Hey, seeking a furnished room in the inner suburbs of Brisbane. I have lived in a Brisbane before so i am not entirely new. I prefer social, healthy and clean flatmates that are around my age. I also value diversity and have a wide variety of interests in fitness, music/poetry, interior design, technology, theatre and nature. I work full-time on weekdays so you might only catch me in the late afternoon or the weekend. All the best.
Do you like goofballs? Avocado? Terrible jokes? Then boy do I have the couple for you! We are a lovely (or so our mums tell us) couple looking for a chill house to set up shop. A full-time mechanic and a full-time nomad, happy to share laughs and a drink and loooads of coffee. Obviously clean, respectful, and mostly keep to ourselves when we're home, though more than happy to hang out and get weird, if the vibe calls for it. We work well with shared responsibilities. We don't need a color-coded cleaning schedule, but we like being on the same page as everyone. Non-smokers, but happy to live with them. Don't have pets, but MORE than happy to coexist with them. We prefer a social house that can also respect boundaries (we like our reading and study time). We own a guitar (aw yeah), a few cameras (AW YEAH), and heaps of terrible jokes (AWW YEAHHH). More than happy to meet up before decisions are made. We both have cars, so would need some kind of parking (street is A-OK). Don't hesitate to contact us for questions or a monologue, we're more than keen to get moved in!
I work in a hotel as a guest service agent. Very passionate about my work and building a career through that industry. Outside of work I love AFL and playing guitar. I'm pretty laidback and keep to myself but also enjoy being social and catching up over a drink and/or burger. Originally from Melbourne but just got back up to Brisbane.
I'm new to Brisbane and looking for some cool housemates and a nice place to live. I don't have a car so need to be near good transport, and like being walking distance from shops/cafes/bars etc. I'm super easy going and a good mix of social & solitary - I know how it works in sharehouses, and am keen on housemates who like a chat and a drink but don't want to spend 24/7 living in each others' pockets. I work full time and will always pay the rent and bills on time because I'm not a terrible person. I like to cook, am very pet friendly if you've got animals, and keep fit walking around Brisbane's crazy hills, hiking, and doing yoga. I like to travel, read, and talk about politics & the world. Feel free to send me a message to find out more! :)
I am an easy going 32 year old Australian male. I've recently returned from 7 years in London and I'm a couple of years into the process of getting myself set up in Australia. I work in the city Monday to Friday, am active and spend many weekends back down the coast which is where I grew up. Very social but my partying days are for the most part behind me. I'm looking for a like minded individual who is also easy going, clean, respectful and considerate.
Looking for a fully furnished room!! I moved here last October and went straight into FIFO work and now looking for a nice place to call home for awhile. Im an Electrician from NZ, enjoy training and keeping fit also love a good social life and a night out every now and then. Very very clean, good sense of humour, love a good laugh
Hey, I'm Tom. Im new to Brisbane and I am ideally looking to move into a share house or apartment with people who I can also socialise and hang out with from time to time. I'm very chilled out and easy going. Work office hours. In my free time I enjoy watching and playing sport, having drinks with friends, going to the beach and exploring new places.
Hey, I’m a English female on a working holiday visa which expires at the end of January next year so looking for a place until then. I’m 26 so still like to party but not every weekend, I am a clean freak which can be seen as a good or a bad thing I guess! Ideal night will be watching a box set with a G&T in hand!
Hi my name's fionnuala I'm 28 and from Ireland. I've been in Australia for 4 years and have lived in Brisbane 3. I work full time mon-fri so I'm pretty chill during the week. On the weekend I like to have a wine or two with friends or go out for dinner. I'm looking to move hopefully by the end of next week 27th if possible. :)
I’ve lived in a share house (3 housemates) for the past couple of years. It’s been a great time and I would love to continue, but we are all heading our separate ways. So I’m looking for some like-minded easy going, clean (not too OCD) housemates that I can continue my journey with. My lease is up in the first week of January, but may be flexible to move sooner before Christmas if this suited. I’m all for making sure I’m the right fit and vice versa so it’d be great to spend some time together maybe grab coffee or lunch before we agree on moving in. Hit me up if this sounds like it may work for you! ☺️ Good to knows: - I have a car that I like to keep garaged - I am looking to get a pug at the end of this year so pet friendly is mandatory - I travel for work on and off (and have places for my pug to go on these weeks, unless you are a mad dog lover in which case you’d also be welcome to look after) - I have a dining table - I have a huge washing machine (probably too big really so potentially would look at downsizing) - I have a TV - I have a small fridge - In my spare time I like to play piano (I have a digital piano as well) - ‘Trying’ to get into riding my bike to work - I’m fun, but responsible (except when it comes to adulting... that shit’s hard) ✌🏽
Hi this is Elaine I work full time in marketing and sales from 8-5 Monday to Friday in Hamilton. My job needs me me travel for work 2-3 times a year to overseas. I hope my home could be a peaceful sanctuary from busy daily life. I live a healthy lifestyle. On weekday nights I would either go yoga or dancing, and during the weekend I am usually out and about to hangout with friends, or take a road trip to enjoy the sunshine and nature. I Hope to find a room with spacious wardrobe. A space that would fit in my Queen bed and a long table as well. I am only looking to share with no more than two other people. House without pet is preferred. I am very clean and tidy, and love to keep my space organised and clean. Not a party animal at all and would prefer a peaceful and quiet environment. I also respect others' space and privacy so I hope my housemates could share the same thoughts. Message me if you think we'd get along well as housemates! Thank you for reading, Elaine
