I am 23 year old guy and recent graduate of UNSW. I will start work in Finance early March and looking for a place to stay near CBD. I am easygoing, respectful and a responsible individual. If I were to stay at your place, you would see me occasionally as I will probably work long hours. That being said, I am quite approachable and always happy to have an interesting conversation. I spend my free time at Gym, playing badminton or reading books. I also enjoy travelling. I recently backpacked around South America, Europe and Asia.
Hello, I have recently moved to Sydney from New Zealand and looking for a new place to stay as I have to move out of my current place by the 8th of March. I'm a very chilled guy, during the week i usually keep my head down then don't mind having a drink in the weekends. I enjoy good food, listening to music, playing guitar, kickboxing, going to the beach, and Netflix. Currently, i am looking for employment in the finance industry, as i have just graduated from university. Hopefully this shouldn't take too long as there are plenty of opportunities in Sydney, and don't worry, funds aren't an issue. Also: I have another friend from New Zealand that will be moving here at the end of the month so it would be a bonus if there was a place that had two rooms for the both of us! Hope to hear from you soon, Cheers!
Hi, I'm an easy-going young professional just moved over to Sydney and am about to start a new Mon-Fri job in the city at an investment bank. I'm looking for a place to call home for the next ~6 months while I settle in to Sydney. A bit about me - I'm a Kiwi (New Zealander) from Auckland, NZ. I like to socialise and would consider myself fairly adventurous and a foodie. On the weekends I like to hang out at the beach, go for a walk or chill over food or a few drinks. I'm very tidy, clean and take great care with the place I'm living. I'm also a half decent cook and like to share a meal once in a while. Looking forward to meeting my new housemates!
Looking for 2 rooms and secure parking for my ute and tools. I'm a self-employed carpenter. I live very clean and tidy. I keep fit, healthy and love to surf when I get the time. I'm divorced and have my 2 kids (8 and 12) stay over every second weekend. I've lived the last 2.5 years in a 3-bedroom townhouse in Wahroonga and can continue to stay there, however I would like to live closer to the city or beaches. I come with some furniture so a house would be better.
My Name is Saurabh. I work full time in NBN as Data Analyst in North Sydney from Monday to Friday. After work I prefer to go to gym. I am easy going and quite disciplined. Though I am from India I don't do Indian cooking. I usually cook twice in week. Not a huge fan of spending time in kitchen. I love travelling. Every 3-4 months I travel to a new place for short break. Huge movie lover. I am always up for good conversation or a glass of wine in weekends. I always make sure to keep the house clean and comfortable..
Uni graduate, ex banker who later became a explorer and traveler at heart who finished roaming around the world for two years and now back in Sydney for couple of years. I work full-time. on my free time I like to learn new skills, weather it is computer, music or a new sport. I am an active who enjoys the gym, surfing yoga and ocean swims. I try to live as consciously as i can and learn as i go. I am very easy going and quiet but also enjoy some conscious partying.
Looking for anyone who wants to sign a lease (either 6 months or 12 months) in an apartment with a friend and I around March / April! I am social, and friendly have always paid rent on time and can also respect ones privacy :)
Hello awesome human beings! : ) I am looking for one of you to share an accommodation with. I lead an active, busy lifestyle. Home is to relax and re-charge in peace. Sharing is caring, not only to save money on rent. Mutual respect is a must. If you agree, please read on: I am looking for: - A clean and quiet apartment / flat share reasonably close to North Sydney or at least close to a train station that takes me there. - An unfurnished double room with large wardrobe that fits a queen size bed and a desk. Need extra storage space for my suitcases (I travel regularly). - Aircon, not for decoration... or an apartment that has a nice cross-breeze through it. - Own bathroom or ensuite preferred, willing to pay more for this in the desired area. - Share with 30+ females or males who has positive outlook on life, full time employment or/and studies. People who look after and respect themselves and others around them. - Rent negotiable. Budget is between $280 - $320 + bills, depends on the state of the apartment, the number of flatmates, location, extras like aircon, dryer or dishwasher, and own bathroom/ensuite of course. It all comes down to the comfort level of the place. About me: I work in North Sydney full time. I am a consumer relations specialist, dealing with people from all walks of life. I like to re-charge and relax at home so I usually am quiet, like to read and mind my own business - but I don't shy away from having a social movie night and some great food and wine either. People usually find me entertaining, I got told that I am funny. :D I am into fitness, my health is priority so I try to follow a 'normal' eating, exercising and sleeping routine. I will respect your privacy and resting/sleeping needs, all I am asking for is the same in return. I will keep the place tidy, you will not have to worry about finding dishes or clutter after me. I am also an unlimited source of great coffee and I will bring my coffee machine with me! ;-) Looking forward to hear from you : )
