Hi, I'm a friendly, positive and easy going 33 year old professional. I'm clean and very respectful of others space. I like to make the most of weekends and get out and about seeing friends, checking out new restaurants and getting outdoors in someway or another. I do like a great night out but am not into partying or living in a party house. I'm also sometimes back in Newcastle, where I'm from, for occasional weekends. Downtime is very important to me so weeknights are mostly pretty chilled. I exercise a few nights and sometimes work late or am out for dinner, but also enjoy watching TV and chatting at home. I have an apartment full of furniture and kitchen items so can bring what I need and store the rest. I also have free Foxtel through my job with access to all channels, so if you have an existing Foxtel outlet I'll be bringing it with me :-) I'm hoping to find a home with a like minded person/people who I can hang out and chat with, but also have our own space.
I am Friendly, Mature minded, Easy going and respectful. Like to relax during the week and spend my weekends catching up with friends. Would love a wine and dinner one night with a housemate but also respectful to privacy. Enjoy going to the beach, catching up with friends over coffee and going to the gym.

Hi, I'll be moving to Sydney at the end of Jan from the States. Recently sold a start-up I created to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle in Sydney. Seeking full-time work in the not-for-profit sector. I'm 30 years old looking for flatmates between ages 26-35. Would prefer a furnished place as I will only have my clothes. I enjoy the beach, a nice meal with friends, wine, cooking, and music...
I work locally as an Early Childhood Teacher. I enjoy cooking, the gym, the beach, art, reading and socialising. I am clean and tidy (without being too anal!) Looking for a laid back and friendly flatshare that could be a "home" not just a place to sleep :)
I've just recently arrived to Sydney working full time and looking forward to exploring my new city. I've lived in Japan and all over the US, most recently San Diego and Atlanta. I'm easy going, clean and laid back with a fondness for the outdoors. I like to cook and enjoy taking in local breweries. Avid hiker and love to camp whenever I can! I do surf...terribly, but hey I've never had to be resuscitated!
I have come out to Sydney to further my rugby development at Norths rugby and enjoy the beautiful weather here. I have worked hard to save up money to fund my trip, but I am also applying for jobs now so I can make the most of my time in Australia. I have a place at Swansea university in September 2017 to study Sport and Exercise science as well as receiving offers from other universities. I am a very considerate and tidy person and I can provide a character reference from the people I am currently staying with in Gordon. Jess my girlfriend of 18 months is coming out to join me on February 15th and we are looking for a place to rent with our own privacy. Jess like me enjoys all sports and plays netball, hockey, lacrosse, tennis and is also a very keen horse rider. She has also got a working holiday visa so will get a job once she is out here. Jess has a place at Exeter University to study History also in September 2017. We are very easy going, kind and thoughtful people and we can give references if required. Despite our age we are mature and respectful individuals and would be great tenants in your property!
I have been giving notice that I will not be able to renew the lease on the house Im renting at the moment in lane cove as the owner wants to start building on the land. We are a professional couple from Newcastle (Luke an Engineer and Lauren a Dental Nurse) who start work 06/02/17 in North Sydney and would like to live somewhere that is within a one hour commute via public transport to North Sydney. We are a fairly chilled out couple who enjoy going to the beach, watching movies/tv shows and travelling. We would like to have somewhere to park our car (street is fine). We have most of our own furniture/appliances (bed, fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances). Our preferred budget is less than $500 per week and we are looking to share for 6-12 months.

Hello There! We will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane mid-late January and will be looking for a furnished room in a share house or granny flat. We would prefer our own bathroom but are happy to share in the right place. A bit about us ... Rowan is an environmental consultant and I am a (newly graduated) urban planner, we are moving because I have been lucky enough to get a graduate job. We have both lived in share houses for 6+ years so are completely used to pitching in with cleaning. We are friendly, social people who are happy to chill out but also like time to ourselves. We also have two pets, an indoor 4yr old cat, who is very chilled and affectionate. And a 5yr old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, he is used to a fairly small yard and after his morning walk generally sleeps/eats all day. I am willing to pay a pet bond if required - but if you can not allow pets we have arranged for our fur babies to stay with family. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in us as roomies :-).

We are keen on our health and fitness but also love to socialise on weekends.
Hi I am looking to share or team up with another who is in their 30s or 40s. I work in North Sydney full time. I love animals but don't have any. I am currently living in a 1 bdr at the moment , but hoping to save money as well as socialise with a new housemate. I am social but also enjoy my own quiet time. I do have my own furniture, but happy to put my stuff in storage, if I find the right place, that is fully furnished. I love a nice wine in the afternoon, and hopefully enjoy one with good company. I am not much of a cook, but when I do I am respectful and clean. Would really love to find some housemates that areally friendly, social, respectful and clean. I have listed a number of areas that would suit where I prefer to live, but as long as the area is easy and not far by transport to North Sydney, another area could also suit.
Hi! I'm a 27 y/o female who will be working full time. I just lodged my working visa and will be working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager for my company. It's a big company and there's a possibility of being transferred on different venues, Manly, The Rocks.. so I am looking for a place accessible to the city and the northern beaches. Some drinks at home and deep conversations would be really nice too. More about me: I play the guitar and sing. Organised Friendly Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi Guys I'm an outgoing, friendly, fun girl looking for a place to come and go from in Sydney. My work involves lots of travel and I will be away for periods up to 8 weeks at a time. I'm looking for someone who has a spare room/granny flat etc, that is happy to price it accordingly. I'd be ideal for someone who doesn't want a permanent lodger but just a bit of extra income from a spare room for a few weeks here and there. I'm easy going and not into partying - happy just to have somewhere to chill out when I'm working/rehearsing in Sydney between tours.

I'm a bright, bubbly aussie who loves having a good laugh, exploring new places and having a few drinks with mates. Currently working for a coffee company in the admin team. Big perk is my coffee machine is coming with me and definitely a shared item. I'm a tidy and respectful person who is more than happy to either chilling by myself or join in for the shenanigans. I like to keep a clean house and always happy to pitch in. I have lived with all sorts of people, in all sorts of houses, from all sorts of backgrounds and I've met a bunch of fantastic people. I'm looking forward to meeting new faces, being in a new environment and learning new things! If you would like to know more, send me a message! I can promise I am always better in person than I am at explaining myself on these things haha.
