Hi there, I’m from Malaysia, Chinese. I’m studying at TAFE Ashmore for the next couple of years. I study three days a week and have a part time job on other days. Other than that, I go for cycling to get some sweat out or a motorcycle road trip somewhere if there’s time and good weather. My bike isn’t loud if you are worried. I keep stuff as tidy as possible, a tidy place is more comfortable than a wreck, right? Am not a night life, party person. But a drink or two once in awhile is cool.
Hey, i’m Kaylee, i am pretty quite and do like to keep to myself a lot, but i also tend to be out and about with friends or family doing adventures too haha. I’m pretty chatty and do like to socialse a little bit but also love my space. I love going to the beach and working out at the gym early in the morning or late night sessions and I personally don’t like to drink, and will only go out on the odd occasion. Non smoker and i’m normally always a happy, bubbly person, would prefer to live in a house with guys/girls around my age. 😊
I have a happy, positive and fun personality being a relief teacher. I love to chat or listen and also love to have personal space. I know when living with people to have that good balance of being social with each other, while also respecting their need for space and being alone sometimes. I am very clean to live with and love to the clean the house each week on the weekends. I always pay my rent and bills on time. I am not into parting or having parties, I am not loud at all and love quiet households where you can relax after a day of work. I am currently relief teaching in schools across the gold coast and this means that I am employed but not on a full time basis but I do get three days a week at a very good rate, so just assuring you that it is a good job that will allow me to pay all my bills each week on time. I have other casual jobs and centre link to ensure my rent is always paid. I have a cat so it would be great to find someone who would rent to me with her but I also can move without her as my current flatmates said she could stay here. I am out most days from early morning to get to the relief school that has called but am very quiet and respectful of others I live with and noise. I do also love to have a weekly meal with flatmates I live with just to catch up on life.
Not just looking for a roommate/Teamups, but mostly looking for someone easy going, down to earth and ready to interact etc. I don’t really want to live with someone that always wanna keep to themselves aha I need someone I can trust and at the same time grow up to become best buddies. Like don’t get me wrong I understand personal space so I’ll give you that when necessary, but I’ll also annoy you sometime😂I know when to stop tho so don’t worry. Anyways with that said; I’m moving down to the Goldie for various reasons some such as; Football/Soccer, Acting, Dancing ect I’m very interesting to be around with so if you’re ever feeling down I’ll always be there for ya ( ride or die). I’ll happily talk myself up, but I suggest you find out yourself by asking me anything and I’ll try my best to give you an answer. No promises😊
Hello, I am a 26 y.o female, full-time student. Respectful, reliable, tidy and quiet. I’m half Italian, half English and all of my friends say I cook amazingly!i’m able to socialise with most people and i’m a super active person, so if anyone is up to play some sports or go for adventures, I would always be there to join!Speak English, Italian and Spanish. Love to go for a dance here and there as not as young as I used to 😬Work in childcare, so during the week i’m pretty laid back and just do my sports. Just moved after 6 years in Sydney and looking to meet new friends.
Hello! I'm a super clean 23 year old thats rarely ever home, i work solid 12 hour days most days and have sunday and a day off during the week. I clean up after myself as i use things so theres never any trail of mess. I've got one thing thats making it hard for me to find places to live, Its my beautiful 1 year old Staffy (medium sized female). She gets along very well with any other animal be it dog, cat fish or spider. Also gets along well with people, literally loves anyone. I can find places to live with her but most want her only outside, if you're a dog person you know this isn't possible 24/7. The place i'm at right now shes outside majority of the time and shes not coping the best. Would need to be possible for her to sleep inside more often than not (in my room) and be inside chilling in my room when im at home, she sheds minimal fur and is completely house/ toilet trained. She does chew things she can get her mouth on when noones home. But doesnt destroy things. Let me know if you're keen! Happy to negotiate vacuuming house once a week regularly for her to be inside more often or something like that for a trade of her being inside more often than not!
Hello! I am a 25yo Registered Nurse working at the Gold Coast University Hospital, I am originally from Brisbane however I have lived on the GC for several years and love the mountains and beaches. I am looking to move soon (flexible with dates as I am staying with family), ideally I am interested in teaming up with someone else to rent a place but I am open to other options. Why would I be a good person to live with? I am a very neat and clean person (I don't like leaving dishes/clothes/objects lying around, I like to live in a tidy house) I don't drink, smoke or do any other substances (and would prefer non smoking housemate/s) I am fairly independent and quiet, (I won't be blasting music or the TV, most people don't even notice I am around) however I do enjoy spending time with housemate/s in and out of the house. I work almost full-time hours at the GCUH, on a rotating roster, so I won't be loitering around the house all the time. I enjoy hiking/cooking/gym/jogging/biking and am happy to do these things with housemate/s if you want to join in! Things you should know. I have one chubby ginger cat who will come with me, she's not very social with other dogs but tolerates other cats. My partner lives in Brisbane, we usually alternate weekends (or weekdays as we both often work weekends) at each others houses, so some weeks he might be around (we usually have plans or are out and about) and other weeks I won't be around at all. He is also a really good cook and always happy to share! What I would prefer in a house/housemates. I would ideally prefer my own bathroom/ensuite as I currently share with 3 people and miss having my own. I have both a car and a motorbike, off street parking would be great but I am not too fussed. I don't want to share with more than 2 other people, as I enjoy my space. As I do work shifts I would prefer a quieter share house that doesn't have a lot of drinking/social activities every week. I don't mind occasional parties and having friends over, but I do work late/night shifts and weekends so would prefer it to not be a regular thing. If there is anything else you would like to know, feel free to ask me!
I'm chilled. Work fulltime as a pool builder. Nothing much bothers me. Easy going, always going with the flow. Drama free. Clean up after myself. Live that do unto others lifestyle, pretty simple dude. Love hiking, going to shows, reading, working, beach, gym, gaming, chilling, meditating. It all goes down well.
Hey there, just looking on behalf of my father for somewhere to live. He currently lives with other family members but it isn’t working out due to no fault of his own. He works full time and he is quiet and likes to keep to himself, works full time and really just enjoys visiting family and relaxing. He would like his own bathroom and just somewhere he can park his car. He is very lovely and great to be around and he’s a handy man!

Also not opposed to having a beer on the weekend :) Would prefer a furnished/ semi furnished place with internet. Thanks
