Hey guys! Firstly I'll just say that I'm looking for a private room. :) I'm 24 and working full time in the city in media. In my free time I enjoy going to the beach, having drinks with friends, I try and go to the gym, watching movies, reading and fun adventures! Animals and travelling are my life although I have no pets! I just look after them when I can 😊 I like socialising and meeting new people but can also respect people's privacy. I try to stay positive at all times and get excited by the little things in life. If you think we could get along in a house together then send me a message! 😊
Friendly, outgoing and tidy female. Enjoy socialising & meeting new people but also thoroughly enjoy my own time. I work full time and play sport 2 nights a week so won't be home too often. Hobbies include; hiking, bike riding, beach, anything outdoors really
Hi there, I am seeking a non-shared room, asap. Coming to Sydney on bus from Mildura to find work and explore. Suburb not too important, but preferably within 20kms of city. -Close to transport a must though! I have lived in many sharehouses over the years, chasing better jobs. I am quiet, clean, reliable and very easy going. I would be out and about most days. ($150 p/w inc. bills max) All offers/replies appreciated...Thanks ;)
Hey there! Ok, so I'm looking for a new place and new housemates! I'm currently living in the lower North Shore and I would like to stay in this region. I work full time in Marketing and Communications in the city and during the week have a pretty normal routine (including trying to lie to myself that I'll go to the gym but it doesn't really happen hehe). Jokes aside, I'm pretty easy going and reliable (aka always pay all the bills and rent with no delays) and will always respect your space and privacy.
I'm moving to Sydney from regional NSW for work and will be working full-time (weekends and weekdays).I am easy to get along with, respectful and tidy and plan on commuting home on weekends so I'll keep out of your hair.
Easy-going gal who likes to keep to myself but still sociable. Love cooking (especially baking!) and relaxing on weekends. Filmmaker (so you know I can recommend all the best movies!) who will be working full time. Pet friendly - I'm relocating from interstate and can't bring my puppy with me but would love to snuggle someone elses!
Hi all, My friends call me Batman, as it is my last name :) I work full time as an Inventory Controls Officer *no not a police officer* I have 2 motorbikes, one is a Ducati Monster 696 and the other is a Ural Ranger (it has a sidecar). I am quite frequently out camping, fishing and motorbike riding during the weekends :) I am after a nice group of people who like to enjoy there life, are' t antisocial and like to have a couple of drinks and BBQ together every now and then :) My reasons for moving is, id like to have a place where i can walk out side, enjoy the views, close to the water, find some nice restaurants, pubs and cafe's just walking distance, meet some new people and make some new friends. instagram.com/ducstain/ Hit me up :)
24 - Vietnamese. Clean, responsible, quiet and hard working cookery student. I work and study almost everyday from 10 till nighttime. Otherwise I will be only in my room watching movies or music. Not a party animal and rarely brings any friend home. I like pets but I don't own one. Rarely do any cooking at home so do not worry about dirty messes in kitchen.
Hey Guys, I am Dana. I am the creative type. Graphic designer working full time also freelancing in graphic design, signage and websites. I love to travel. Traveling the world on a one way ticket is freedom at its finest. I enjoy meeting, networking and inspiring the people I come across in life as life, really is for living. In saying this I do also enjoy my own down time and respect others like to have theirs. Currently living on the central coast sharing with 8 people looking at moving to Sydney (preferably Manly or somewhere nearby) to be closer to family. If you are looking for someone easy going, enjoys a good meal, good conversation, enjoys music and is neat and clean who dislikes dirty dishes sitting in the sink I wash as I go. Then send me a msg. Create a great week to live in! Dana
I work full-time on weekdays. Prefer to spend the weekends outdoors - coastal walks, short hikes, beaches, etc. I have got varied interests including art and literature too. No pets, please!
