Hi. I am social, danish girl looking for a nice place to stay while I am studying for session 2 at Macquarie University. I am used to live with a lot of different people. Back home in Denmark I live at a dorm with 12 international flat mates. I would love to live with social people but I also respect a closed door. I am studying Molecular Biology and my hobbies includes playing tennis and travelling.
We are two Danish exchange students. We are going to study for one semester at Macquarie University. We are looking forward to getting a lot of new experiences in Sydney. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are willing to pay maximum 275/Per week/Per person
I'm an 22-year old international student from Belgium, who will study at Macquarie University between the end of July until the first half of December. I am an easy-going, tidy and sociable person who enjoys having dinner together and maybe going on little getaways during the weekend. I am not a hardcore party-goer, but do enjoy a night out every once in a while. I like a rather quiet environment and would love to have flatmates that are students too. I prefer to share a house with at least two other people. I'd like to have a private room, but would not mind sharing the bathroom with a tidy person.
Hi I'm Casey and I'm a full-time government worker from Perth WA, moving to start a similar full-time permanent role in Sydney at the start of September. I am highly flexible with move dates, can move in as early as 26th July if required. Looking for a long-term rental preferably 6 months at least. I'm a bit of a foodie, enjoy going out with friends to explore new culinary delights, or to catch the latest movie. I like to exercise regularly with fitness classes at the gym, but also love cooking and the occasional binge with netflix:) I'm not a big party person but I'm outgoing, clean, tidy, friendly, quiet, courteous and super respectful of others' space, property and privacy. Also happy to share a meal and enjoy chats over the occasional glass of wine. I also love animals so I would get along great with pets if you have them:) Ideally I would like a spacious private room (enough to fit a queen bed, wardrobe and drawers) , with air conditioning in the room and/or throughout. Preferably own bathroom or ensuite. I also have a car but I'm flexible with any sort of parking. Highly flexible with areas, looking for somewhere quiet that is within a 5 minute walk to a bus stop or train station (or 5 minute drive to a train station with commuter parking) and within 45 minutes of the CBD by public transport. Overall looking a for a place I can call home with a/some great flatmate(s)/housemate(s). If you have any other questions, feel free to ask:)
I work full time in fashion and promise to bring you lots of clothes! Haha. I’m a permanent Aussie resident from the UK. Lived here for 5 years and shared with lots of different people during that time & back in the UK. I’m clean, respectful and considerate. Always fun to make some new friends, but I understand the need for everyone’s own space and have my own life so will be out a few nights a week.
Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness i think) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - I will move in on 11th of August’18. If you have any questions, just send me a message. Thank you!!
We’re an English/Aussie couple just returning from Europe looking to find a temporary room in Sydney. Matt is in the hotel business and I’m in legal - we’re both social and easy going and love making new friends.
Hi there, we’re two Northern Beaches locals looking for a place to live. Ben works full time for a betting agency in North Sydney and Romy is studying at TAFE and working at the Sydney Opera House. We’re both really into fitness and food, we spend a lot of time either at the gym or trying new restaurants. We’re tidy and considerate, and we like keeping to ourselves as much as we like socialising.
I'm Allan, 30-years old, work full time in video production in the CBD. I'm pretty laid back, and I usually keep to myself after work hours, but I do enjoy having chats on the couch over a drink, or sharing dinner round the table. Weekends I might be out half the time or at home relaxing/reading/playing games. If you have a movie night I'll be there. Also if you have any board games I'd love to try them out. Room would need to have a built-in wardrobe. I have bedroom furniture as well as a small desk & computer so it would be great to squeeze these in my bedroom. I also recently bought a brand new fridge and washing machine, so I'd love to bring these if possible. I have other furniture if need be (couch, dining set), but that stuff I'd be more willing to part with.
Mine is just a return to the stunning Sydney. This time i'll come over with my partner after almost two years spent together in Italy. Atypical Engineer specialized in Sales&Marketing and ... good life. We are reliable, funny, dynamic, clean and extremely friendly/outgoing! Free/Included Parking spot needed as i'll have business car. Cheers, Frank
*Read first and only contact me if you match what I'm looking for* Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I'm working and do some work from home. I'm looking for some socialising but also some privacy and time to myself. Fitness, video/board games, hiking, trivia and science-fiction are my main interests. I have a list of what I'm looking for: * Cat-friendly. I want to have 1-2 cats - negotiable if you already have one. * A quiet location NOT on or close to a major road, train station, shops or under a flightpath * The room needs to be queen bed size * I need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is huge/fairly empty. * Quiet, respectful, considerate, sensible Australians/UK/Canadians aged in their 20's - 40's. * Must be non-smokers. * I'm looking for people that are healthy and regularly exercise (or at least want to) * 1-2 other housemates maximum with at least 1 other male (negotiable) * Available long-term - more than 1 year - to avoid the hassle of moving again. My budget is including bills and internet. I want to live in the Shire, North Shore/beaches or Eastern suburbs. I will live with dogs if they are quiet and well-behaved/don't jump me. But they need to be cat-friendly.

In my spare time, i love reading all things about magic, hiking, going to the beach, watching netflix & hanging out with my family/friends.

Hello, my name is Charlie. I am an actuarial analyst / finance professional working in the city. I am looking for a room ideally near a train station that is within 30 minutes distance from the city. Even better if it's not far away from my church in Waterloo. I moved from Canberra last year and am a well-traveled Chinese girl who has lived in Canberra and Singapore for the past 11 years. I am staying in Sydney for long term and am looking for a place to stay for long term if it suits. I am friendly, easygoing, considerate, clean, hygienic and open minded. Hello everybody, we (Nika, 21, Dutch & Jakob, 24, German, both from Groningen) just arrived in Sydney and are looking for a room, preferably located somewhere between Macquarie University and the city centre, since one of us is doing an exchange semester and the other an internship. We are easy going and like to cook, travel and have some drinks from time to time. We would love to have nice flatmates that we can chill with. If you have something to offer, hit us up!
I'm a teacher who enjoys the outdoors (netball, hiking, kayaking). I'm easy going, clean, reliable with rent. Keep to myself but also enjoy being social. Not looking for a party house.
Hey, I'm Tom and I'm 23 from the Sunshine State, looking for a room to rent from the 13th of August to mid Feb. I'm a big sports fan, loving all things rugby, cricket, basketball and in between. I'll be working full time in the CBD at Suncorp from 8 - 5:30 Mon - Fri. Then out exploring Sydney for most of the weekend with my girlfriend, who is working in Australia and living in the Northern Beaches. I'm a very friendly and approachable person, who loves to have a chat over meals as well as lounging out with room mates watching telly or spending time together over the weekend. But I also love time to myself, reading or binging tv shows and watching basketball. I'm tidy, both common areas and my room, organised and easy going. I'm a pretty average cook so it all evens out in the end!
I am 24, studying a master in psychology and doing one semester in Sydney. Originally from Denmark. I clean up after myself and like to cook. I am social, but I also like to spend some time alone. I love traveling, meeting new people and spending time with my boyfriend.
