Hi, im 22 and from the UK. Ive been in Sydney around 2 years now and have been sponsored for work. Looking for a place long term if pos. Im pretty chilled during the week as i start early most days and work pretty long hours. On the weekends I'm always keen for a few drinks, going to see dj's, artists play etc.
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for flatmates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively.
Hey there! I'm just recently back from working in Auckland on the film studios. Currently living with my mate but looking to move out asap! Somewhere close to city or there abouts! Cal
Hi there! My name is Nicolas, I'm half french half austrian (weird combination, right?) 22years old and will be in Sydney for an exchange Semester from late feb. to early July. I already lived in shared flats and I love living with other people I can have fun with and chill. I'm a very social and easy going guy and a non-smoker. I like to cook,go out on the weekend, enjoy a beer with friends but sometimes I also prefer watching movies and having a chill evening at home. I'm not just looking for a place to stay and put my luggage, but for a nice community of people I can enjoy my time with. Feel free to ask me anything! Cheers!
Hi there, I'm Sharon and I'm looking for a quiet, furnished private room for at least three months to the end of May 2017, maybe longer. I've flat and house shared most of my adult life, so am very aware of keeping a place clean and tidy and respecting other people's space. My career vocation is Organisational Change and Communications Management and I was a Professional House Sitter while living in Queensland a few years ago. I'm very open, adaptable and easy going. Live a fairly independent life and am also happy to share a meal or a glass of wine with my flat mate/s when it suits. Ideally, I'd like to share a relaxed home environment with like-minded 40+ people (of any orientation) who have some common values and life experiences. Ready to move pretty much anytime... Looking forward to meeting you soon Cheers Sharon
Hi i'm Angus :). I'm a 26 year old Radiographer working in Newtown and am looking for other like minded young professional's to share with. I'm an easy going, social guy, who's always up for a chat, love to cook and will always contribute fairly to a household, in regards to cleaning and communal's. I work 5-6 days a week during business hours, and would be home most evenings, but like to get out of the house on the weekends. Looking for a new home to be apart of, keen to save on rent and make some new mates. Looking to find a place over the next month, need to move by the 21th of March! Cheers !
A bit about me: I'm a 27 yr old female from Cape Town, South Africa, here doing my phd in algae research. I like doing a lot of regular things: cooking, going to LGBT events, pretending to read books, actually watching Netflix, and painting. The painting part is important, because I'd like to live with someone who enjoys the idea of having someone painting in the living room as apposed to disturbed by it. (I paint quite large canvases). Rest assured I keep it all pretty tidy. Fresh. A great flat mate will be like-minded (up for the odd drink and/or philosophical discussion), be happy to do equal portions of cleaning, have a job, and be down with said arts and crafts activities.
Hi ! I am Camille, a french architect on a Working Holiday Visa who recently got a job in Sydney. I am open-minded and outgoing. I like to live in a nice and tidy place and to share time with my roommates. I love walking, running, cooking, reading but also watching series and movies. I like to go out sometimes but also to stay comfy at home and enjoy a quiet evening !
I am clean, tidy and friendly. My cats are toilet trained and have short hair. I like to do outdoors things like canyoning and I attempt to climb. I am a high school teacher so pretty quiet, and don't do big parties Oh and I can cook, apparently my pork roast is pretty good.
The new kid on the block; I'm making the move East for work as an architect and am seeking a convenient and clean place to live. I'm looking forward to settling in Sydney for a good while and I'm keen to explore the city and state, meet new people and make new friends. I've lived with housemates for many years here in Perth and consider many of them amongst my closest friends, i'd love for that to happen again. I am an easy going, fun loving guy who prides himself on being clean, fair and good fun. I like nothing more than some time outside in the sun, a good laugh, good food and good people.
Hi, I've just moved to Sydney so I'm looking for a place to live preferably close to uni as I'll be starting my Master of commerce at USyd. I'm 23 years old, I'm half Czech half Australian so have lived in between these 2 countries. I've lived with flatmates in England for 3 years during my bachelor degree without any problems. I'm clean, tidy and pretty relaxed.. I like to socialize with the occasional flat drink/meal but I am also respectful and can keep to myself. Please let me know if you know of anything or if you need any more details :) Thanks, Isabela
I work full-time on weekdays. Prefer to spend the weekends outdoors - coastal walks, short hikes, beaches, etc. I have got varied interests including art and literature too. No pets, please!
I've just scored a job in Sydney and am making the big move in two weeks' time. While I have accommodation sorted for me when I first get down to Sydney, I am looking for something a bit more permanent around Ultimo, Newtown, Annandale, Gebe and surrounding suburbs. Ultimately, I'm looking for another female to move in with or find an apartment/house together. I currently work in an advertising agency and I love finding new breakfast spots, being active and cooking too. I do like to keep my apartment tidy as much as I can and am always trying to make home a cosy, relaxing space. I am looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment with 2-3 other house mates that I can have some quality banter and a bevvie with. I will have no furniture at all when I get to Sydney so I'll need somewhere with all the basics! In my spare time I like a balance of being active, social, coffee and breakfast dates but also like to stay in, binge netflix and chill out. If this sounds like your cup of tea send me a message.