I am an easy-going person. Friendly, love a good laugh and open-minded so there will never be short of fun conversations. I like my quiet times but also try to socialise on the weekend; love the beaches and great Sydney night scenes. I am multilingual; I speak fluent English, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay and very poor Dutch as my mother is Indonesian and my father is Dutch. Although, I am an Australian citizen now. Before Australia, I've lived around a few countries in my whole 20 years of life, in cities such as Jakarta, Bali and Singapore. So if you come from or have lived in any of those places too, we'll have great fun relating through them! I have one year experience living in a share house with seven other girls when I was up in Newcastle, so I understand the aspects of living together, sharing a home under mutual respect. At home, I am undoubtedly very neat and tidy with my personal spaces; I take very good care of my belongings and their surroundings. You wouldn't have to worry about mess or dirty dishes hanging around the house because I cannot stand them let alone live with them! If you have pets, I'll love them to bits. My parents are keeping my two dogs; Snowy is a Japoodle and Bruno is a pug. If you have a dog too, maybe we can bring them on nice beach walks on sunny days as mine loves it! I study Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws in University of Newcastle, although I am taking a gap year just to work full time and build up my savings. In addition, at the moment I am working full-time as a barista in a French cafe, needless to say, your daily bread need is sorted. White, wholemeal, rye, sourdough, you name it. I usually bring home hot pies and cakes too! Although I always try to keep up a healthy lifestyle five days a week. The other two days I eat yummy sugars watching Netflix. So if you are up for a gym and Netflix buddy, I'm your gal :) Cheers! X Hana
Hello, I'm Mitch, and I, like all humans, have the need (indeed the right, some would say) of basic shelter. Otherwise i'll perish from exposure to the elements or one of the other maladies that attend homelessness. So, given that need, I am willing (and gratefully in my case) able, to pay the very in-human rates that the Sydney rental market requires. And if everyone's as into human rights as they claim to be, I have to assume that your recognition of my situation has already put us in a position of great solidarity, that my mere human-ness recommends me as a perfectly eligible housemate. But some of you might like a bit more detail. Very well, I'm a 2016 arts graduate from USYD, but now a full-time labourer (as you might expect, given my choice of degree). I spend as many afternoons/evenings as I can at the gym, and I like to pursue my dilettantish interests in music and literature when time and energy allows. I'm clean, mature, respectful and sane (so far as any of those categories can be assumed to bear a shared meaning between strangers on the internet who, for all they both respectively know, may have completely different notions of cleanliness, maturity, respectfulness and sanity). Still, i think most people would find me pretty easy to get along with, so do feel free to get in touch. Cheers, Mitch.
Hey my name is nora. I'm a 25 year old professional that is eager to move out ASAP. I've lived in London, Portugal and Italy so I've lived with so many different personalities which is always exciting to meet new ones. Not OCD but do appreciate cleanliness. Love personal space because I am also finishing my uni degree online and kept very busy but I also love socialising because I'm really good a procrastinating :) If you would like to have a chat please give me a call for any questions. Hope to hear from you! Nora
I'm a full time working professional in the CBD. I'm really easy going and always up for a chat but also enjoy my own space and will respect yours as well. I keep things neat and tidy, especially the kitchen. Love animals of any kind. Always up for a Netflix marathon especially if chocolate is involved.
Hi my name is Joanne, I'm 26 and a biomedical engineer. I'm originally from Melbourne and made the move to Sydney almost 2 years ago for work. I'm a pretty easy going person. I love meeting new people, exploring new places and trying new things. I love travel and I do travel a fair bit for work. I like to socialize and don't mind getting out every now and then. I'm not neat freak but I do like to keep things neat and tidy.
Hey Guys! Im a paid intern at a law firm working full time. Im from NZ, fairly new to sydney having only been here for a few months now. Which means I don't really know a lot of people, so on top of looking for a flatmate i'm also looking for a friend! Im easy going and super chill and get along with anyone and everyone. My days are pretty full on with work and gym so i'm mostly away from home. Always up for a beer or two and enjoy going out on the weekends. Also i'm pretty tidy hey! haha... If you want to know anything else, just ask! :)
Living in shared accommodations in the UK, France, Spain, Canada and Australia I am a great and respectful flatmate. My perfect home is a calm and friendly place with open-minded, friendly flatmates. Preferably females only. I love traveling, languages (speaking 4), learning about different cultures, volunteering, being in nature and dancing mostly Salsa. I am a social person but I also like my quiet me time. If my flatmate turns out to become a friend that would be a big plus ,-)
Hi! I'm Gabriela, a 29 year old student from the Czech Republic. I've been already living in Sydney for two and half years working in hospitality that I'm currently studying at my college two days a week. I'm a waitress working in the city and I'm finishing quite late and so I'm looking for a nice, clean and sunny single room with a great connection to the city. I'm a very positive, friendly and clean person. I love to smile, I do lots of sport (yoga, swimming, walking, tennis etc.), I very enjoy cooking, travelling, reading, hanging out with friends, nice cafés and restaurants. I'd like to find a new place that I could call my home and feel comfortable. I'm looking for a long term rent as I was just granted my new visa :-) I'm very good with pets but the place must be clean. Thanks for all your offers :-)
Hi! I am a fun loving, bubbly girl who loves nothing more than a chat over a glass of wine after a long days work. I'm an office manager and I moved to Sydney from Adelaide just under a year ago now. I like to hang at the beach, workout and catch up with friends :)
After recently getting a job and moving out to Sydney from England, I am looking for a room in a share house with friendly people. I am a fun, active, sociable twenty something, quiet and tidy. Up for a laugh and a good time, but equally happy to lounge around after a hard days work and relax. And I love baking!
