I am clean and tidy...get along well with everyone. I like to socialise a little and also enjoy time on my own. I work 10hr days, 4 days a week on a 7 day rotating roster in a Holiday Park which I enjoy. I live and work in Nelson Bay....I enjoy the beach, going for walks, yoga, meditation, swimming, gym and bike riding. I love to cook and eat healthy meals but also enjoy a night out for dinner and socialising. I don't smoke, rarely drink and I like movies and netflix.
I would prefer Port Stephens/ Nelson bay area, however anywhere in Newcastle will also be ok. Ideally no more than $220 a week for rent. I will be working full time in a Reservations role. Ideally a place where there aren't too many late night parties would be great.
I am currently studying full time and working part time seeking share accomodation in the Port Stephens area. I am clean, tidy and easy to live with. I am good with finances and generally keep to myself but enjoy good company, music and the beach.
We are looking forward to living in Newcastle, making new friends and becoming a part of the community. I have owned and taught in a yoga school in Melbourne for 13 years and hope to establish a small school in the area. Steve has lived and worked in the dairy industry and more recently in wetlands restoration and maintenance. We have spent the last 18 months travelling around Australia and think it is probably time we went back to the real world...
Hi I'm Fee, 36yo Mum to 2 girls, aged 4 and 7. Recently separated from hubby and looking for a place to share with someone fun, and who has an open mind. My girls would live with my Ex, but occasionally would need to stay with me, I would expect to have them in my room. I'm originally from Perth, but I work as a Reserve Clerk in the RAAF, so have lived in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne. I have a real creative streak and enjoy weekly singing group, theatre, and am currently writing a novel. I'm also 85ish% paleo, but enjoy wine and chocolate too much to give those up! If you would like to know any more about me, or my situation, please don't hesitate to ask! Look forward to hearing from you! Cheers
Hello, my names Latisha I just turned 20. Looking to finally live out of home and become more independent in myself. I work full time. I pretty much just go to work and come home and keep to my self. I am a pretty out going person but also like to keep to myself a lot! Like to catch up with family and weekends on weekends.
Looking for a share house for myself and partner. I am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a veterinary nurse. I like spending my days off at the beach, watching a movie or having a few drinks with my friends and family.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I only work 3 days a week but i spend 1 week a month in sydney. I'm a clean and friendly person. Im a big fan of dogs and have my own but she lives with my parents for the moment. I'm not a big drinker but i wont say no to the occasional beer. I only have my bedroom furnishing but if need to i can buy furniture
I am an American expatriate currently studying business in the south of France. I will be relocating to Newcastle, Australia in January to complete my MBA. I am clean and tidy, appreciate my quiet time, but also love to hit the bars. My life revolves around yoga, running, reading, writing, travel, art and anything vegan. xoxo
I am looking to move to Newcastle in May 2018. (A while off I know, putting the feelers out now!) I currently live in country NSW and will be moving to Newcastle to be back near the beach/sea. I work FT as a Production & Graphics Manager for a Promotional Merchandise & Signage company based in Sydney. I have been working remotely for the last 2 years and would consider renting 2 rooms (bedroom + office/ study) in the house or can rent an office externally. I am originally from country NSW however, have lived in Sydney for 20 years and overseas. I have travelled locally & abroad extensively, I love the sea (and miss it!), love to cook, have a laugh and am generally calm and laid back. I keep active by going to the gym, access my creative side through wood carving and volunteering for local organisations. I love gardening, growing my own herbs and veggies is a must! I am looking to move to Newcastle as I have a few friends there, and every time I visit I enjoy myself.. plus it is coastal (and not in Sydney! haha :-))
I’m a grown up female woman. I will more than happily clean, I cook and I like to keep a safe, harmonious and quiet during the week environment to co- exsist in. I work weekends but I totally understand everyone has to have fun! I have excellent spelling, as I am an English Major at uni and I ride a bike so I don’t need a parking space.
Hola! I'm currently living in Sydney but I will be getting relocated for work to Newcastle later in the year, around the end of November. I work full-time as a Civil Engineer, ideally I would like to make my transition to Newcastle towards the end of November - begging of December but I'm flexible in this regard. I been living with flamates/housemates for some time now, and I'd like to think that I'm good housemate. I enjoy a good balance of privacy and social life. Never used the 'Team Ups' option on here before but I'm very open to it, so if you are also looking for a place around the same dates and would like to Team up, just send me a message! Ed.
Full time student at UON studying nursing. Relaxed but likes to keep things neat and tidy. Enjoys having a few drinks on the weekend, would love to live in a social environment with like-minded housemates. Happy to live with males or females. Looking to move in mid November and would ideally like to stay at least a few months, possibly longer depending on how things go. I come with all my own furniture if needed! Non-smoker
Sporty guy keen to get out and get involved. Call me a beachy person :-). I'm social and will often sit around for a chat while cooking dinner. I work 7am-5pm as an engineer at the Newcastle Airport. Happy to maintain a clean house and do my share of the duties.
Hello ! I am french and I obtained my bachelor's degree in management this year and now I would like to travel in Australia for one year. I arrive in Newcastle in less than a month and I am searching for a room or a flatsharing in this city. I am friendly, sociable, easy going and I love meeting people ! I don't have an Australian phone number yet, so i put my french phone number.
I am an easy going, active, happy, social 24 year old. i keep busy with a fulltime work load and in my spare time like to be outdoors or seeing friends. i am clean, conscientious and easy to get along with.
I am an English student studying Nutrition at the University of Newcastle. I am a very easy going and social person. I enjoy a night out and like to play sports/ go to the gym. I am a tidy person and also respect other peoples personal space.
Hi! I'm a full time art student and work weekends in retail. Long term preferred. Just putting the feelers out for now as I won't be looking to move until around late November/early December. Thanks to a greedy tax man I'm not in a position to provide much bond/rent in advance at this stage.. 0-2 weeks bond is all I can commit to for now. Looking for a large room - I have a drawing table+computer desk I'll need to fit in there. A private-ish shed space or similar would also be handy (so I can get art-messy) but not essential. not a big party person (being 30 i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs) but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. not a clean freak but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
I might be older but still feel like I'm 30! Had major setbacks in my life but still optimistic and get along with people of all ages. I'm trustworthy, honest and have a great sense of humour (being a pommie helps). Interested in sport, art, animal lover and enjoy good company not a big drinker but enjoy wine with dinner ect.
