Clean, tidy and mature creature. Always cleans up after himself. Also likes to take himself out for walks without a leash. Very independent. No need to be fed, pampered or cleaned ;-) I do muay thai weeknights so i'm hardly home to make a mess and out most weekends exploring. I find being active keeps my coat nice an shiny. BTW, i work full time in a corporate office near the airport on your regular ol' 9-5 or 8-4 hours depending on what the mood suits :)
Hi future flatmate! I'm Nicola a 23 year old New Zealander who graduated from UNSW and currently is working in Sydney. I'm a full time artwork designer who is looking for a place to stay, preferably close to a train station of sorts. I'm a friendly non smoker, but not a party animal. I enjoy baking, video gaming and exploring interesting events in Sydney. I'm a tidy house mate, who knows how to make a decent coffee (I used to be a part time barista previously) and I hope to hear from you soon :)
I'm a 28-year old girl from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I've been living in Sydney for three years now, and I love it. I work in creative services freelancing for different companies depending on projects. I usually have a few projects going on at the same time, so I'm pretty busy because I want to write my own things as well. I'm sociable, relaxed and easy-going. I'm a normal kind of girl, I like working out and keeping fit, but I'm not a kale smoothie person. I love food, fashion, arts, music and being outdoors. If you're after a glamorous, snobbish princess roomie please keep looking, I'm not your cup of tea. I'm looking for a relaxed place to call home, preferably with more than two flatmates who like hanging out together and keeping a friendly vibe in the house. I'm tidy, respectful and like maintaining my space and things in awesome conditions, but I'm also tolerant of normal situations arising from people actually living in a house. Example, if there's a glass of wine left on the coffee table overnight, I won't make a big fuss about it. I like living in a peaceful environment with roomies open to communication and productive conversations :)
Hey!! I'm Clay... new in Sydney and gonna stay a while! I'm from Dublin originally and a well-travelled guy! Already got myself a nice little job in the CBD mon-fri!!! Lookin to chill with fun, interesting, wine-loving, netflixing housemates during the week and have dinners and good times on the weekend :) Hoping to get started with inspections/viewings as soon as possible and get started living in Sydney!! :):):)
I am very friendly and helpful to others. Besides that, I'm not a noisy person nor party animal. The place I live has to be clean and neat as I have severe sinus problem where I'm allergy to dust. Therefore I need to be very clean and I am a very clean, tidy, neat and organised person. I respect others privacy and I wish to be treated the same as well.
Im a social and fun loving guy, looking to live with a flatmate, couple or in a share house. I'm In my last year of uni, where i'm studying part time. I work for an artist and have a steady income. I love cooking and would be keen to do shared meals if thats what you're into. Generally, i'm a pretty clean person and don't mind pitching in with chores.
Hi future housemates! My name's Bart and I'm a laid back web developer/graphic designer based in Sydney for the past 5 years. Casually, I like to chill and relax after a day of work but I don't mind a sneaky beer during the week from time to time. On weekends I like to travel locally (I'm into free diving) and go hiking or camping, fishing too. I'm not a big cook but I like to make a good hot chocolate and start the day with a royal breakfast :) It's good to have me around the house cause I'm great at handy work and remodelling. Mainly, I would like my flatties to be friends rather than people I share a house with. It would be great to get to know each other and maintain a friendly relationship. I like the house to be fairly clean but no clean freaks neither. If you think we might be compatible hit me up and let's set a viewing/chat date PEACE
My name is Alex, 25 years old and I'm a professional working in management for a Technology Consultancy. I've been living in Sydney since September 2016 after permanently relocated from London. I'm looking to take advantage of the outdoor lifestyle while I'm in Australia and do some travelling around the country. I enjoy a great laugh with people and don't take anything too seriously. I'm very respectful of other people's belongings and would love the opportunity to meet new people. I like to eat out a lot and I'll be hoping to sample all the various treats Sydney has to offer. I'm looking for somewhere that is fully furnished. As a quick summary, I'd be looking for a modern place that has: • Fully furnished bedroom • Ideally own air con unit in bedroom • Covered (secure) parking available for a motorbike (access to a garage. A full parking space isn’t required) • Fast internet • Reasonable amount of storage space available • Ideally own bathroom
I am Paulina, originally from Mexico, came here almost 2 years ago to study Marketing. I like to meet new people even tho I am a very tidy and clean person, I enjoy living in a clean place, I am working and studying full-time weekdays, I love cycling, read a good book and drink a glass of wine sometimes, I am not a big fan of cooking but can make good Mexican food.
We are a friendly English couple who have just been travelling in Asia for 3 months. Been in Australia for 3 weeks now. We are fun, easy going and good to get along with. We are clean and tidy, love to meet new people and have a laugh! We are used to sharing accommodation so wouldn't be a problem. Ben is working full time as a carpenter/joiner and sammy is currently looking for work.
Hi there, I am a 22 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker and value my privacy. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to have over sometimes [we're both quiet], but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I'm a light user of the kitchen, and don't need much pantry space. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer/clothesline [or space for a drying rack] and fridge. I adore cats and can happily live with them, dogs depend. Anywhere within a 15 minute walk to a train station on the T1 line from North Sydney to Hornsby is ideal [so I will consider suburbs outside what is listed on my profile, due to the 20 suburb maximum]. I don't mind a furnished or unfurnished room, as long as it can comfortably fit a bed, desk and a bookshelf. My rental budget is a maximum of $200/week, including bills. I hope to meet you and become a great housemate! - Blake
I work full-time at an IT firm in the city. Looking for a furnished private room with own bathroom in apartments with no more than 3 people living in it. Area of particular interest is in lower North Shore (St Leonards, Crows Nest, North Sydney, Artarmon and Chatswood). Ideally would prefer the apartment unit to be north-facing, must have easy access to public transport (preferably train) and excellent amenities (walking distance to decent sized supermarket, shops, etc.). My budget is $350/wk including bills (water, electricity, gas and wifi). I am a 40-year-old professional, mature and responsible, at the same time, respectful, friendly and easy-going. I am meticulous to cleanliness and would do everything to look after the property as it is my own. I need my own privacy and will definitely respect yours. Would love to share flat with someone who is like-minded. If you're looking for a responsible long-term flatmate/tenant, you won't be disappointed with me. NOTE: I need to give my current landlord 3 weeks notice upon deciding to move.
I am currently a professional athlete I play for the Australia Rugby 7's Womens team I come from Western Australia & recently moved to New South Wales to follow my dreams in a rugby career I am respectful, kind & bubbly! But do prefer my own space at times 😊
Im a single female, moving to Sydney for work and would like to find a flatmate that is friendly and easy going. I am respectful, clean and friendly, have never lived in sydney before moving from Melbourne.

I work at the marriage registry office Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00, I like to gym in the afternoon and cook in the evenings. I am usually out exploring at the weekend or hanging at friend's places. Would like a fair living situation for a long term share. Ideally close to public transport, I don't mind if the place is furnished or unfurnished, WiFi is essential. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have a question or an offer to view. Cheers, Ian
Im a 25 year old Irish and Ale is a 28 year old Chillian! We'll bring the laughs and some south american cooking with us! We are more than willing to share a room too! Get in touch :)
Probably the best room mate you'll ever have. Neat tidy, always cleaning up after myself and others, and will cook a some great dishes for us from time to time. Property consultant currently averaging 10 - 12 hours a day at the office so you'll probably hardly ever see me. When you do I'll probably keep to myself mostly however also keen for a chat over a beer every now and again. Available to move in right away. Available most of the day Cheers, Jamal.