I'm a communications/marketing executive who loves keeping fit, indulging in a good chat, chilling out with a glass of wine (or two) a binge session of netflix. On the weekend I'm a social being - checking out the latest rooftop bars with friends, hanging by the beach or snuggling up with a book. My adorable kitten Petey also loves a good cuddle and is excellent company! We're both tidy flatmates and can guarantee long-term good company complete with laughs (mostly at Pete, cause he's still a derpy kitten who falls off things regularly). I'd love to find another person to share a flat with who is also friendly, clean and tidy. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey, I am Val, I am 33 y/o male working as an Analyst in the Investment Management industry. I am originally from Colombia but have been living in Sydney for over 8 years now. I am clean, respectful and fairly easy going. I work Mon-Fri 8:00 am to ... well they pay me until 5:30 but usually I am not home on weekdays before 7:00pm. I like to hit the gym after work which means I am regularly home after 8:00 PM. On the weekends I like to go to the beach, catch up with friends or get on my Motorcyle and go for a spin to the Sydney outskirts... but I also like to chill and rest at home while sharing a conversation and a glass of wine with my flatmates as well as having a lazy sleepy sunday I am very respectful of other's privacy and if my current flatmate's opinion has any worth, his words were that I'm one of the easiest people he has ever lived with.
Hi, I am looking for a room to rent anywhere between Townhall to Hornsby. I work full-time and enjoy exploring Sydney when free. I love outdoors and watching sitcoms and movies. I am friendly by nature and wouldn't mind sharing experiences and dinners with flatmates. I respect people around me and expect the same in return. Kindly feel free to drop me a message if you have a room to let or looking to share a new apartment with someone. Thank you!
Hey, we're Ricki & Abbigail! :-) We arrived in Australia back in January from England and have just finished exploring as much of this beautiful country as we could in a couple of months of travelling. During our travels we used Airbnb and we are now looking for a place to call home, while we look to settle in Sydney for the foreseeable future. We would like to be located within walking distance to public transport for direct links to the city & beaches. We are a young friendly professional couple, who at home, work in IT & HR respectively. We have been lucky enough to have been granted a career break for 1 year to come to Australia and 'broaden our horizons'. We are looking for a place to base ourselves so we can find some work and experience life in Sydney. We have been together for nearly six years and got engaged last year in the U.K. Unlike most people who just get engaged, we decided that rather than start wedding planning, we would come to Australia for a year after a brief holiday in 2015 that we absolutely loved. We would describe ourselves as easy going, respectful, clean and tidy individuals who are starting to miss our home comforts. We hope that we can find a place that feels exactly that - like home. Our hobbies include going out for a meal with a bottle of wine at the weekends, watching new films at the cinema, days at the beach and getting out for walks to explore new places. Hopefully we'll chat soon! :-)
I recently relocated from Newcastle to the Northern Beaches a few months ago for work. I work full time as an assistant manager of a men's clothing store in Warringah Mall. I am currently living in Brookvale but am looking for a share house in the northern beaches however would like to be closer to the city & public transport. I'm an outgoing girl who loves a good laugh and occasional after work wine. Enjoy being out doors love the beach, and sports but also like my own space & respect others space. I'm open to either a male or female room mates I get along well with most people. I'm also a tidy person who appreciates a clean living space.
Clean, quiet software professional looking for a short stay (until June) place while a transfer to the US is processed. I work full time and travel a lot, so I would be gone most of the time. Would like lower North Shore (I lived in Lavender Bay for the last 2 years) or Pyrmont. Very open-minded, live and let live type. I get along with everyone, pull my weight, clean up after myself and can cook sometimes if I am there. I do not care about age or gender or profession, just be nice people and close to the train, or walking distance to Darling Harbor.