Looking for a place for myself and my Fiancee. Prefer room with ensuite. Budget up to $280/wk, including bills, for the right place. Ideal locations: Ashfield, Redfern. We would also be prepared to sign a lease for 6-12 months with an agent.
I am 21, Orginally from London but have lived here for almost 6 years now. I work full time for an insurance company in North Sydney as an assistant underwriter and looking to live close by. I love sports and art/design and am a qualified ski instructor so love to get away to the snow for a weekend when I can! I am not a huge party person but try to go out when I can. I'm very easy going, light hearted and I never take myself or anything too serious. I am a very communal person and am happy to interact and socialise with whoever is in at the time but also am more than happy in my own company when myself or others want their own down time. I am very clean, tidy and respectful and will always do my bit to help out!
I'm Gabby i have only been in Sydney for the past two years and i have just finished my qualification in Interior design and settling into a full time job. I've been renting in mascot for the past 2 years and really enjoy the area and I'd like to move back closer to the city/area for a reduced commute time. But of course I'm open to exceptions.
I'm a funny brazilian girl who is very respectful and care about living in a quiet and tidy place. I'm not much for parties, but it's really nice to get along well with the flatmates and have a pizza together sometimes. I love to share culture experiences and knowledges, too. :D

I'm an easy going, pretty chilled quiet guy although I love getting to know new people and can pretty much get along with anyone! Hello future housemate :p I'm Ari, originally from Mexico but currently studying my Masters in Marine Science and Management at Macquarie University. I'm 25 years old, with a steady income. I'm very clean, have been living with housemates since I was 18 so I'm adaptable, sociable but also enjoy my independence. I am open minded, easy going and I'm a quiet person. My friends say that I have a pleasant personality and I am very easy going but I'm usually very busy. I have lived in France and England before coming to Australia more than 6 years ago.
We are very easy going girls just looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of months as we are working in Sydney! We are very happy sharing a room and bed and are very flexible depending on the needs of whoever we are living with.
I'm 24 and working full time in the city in media. I like going to the beach, having drinks with friends, going to the gym, watching movies, reading, etc. Animals and travelling are my life although I have no pets! I like socialising and meeting new people but can also respect people's privacy. I try to stay positive at all times and get excited by the little things. If you think we could get along in a house together then send me a message! 😊
Hello, everyone! Currently just moved to Sydney recently, originally from the UK and looking to find a group of people to stay with and have a really good time! I am a very multicultural and energetic person, traveled all around the world. Currently doing an internship at a marketing company. I like to stay healthy and fit, socialise and explore what the city has to offer! I enjoy cooking from time to time and I always keep my room and other areas as clean as possible.
I love to be clean. (messily clean) And I love to cook (Cooking is one way for me to think too) I would say that I enjoy life and have a set of healthy philosophy to guide me. I love to travel and love to read ( I am reacently reading David Brooks' "The Road to Character") I appreciate art ( I was an art student in high school). Coffee shops and museums are two of my favorite places. I also go to gym. I like hiking too. I appreciate being alone and I enjoy group activities. I am going to study a master program of peace and conflict studies at the University of Sydney this month. I am looking forward to find more about Sydney.
Looking for a furnished place to move into ASAP for six months plus. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. Animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station (would consider paying more if I could walk to work). I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Bonuses include that I'm first aid certified and am also trained in mental health first aid as I used to be an RA, so I'm great if you need a shoulder to lean on. Things I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise levels and just generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a number of flats with singles and with couples and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.
Hi! :) I'm studying Social Work at the University of Sydney in 2017 and I'm looking for a place to live while I study! I'm hoping for my own room somewhere close to public transport. I come from a small rural town so I love exploring the city. I love love love my art, live music, snorkelling and travel (although I haven't experienced all that much). Im also a massive animal lover and more than happy to share with pets. I'm very easy going, definitely not a girly girl (hate drama :P) and I'm up for a fun night out or a simple night in.
We are both from the U.K, having travelled quite a bit previously we are now looking to get back to normality and settle into one spot. Working around the Bondi area, we are looking to live here too. We are very chilled and have house shared before, so we know the rules! We are also very sociable and enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors, especially after a long day at work. We are currently staying in hostels and so working and living is quite difficult, we are looking for somewhere to move in pretty much with immediate effect, the sooner the better!
We're super easy going, well versed share housers and a chilled couple. I'm (Dean) Australian and work full time in the city, while Deliana is from Romania and is completing her master's degree. We like all the standard social stuff, but understand the need to privacy and such in a sharehouse environment.
Hi! I am 22 and I am from Orange. I love bushwalking, camping, travelling and being outdoorsy. Apart from that I live an active healthy life, enjoy the outdoors and am not into partying, drinking and the likes. I enjoy the odd beer or glass of wine but that's about it usually. In regards to living arrangements, I'm generally a pretty clean, quiet and respectful person and experience has shown that I enjoy living with people who have their shit together and move out again rather quickly if that's not the case :) Happy to pay up to $400 a week for the right place, the room needs to be furnished.
