Hi my name is Lis. I'm from South Korea. I'll start my nursing course at QUT from July. I'm clean, tidy and friendly. I spend a lot of time at home watching movies.
Hi I'm Frank, I like travelling, cycling, diving, hiking, watching moving etc. I'm easy-going, tidy, like communicate with people from different culture. I was lived in London and Osaka before, so if you what know more about there I'm really happy to share experience, by the way I'm from Taiwan.
Need to move in July 📆 looking for 1-2 people to share a CBD/inner suburbs apartment (and a few drinks) when my current lease ends. I work full time in PR/marketing for the QLD government. I'm easygoing, social and always up to hang out, but am respectful of privacy and like my own downtime as well. Fairly active and like getting outdoors on the weekends, but I also bake a mean cake and am an excellent addition to any pub trivia team. Always clean up after myself but definitely not a neat freak. Would ideally take the master bedroom/ensuite , but I'm flexible :) don't have a car so parking space is all yours. I do have a very low maintenance cat, but I have somewhere else for her to stay if she's a deal breaker :)
I am a super chill guy who is really easy going and fun to get along with. I'm always up to meet new people and hang. I start training for Flight Attending in August so I won't be home much which means you won't need to put up with my totally awesome, but super lame, jokes everyday!
I'm a musician and all I do is work, play shows and record with my 18mth old Collie Hendrix by my side. I'm clean and I keep to myself. I won't be home that often and will have extended periods away on tour (pet will come with me).
"You are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with" Jim Rohn. So, I'm looking to live with like-minded legends. - Self-aware & respectful (no issues with noise, mess, negative drama, etc) - Healthy lifestyle and nutrition - Normally found in the ocean or mountains - Goal-orientated. Never bored. Growth and contribution mindset (nutrition & training, surfing, business, psychology & philosophy, social sciences, technology, Brazilian jiu jitsu, acroyoga, meditation, vagabonding, languages and I speak Spanish so would love to live with Spanish speakers to help keep it up.) - Independent thinker, not a sheep. Prefer almost no commercial TV. (intentional entertainment is sweet, but 24/7 ads and lowest-common-denominator shows polluting our castle aint so sweet). As Josh Waitzkin says, "I cultivate empty space as a way of life for the creative process". - Always keen for chats over good meals when I'm home. Yes to good times with top people but no to a party house. ***Chasing a leafy area within cycle commute to the Valley***
I'm looking for somewhere to move out ASAP, preferably teaming up with someone to rent place in Chermside. I'm 19, work 3-4 days a week 9-5 and study full time. Am fairly sociable but also like my alone time. If you're interested in finding somewhere to rent let me know!
Hey there looking for a room in a house, and would love to live with some awesome people. I'm currently studying a remedial massage diploma and working part time. I enjoy being fit and active, as well as cooking and eating and having a beer/drink when the weekend rolls around and enjoying some good company. I'm pretty busy most of the time during the week, i like to be clean and tidy (housework is no issue for me), I have been living and travelling overseas for 2 years and used to living with, around and on top of people. Any questions feel free to ask away.
My name is Marlyn, I'm 21 years old and originally from Germany, currently living in the Netherlands. I am working as an intern in Brisbane as part of my Tourism Studies in the Netherlands. The internship will be 6 months and I hope that I will also be able to write my thesis in Brisbane. I enjoy living with other people so you always have someone around if you feel lonely. I enjoy dinners together or a movie night but also like to take some time for myself in my room, watching Netflix. I consider myself as a clean and tidy person and expect my roommates to be the same. I am not a party animal, but don't mind to have a party now and then or to have friends over on the weekends.
Hi there! I'm Ash. Looking for a new place to call home end of June/early July. I work in the media/advertising industry as a Client Business Manager, managing a client portfolio of well known brands. General work hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. Occasionally I'll have work social functions during the week. I enjoy relaxing at home on weekends as my week can get pretty busy, but I don't mind socialising and taking mini adventures when I have the energy! I go to the gym most days so enjoy keeping fit. I will give flat mates as much personal space and privacy as they need, but am always open to share a couple of bevs over dinner every now and then. Recently jumped on board the Netflix bandwagon, haven't looked back. Massive Games of Thrones fan. I'm self-reliant, independent and keep myself occupied. Hope to find like-minded people to live with! Going to be completely honest, I am looking for a place where I can have my own bathroom so would be more interested in 2 bed 2 bath or ensuite rooms. That's just a personal request, but isn't a necessity! :) look forward to hearing from you.
I am a social and physically active person who enjoys sport and physical fitness. I am also a private and polite person that will not impose on your personal or private living space. I am a very tidy, clean and well organised person. I'm shifting from interstate and looking to initially settle for 6 months with the view of settling for a longer period. I'm looking for a fully furnished apartment/premises with off street parking parking (ideally close to transport, restaurants and shopping)
I work at an advisory firm in the city Monday to Friday and am often out on the weekends catching up with mates. In my spare time I play the occasional video game, dabble with music production and can be found lounging around reading or watching netflix as well. I'm also studying for my grad dip in chartered accounting. I enjoy backpacking overseas during my holidays & getting outdoors in summer, I'm a reasonably active person. I'm also clean & friendly, while being happy to put my fair share into the house and wanting to get to know those around me. Currently I'm on a lease but I would like to live in a bigger, nicer place for the long term so my move date is flexible :)
I'm tidy and very quiet, and I like keeping things clean. I'm studying exercise nutrition science so pretty busy with uni a lot of the time. But I'm not bothered by a lot of noise and I'm always up for a good chat, a drink on the weekend, or a good coffee/brunch somewhere. I also enjoy making healthy meals and exercising!
I'm friendly, positive, outgoing and looking to start a share home - maybe a 3-4 bedroom house? My current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend and I'm hoping to find a slightly larger home that allows for housemate dinners, Friday night wines and a warm, friendly vibe. I like a fairly quiet home during the week (no wild parties but always down for dinner parties/Netflix!) but love getting out and about on the weekend. I love the beach and bush walks, gigs and eating out. I've been house sharing for many years so I'm housetrained and considerate! I have a washing machine, couch and a few other pieces and I'm happy to buy more. I also have a gorgeous, tiny, Cavoodle pup - I know some people don't want to live with pets and I understand that, BUT I'm a responsible pet owner and would ensure boundaries are respected. She's also 100% adorable so if you're a dog person, you'll love her. I work for a non for profit and most days I'm down in Logan or in our office in South Brisbane, but sometimes I work from home, so it would be great if there was a small space for my desk - not major but would be a bonus. Would love to hear from anyone if you think we'd make good home mates! Please give me a text/call if you want to meet. Cheers!
Hi, I am looking for a place for me and my dog Bindi and some people who will love her as much as I do. I moved to Brisbane in February and I am looking for a place to settle long term. I was hoping to live somewhere not to far from the city as I work in the Valley, prefably Norman Park or similar suburbs. I have some furniture and appliances back in Mackay that I can get down if need be. A bit about me - I am 23, and I am a fully qualified accountant. I am tidy and clean but I can have my bad days, but I do love a clean floor. I would love a social house as I don't know many people in Brisbane but at the same time I understand that housemates will often need their own space. Ultimately I am looking for people who will give me the whole experience, I love camping, fishing, going out, going to pubs, beaches and nature walks - so pretty much up for anything. I have lived with people who I met on this site in Mackay and they are now some of my closest friends. A bit about Bindi - I adopted my dog Bindi over a year ago now and she is just the greatest thing ever, I promise I am not the only one who thinks so. She is a Samoyed x Border Collie, but don't worry she isn't to energetic around the house, she just loves her walks. She is soft, fluffy, quiet (she never barks), the worst guard dog ever and just great company around a home. If any of this sounds suitable to anyone, please let me know. I would love to meet up or chat. Thanks, Amanda
Hi! I am a university student, I study online so I am flexible to work whenever. I work full time in hospitality. Moving to Brisbane in June, looking for either a room to rent or to meet others who want to rent a house together. I have a dog, she is lovely and no trouble at all. I'm always up for a drink and a chat, but also like my quiet time so not looking for people who want to party all the time.