Hiya, I’ve recently move to Sydney and am looking for a private room to rent long term around the Eastern suburbs area, or anywhere near Randwick, Darlinghurst and pyrmont area, with possibly an off street car park. I’ll be working full time on weekdays. Originally from KL, I could teach you some Chinese/ Malay if you like. Let me know if you know of anyone that's looking to rent their place thanks :)
Hey, I'm Yasmine, 26 and from the UK. I am currently living in Bondi Beach and I work as an accountant Monday to Friday 9am-6ish in Darlinghurst. I am ideally looking for somewhere for between 2-3 months as I will be going travelling when my work contract is up at the end of June! I am very keen on travel and keeping fit, and I like to socialize and explore on the weekends. I'm a considerate and tidy person. I am looking for a double room in a shared apartment or house with sociable and friendly housemates!
Keep to myself. Social. Self sufficient. Quiet. Considerate of others and their space. Work 8 hours a day. Electrical Tradesman.
Hi, I'm Jessica! I'm 25, studying a B Commerce at Macquarie University whilst also working part time as a Gaming Attendant. I'm a very friendly, relaxed, easy person to live with. I'm respectful of another persons space but would also enjoy spending time getting to know my housemates :) For fun I enjoy hiking, practicing taiko, going to the gym and embarking on random adventures.
Hi my name is Sonia, I am currently looking for a new place. I work in Mosman so looking for something in reasonable proximity to work. I am easy going, considerate and enjoy an active lifestyle. I am social but also respect others privacy. If I sound like someone you would consider having as a housemate please get in touch. Cheers Sonia
Hi my name is Michael and 29 years old. I'm clean and respectful of other peoples belongings. I like to think that I'm sociable, so I'll be up for a drink, chat or meal every now and then. I've been working as an architect for the past couple of years. Before that, I was doing internships in Europe and Asia. I'm quite handy around the house and would be happy to help fix things up.
I'm moving to Sydney and would like to find a clean, tidy and friendly house to stay. 29 years old, male, non-smoker, brazilian who will study business for a year and have experience as IT Specialist
Hello my name is juan diego I am 28 years old I am easy to take, I like animals, I do exercise, I am very calm, very cheerful, relaxed and uncomplicated, organized and clean
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He needs to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water. My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week.
I'm an easy going, clean, quiet and friendly 30 yo Indian girl with an Australian PR visa, looking for accommodation in Sydney before I could start to look for jobs. I am vegetarian (I eat eggs but no meat). I love listening to music and cooking in my spare time. Since I will initially be looking for jobs, I'm looking for a quiet peaceful place where I can get my work/study done.
Me, 38 year young female from The Netherlands am looking for a very private space, must be FURNISHED with a bed and wardrobe closet, a full option kitchen close to supermarkets and public transport (aren't we all...) Allergic to pets and old carpets but love a glas of Sav Blanc and a good read and chat. I am the outdoors type, go for long hikes, love the beach and places with lots of natural light. Also build in wardrobes in the room are a big plus! -Very tidy and super clean if I say so myself -Prefer cooking at home :) -Not the pary type at all! -I do have friends and relatives in Sydney -Positive and cheerful but need also my private moments -Work as an Executive Secretary and am very well organised
Relaxed, reliable, considerate housemate, looking for a room in a sharehouse with likeminded people, and open to teaming up. I'm social, into travel, snowboarding, and I'm an amateur stand-up comic. I work full-time in policy at Optus by day, and I tend to have a fair bit on in the evenings. I like to stay active playing soccer, tennis, squash or rockclimbing. I also enjoy social boardgames over a couple of drinks, or heading out to comedy gigs, theatre or art exhibitions. * Don't need a carspace, but need to be near a train station. * Not looking to live with couples or children. * For team-ups - I have access to most of the furniture needed to set up a new home.
I am a friendly, easy-going person. I can usually tell whether people want to chat or whether they want to be left alone, so I don't believe that I am much of a bother (I use to rent my spare room out for almost 12 years and I am friends with many of my old flatmates, so I think I am pretty normal). I am very tidy around the house. I am currently staying with my old neighbour, so I guess you could say that I am also an awesome and respectful neighbour. I am single, non smoking, no kids, eat anything, drink anything, listen to anything (except death metal). I have just returned to Sydney after 2 years living in Asia, and I am looking for a great person to share a place with in a great location close to the city. I would like a nice and bright room/house/apartment, but I will consider a dark place if it is awesome and the flatmate is fabulous. I love pets, but I do not have any. Apart from awesome me, you also get a clothes steamer if you choose me! Please pick me!!!
Very flexible, self reliant, both have lived in many community/shared houses before. Easy going and keep to ourselves but also like to make friends. Naomi is studying a bachelor in Music and very involved in church. Brooke works full time.

I enjoy cooking for others occasionally but tend to sort myself out most nights.
