups to share a house for the full year if chemistry fits :-) Best, Ilka (with Noel)
I am pretty quiet and spend a lot of time at my computer working on electronics projects while at home. Otherwise, I sing in the WA Opera and in a bunch of concerts around Perth meaning I'm out a lot of evenings till ~9:30pm. I sail most weekends and cook quite healthily. I'm happy to share in meals and hang out otherwise.
Retired oil and gas professional (worked in many countries). Fully domesticated, I am not a bad cook and am clean and neat. Good company, GSOH and I enjoy a beer and a glass of red. I'm also involved in voluntary work. Hobbies include golf, fitness, writing (2 books at present) and art work. Good references as I have also house sat for friends and family. Furnished accommodation required.
- I like my living areas to be neat and tidy - I work & study full time which keeps me out of trouble - I wash my dishes as soon as I use them - I'm a social person - I love going out to eat and cooking for friends and family - My nightclubbing days are O.V.E.R however I do love checking out bands and music gigs - I love all animals - I organise Food & Beverage festivals - that means free tickets for you!
Hi! My name is James and I am an energetic student from rural WA. I am currently dealing with spliting from my partner and as such am looking for a immediate new place to call home. I am currently searching in areas such as stirling and osbourne park, Wembley and floreat, Innaloo, and Scarborough. Though I am open to moving as far as vic park. I love food and cheeky cheat nights and I am an easy going guy who LOVES to tell jokes making people laugh is my bread and butter so to speak. I work in a pub on herdsman parade in wembley though I am still seeking further employment. I am studying publishing and editing and have only a module or two to complete. I am a bit of an introvert but im not anti-social either. I love reading and writing, these take up most of my spare time. I do also own an espresso machine which i am more than happy for people to use so long as its not a problem for them having it in the house. I hope to hear from you guys soon! Regards James
Super easy going, happy, healthy, social, clean and respectful. I am 28, a dance teacher and now a relatively old uni student. I lead a pretty active life, love live music and am always up for a cheeky Sunday arvo drink. Anything else just ask ;)
***Looking for master bedroom*** ***Space for a small truck*** The name is Aaron and I'm 24 I work for myself 6 days a week Quite funny and very easy going Love cooking and the occasional beer Im tidy, responsible and respectful Also not an OCD freak by any means but I like to keep a tidy clean house
I am a Psychology and Languages student at the University of Western Australia, who works in a cafe as a barista. I’m fresh back in Perth after spending a semester abroad in Freiburg (southern Germany), and thus am in need of a room (from August 15th or later)! I have loads of experience living in share houses having lived in one in North Perth from 2012-2015 and then two others in West Perth since then. As a housemate I like to have a nice rapport and socialise over a cup of tea or a glass of wine, but also keep to myself when I have a big essay to write for uni or an exhausting day at work. I think it’s really important to have open communication in the house, with as little drama as possible and keep a positive energy amongst each other. I like to keep my spaces tidy, and I love to get together to cook food every now and then if that’s something you’d be interested in! I am currently looking to rent for four months only. Currently I plan to move to the Netherlands before New Years Eve because my boyfriend lives there- so until late December would suit, however there is a possibility that I might stay longer (by a month or so), and I am happy to cover costs until someone moves in/move out earlier. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
I'm a super friendly, easygoing, neat and tidy full-time medical student/part-time barista looking for a place to stay long-term (until I graduate). Most days, I'll be hidden away studying quietly, at work, at uni, or at my boyfriend's place - a.k.a. you'll have the place to yourself and will hardly notice I'm there! Having said that, I always make time for housework, and I definitely enjoy a break from work for socialising when I can (10/10 keen for someone to have wine/laughs/banter with). Die hard dog lover, fabulous sense of humour, track record of paying rent and bills on time every time, open-minded and super easy to live with. :-)
Hi, I am moving to Perth for work in mid September. I work full time as an engineer but I am also studying a Master's degree part time. I enjoy being active and love to get some sort of exercise in each day. Can't wait for summer to return so I can spend some quality time at the beach. Recently got back from a 3-week holiday in Portugal and Spain.
I will be moving from Brisbane to Perth at the end of August to take up a postdoc position at UWA. I am a non-smoker, tidy and like to go to the gym after a busy day at work. On weekends I plan to explore Perth and its beautiful surroundings, but also like to cook a nice meal and watch a movie at home.
Positive, down on earth, organized and reliable. Not a party guy but enjoy few beer sometimes. Very ease going and honest. Looking for a place to stay with no stress.
Hello :) I'm Isaac and I'm currently working as a carer. I'm very clean, tidy, quiet and considerate and I am looking for a place with like minded people. Not interested in drama or super chaotic/crazy houses. I love the outdoors and everything that goes with that lifestyle so between that and my job I probably won't spend too much time at home once summer comes back! My current lease runs out September the 4th so I will be available after that. Looking forward to meeting you :)
I'm friendly and easy going, I like to have time to myself and my own space. Happy to have a chat and a glass of wine with housemates as well :) I'm interested in fashion, baking, craft, design and generally anything a bit creative. I aspire to being adventurous. I'm perpetually trying (and failing) to get fit and stop eating sugar.. I'm pretty cynical and down to earth. I'm unorganised/obsessively attentive to detail, always running late. Sarcastic- funny types are probably my people :) I'm looking for a small household (4 people total at the absolute maximum, I'd prefer myself and 1 or 2 others) I'd like to rent with females in their late twenties or their 30's. I'm currently working as a careworker south of the river. I work mainly in the mornings, sometimes weekends as well. I may be moving to Melbourne towards the end of the year so a 4-5 month time commitment would be the maximum I could give at this point. I'm looking to move out as soon as possible. I'd love to hear from anyone with an available room that fits what I'm looking for! I'd preferably like to live within a few suburbs of freo (:
