I'm 20, study psychology at QUT and do some work at a community legal centre. I would like a place that's a walking or riding distance to QUT Kelvin Grove. Looking to stay 6 months in an unfurnished room. I will need a room with space for at least a double bed and a desk. About myself: I'm into swimming, love to cycle, and, good with animals. I'd consider myself easy to live with, I respect personal space but also like to have a chat. I also enjoy cooking fairly often, so if you like food then we already have heaps in common. Don't hesitate to message me. Cheers, Anthony
Hey I'm Chaashya, a student at QUT and looking for a nice lil place with lovely roommates to live alongside with! I'm easy-going, self-sufficient and sometimes funny. I'm keen to make some new mates when moving in -- who hopefully enjoy socialising and going out for a drink or something when I'm/they're not busy studying/working. That being said, I do value my alone time and privacy to focus on my studies and other commitments and understand and respect others personal space as well. Plus I love the outdoors, travelling and animals, especially little(or big) doggos.
A bit about me: I’m relocating from Melbourne to Brisbane in June! I work full-time as a Technology Consultant. I am looking for a home, but also a great, all inclusive building (gym, pool etc.) to make the big move to Brissy! I'm really keen to meet and live with someone who I can have a laugh with, is friendly, social, easy going and professional! I'm really respectful of other people's space. Unfortunately, my mediocre cooking skills won’t help you in the kitchen, but I’m all about cleaning up and being tidy! I'm hoping to lock in a place within the next 2-3 weeks (before 17th June)!
My name is Tara, I am soon to be 18 and a very friendly, easy going girl. As far as hobbies go; in my spare time i like to paint, read & spend time with friends. Im keen to have a close relationship with the people i live with, but also enjoy time to myself. I love cooking and am a big fan of all things music. Im all about friendly banter & i will be both working & studying in Brisbane. I am reliable, respectful & enjoy living in a tidy household.
Hi everyone. I’m a friendly and outgoing person who is looking for a place to rent! I am a nurse and have just started working part time at a hospital in Woolloongabba so ideally I would like to live around there or inner city suburbs. I would like somewhere close to public transport. I like to have fun and enjoy good company, but also like having time to myself and appreciate that others would too. I’m clean and tidy. I will be doing shift work so there may be times where I am not home a lot and I’m usually out doing exciting things on my days off. I also don’t mind if you have pets. Flexible with move in dates/length of time. I am wanting to move so I can be closer to work as the commute isn’t ideal. Looking for a room or to team up with someone to find a place :)
Hi my name is Yeimi, I am from Colombia I work full time and study too. I am a professional in international business, I like sports, cinema, reading, I like to travel and know different cultures.
Hi, I’m Sarah! Friendly easy going girl in her 20’s. Work full time, and spend most of my free time away at my boyfriends place in Ipswich. Needing a place to live within the next 5-6 weeks, and open to staying there anywhere from 3 months up until a year + Access to public transport is important. Furnished or unfurnished doesn’t matter as I have bedroom furniture of my own but can also leave that here. Ideally bills will be included as a part of the rent. Open to team ups also! Let me know if you have a place that might be suitable! Thanks :) Sarah.
Hey there! :) I work full time M-F in Newstead and I either binge watch, work casually and cook on the weekend. I enjoy cooking and treating myself good food. Although I'm not a clean freak, I can't stand piled up dishes and dirty house. I love to chat but also respectful of people's privacy. I am looking for a place to stay after my lease ends in June. I'm hoping to find a place with similar housemate(s).
29 year old professional working full time. Currently based in Sydney. Returning to Brisbane permanently for work in June. I play social touch footy a couple nights a week, hit a weekly trivia night and try to get out and about on weekends. I've been the "head roommate" in previous apartments for over 5 years so I understand how shared bills/chores work. Ideally looking for roommates around my age (+/- 5 years) who are social and open to hanging out or having a drink/meal together but also respect each other’s privacy. If you think I'm a good fit for your place, hit us up.
We are a young couple who enjoy going away in the weekends, are organized and have a great sense of humor. We have lived in share houses before and have learned the good and the bad of sharing houses, so we are kind of awesome flatmates by now :) We look forward to meet great people with whom we could share a meal a conversation and a drink every now and then. Carlos and Yenny
I'm a happy go lucky kind of gal, always up for a laugh and love making others laugh. I am easy to get along with, very respectful, considerate, neat and tidy. I am not a partier and prefer to spend my weekends hiking, bushwalking, camping, road tripping, brunching and generally exploring and enjoying life. If I seem like your kind of person, hit me up 😊
Hi everyone! I'm a CBD working professional looking for a new home. I've lived in sharehouses in Brisbane for the past 18 months, and before that on the Gold Coast and in the UK. I am a busy person but know how great it can be to come home to a smiling face at the end of a hard day so aim to be a positive, friendly and respectful housemate. I am clean and tidy and aim to keep common areas clutter free and a space where anyone could relax. My current lease expires on 19 June, so I'm looking for somewhere in the inner city suburbs to move in any time between 9 June and 19 June (but happy to be flexible). Feel free to shoot me a message if you're interested in chatting some more! Emily
I'm a very clean and tidy girl, also very mature, friendly, respectful and outgoing. Probably won't be home much on weekends either I would really love to find a place walking distance to public transport, as well as close to supermarket
Hi, We are Carme&Simon, we’re a young couple looking for a room in brisbane since we moved here to work. We are quiet and respectful, we enjoy nice conversation and also privacy. We spend most of the time working or outdoors in the nature, practicing yoga or swimming. Let us know if we can come for a viewing! Cheers
My names Maddy, I'm 22 and I'm a full time design student. I work in retail on James street, Fortitude Valley. I own a 1 year old short hair cat, who is extremely well toilet trained (inside and outside). I also have a 3 year old Maremma Sheepdog (outside doggo), whom I would love to bring with me! They are both very tame but I would love to find a place with a large fully fenced backyard. I like to sneak a few wines a week and socialise on the weekends! Always up for a chat, but I'm very considerate of other people and understand space is important. Love to go on beach trips also. Feel free to message me, would be keen to team up/share a place with 2 other people!
Hi! I'm 21 years old, I work full time. Looking for a place that is LGBTQI+ friendly who are clean but also like to have people over and hang out. :) I work monday-friday, enjoy art, looking for some cool pals to live with. I'm open to the areas I live in, as long as it is close to the city for my commute to work. <3
Hi there !! I’m a fun loving tidy person with a bubbly personality. I love to socialise and enjoy having people around me. I have a small dog named Jax - he’s a chihuahua cross who loves to play and cuddle. Happy to chat more - just really not sure what to put in this bio.
Hey there! This is Jenny from Barcelona. I have the working holiday visa and I’m looking for a room for the next months. I’m tidy, clean, easygoing and peaceful, but I can party if the occasion is required :) I love dogs, so if you have one, I will walk him/her gladly (mine is with my parents and I miss him). I would prefer a double bed if possible. I speak Catalan, Spanish, French (medium, I lived there 4 years ago) and of course English. Do not hesitate to ask any questions!
Hey! I’m Steph. I’m friendly, clean, tidy and respectful and looking for some likeminded people to live with. I like to have a social and an active household, while also being respectful of each others space. I enjoy a bev on the weekends or going for adventures, and I work during the week. I've just come back from working the ski season and traveling in NZ, and I'm starting a new position in Brisbane in June. I love coffee, music, design and travelling, and I work as a digital designer. Swing me a message if we’d be a good fit :)
Hey there I'm looking for a place for myself and my dog to stay when I am working that is close to the city and has parking for my car. I work on a shift roster which is roughly 5 days or nights (depending) in a row, and then 5 off in a row. My dog and I are super clean and will actually hardly be at home as we go away back to the Sunshine Coast on days off. Bronson is a large dog and the perfect guard dog for your home and is very obedient (to me until he gets to know you he will love you unconditionally as well!) When I am home he will need to stay inside with me on his bed and be on restricted exercise as he’s undergoing treatment. And when I am at work I will put him on a short run depending on the size of the yard as he can’t run around too much for the next 2 months. Bronson is also house trained. I am clean and tidy, enjoy cooking and being social or happy to chill on my own depending on the household. We won’t be there all that often so looking for a place between $100-150 per week depending on the room or instead will pay $30 per night we stay there. If you have something available please send me a message :)
Hi! I'll be moving to Brisbane this August to start a new life. I have lived in a house share for 5 years overseas and didn't have any problems with the housemates. I don't mind sharing a drink for a chat or having meals together from time to time and I also know how to respect each others privacy.
Returning home this year from living in Cambodia, I am now back working full time and seeking a room in Brisbane. Currently working in Southbank I'm looking for a place that's in either walking or riding distance. I'm mostly a pretty chatty person but also like to just hang out by myself in my room at times. I'm looking for roommates that are easy going and don't take life too seriously, are respectful of each other’s space and values but also want to enjoy the company of the people they live with.