Hey I’m Rachel. I was born and grew up in Brizzy but moved down to the Goldie for work and lived there for 6 years. I work full time as a high school teacher. I’m a really chilled person who’s happy to keep to myself or have a chat over wine and cheese/beer and chips occasionally 👍🏽 I like to keep my area neat and tidy. I work all day and like to come home to a clean environment. In my free time I like to read, bake, watch movies, surfing/ go to the beach and hang with family and friends. I have a Samoyed, but he will be staying with the family. I’m currently living in Highgate Hill. Unfortunately the contract is ending in December and needing to look for another place. I’m happy to stay in the Highgate Hill area. But would love to be near the beach too. Give me a bell if you think you’ve got a lovely place to share with me! Rach x
I am a civil engineer in road construction and a casual Uber driver, and am usually, either, training, out photographing stuff, travelling or working. I am rather social, but I can also be quite elusive, depending on my work schedule. I am quite heavily-tattooed, I do not take drugs, am single and am open for a drink, every so often, but am far passed the heavy 'partying' scene. I'm looking for a diverse household, preferably a larger house with a deck and backyard, as I quite enjoy relaxing outside with a cup of coffee on my weekend mornings! I am looking for something furnished and close to the southern side of the river - I've got quite the nest egg around there, so the closer, the better! Also, if you've got animals, that's a huge plus for me. My current situation is temporary and am wanting to find something more permanent towards the end of early August. Feel free to message me - I'm usually quick to respond!
I am a 34-year-old engineer from Munich, Germany. I work in the CBD and therefore looking for an awesome place and awesome people to live with. I am very easy going and calm, like to do sports like skydiving (I am a fun jumper) and surfing. I like to hang around people cooking a bit and have some drinks from time to time after work. Additionally, I am a clean and tidy flatmate. I have already lived in the US, Turkey and Czech Republic, therefore I consider myself as a global citizen. My current lease is ongoing until December 21 but I am also flexible of moving before that day.
Hi, I am Niccolo. I am an italian international student, actually on a working visa. I ve been living in Australia almost two years. At the moment I am working in a massage therapy shop. I love sports, outdoor activities and I am interested in natural and holistic medicine. I like music and asian food. I am a clean and tidy person. I like travelling, but now I want to settle down for a while in Brisbane. Looking forward to hear from you! Thanks!
Hi, I'm Annette moving from New Zealand to make a fresh start in Brisbane . I have a background in hospitality and will be seeking employment when I get there. Looking for a place close to public transport. I'm pretty easy going, don't mind the occasional drink and love a good laugh. I enjoy all types of sports especially rugby league. Enjoy going for walks and sightseeing. Looking forward to see what perth has to offer and adventurers that await. Enjoy meeting new people. Happy to mingle with housemates but respectful of privacy as well. Also happy to just relax and chill. I'm neat tidy and don't mind house work. Don't mind cooking for myself, and happy to cook for others. I am open to all types of cuisine and do cook a variety of dishes. Do like going out for meals and the occasional takeaways.
To save time, I'm currently only looking in the 4005/4006 area and not looking to consider other areas, sorry. I work in the CBD as a Sales and Marketing Assistant and looking to move into a new place with some great housemates! I'm a 8:30-5:30, Monday to Friday working girl and 100% reliable when it comes to paying rent and bills. I'm pretty house trained at this stage of my life too so I guess that's always a bonus. Weekends are generally spent fairly balanced between lazy days, terrible hangovers, or going for a hike and beach trip.. Ideally I'm looking for some roomies who would be keen to get involved in similar activities! It would be nice to get along well with whoever I'm living with. I'm easy going, happy to have an after work chat, do some "family" dinners, watch trashy TV shows or the very occasional footy game.. and I'll have those nights where I just need to relax and will take myself off to my room too! One last thing - I'm pretty set on getting a dog this year so hopefully that is considered a plus in your eyes. If you already have a doggo who needs to stay solo but you think we would really get along, still feel free to message me :) I'm also fairly flexible in my moving date! Look forward to meeting some of you soon!
Professional, courteous and extremely clean. I'm a 27 year old professional who works 9-5 full time in the city. About me: I love the beach, nice restaurants with good wine, cooking healthy food and keeping fit. I am looking for a housemate I can be friends with as well as housemates!) My preferred suburb is Ashgrove (and surrounds), or anywhere on the North side. Ideally i would like to live with one friendly, professional and like-minded person. If you think I might suit your place or you might want to look for a place with me, please don't hesitate to send me a message. T x
I'm just another New Zealander Australia doesn't need 🤗 I'm easy going, I like to entertain people, I'm a clean organised person also very considerate and helpful. I am a night shift worker at the Brisbane airport. I work every weekend.
