Im 31 from Malaysia. Will be attending UON in May for my postgraduate studies. I'm quiet, tidy and considerate. Dont mind pets I would consider myself fun and outgoing however do value both your privacy as well as my own. With that being said, I do treasure meaningful friendships and thoughtful conversations over a couple of beers! Please hit me up if you have a suitable apartment/home, or if you're also hunting for apartments/home and think we'd be a good fit! Cheers!
Hola, I'm Brielle I'm moving to Newcastle for work and am currently applying for 2-3 bedroom homes and apartments that are around the $400 per week mark in the Newcastle area. I've been living out of home and on my own for the past 3 years, I have my own furniture and internet. I'm currently looking for someone who would be interested in moving in with me and sharing the rent! If this sounds like you, please contact me via email - I'm a friendly working professional in my 20's (wise beyond my years) super respectful of people's privacy as I love my own alone time but am also quite a social butterfly so I would love a flat mate who's up for the occasional drink, platter and banter. In my spare time I love going for ocean swims, doing yoga and meditations, having a drink, catching up with fam and friends, watering my plants.. napping... the list goes on. I'm super tidy and respectful and I love being able to come home to a clean, happy and calm environment
Hey I'm Billy. I'm a full time demo worker, I'm a fun and easy going person that doesn't mind a social drink on the weekend with friends. But am also happy to chill out and watch a movie or two. I also like to keep a tidy house and respect others privacy. I also love to cook.
I'm a full-time Master of Clinical Psychology student. I am currently looking for 6 months+ accommodation around the Newcastle area. I am friendly, clean, organised, enjoy the beach, outdoors and fitness, and don't mind a cheeky wine in the evenings! Not keen on moving into a party house, but do enjoy socialising on the weekend. Cheers!
Hi, I'm Naomi, and my dog is Charlie Brown. I'm from all over, and he's from Brisbane, and we're looking for a place to begin our next adventure. I work part time as a floating admin and part time as a pet carer, both of which I really enjoy. Charlie enjoys the beach, games of chasies and No Give; Only Throw. We're both pretty quiet, and enjoy a good laugh.
My name is Emily. I study my honours in Fine Art full time at uni and work as a telemarketer in my spare hours. I’m creative, kind, respectful and chill so you won’t have to worry about me causing chaos with raging parties and randoms. I like a nice cup of tea or wine and good conversation, but I also love my alone time. I have an adorable white cat named Frankie. He’s desexed and litter trained. If we sound like the match for you, don’t hesitate to message !
Edit: looking for 1 more person! Currently looking for a new place for when my lease runs up at the very start of April. Although I’m 18, I have lived out of home for nearly 3 years now and have sufficient rental history to be accepted for a new lease. I’m laid back, love to party on the weekends and work 3 jobs so I’m busy/out of the house most of the time. Looking for some laid back people to flat with, who are social, and happy to enjoy some nights in with cheese, wine, Netflix and banter. I also own some furniture so more than happy to contribute this to the house. Please message me if interested in teaming up or looking for someone to fill a room x
I’m a laid back kind of girl that loves camping and off-roading. I drive to Sydney every weekend to visit my family otherwise I’m working part time mostly day shifts, I am trustworthy, loyal and I’m always here if you need help My best friend will be with me as well, he’s gonna be staying with me a few nights a week. I also have a 2yo male staffy that might potential join me in Newcastle if that doesn’t bother anyone, my parents can look after him if I am unable to
I'm Jess, I'm a Radiation Therapy student at UON and am looking to move out of my current place soon :) I am looking to team up with like minded people to share a home and can have a laugh with instead of just brushing shoulders in the hallway. I'm 22y/o, very easy going, friendly and love hanging out but also respect that people need their space sometimes. When I'm not studying or dying over assignments I'm usually at the gym, hanging out with friends, at the beach or binge watching tv shows. If we get a long really well, I'd take you camping, hiking and all sorts of fun adventures with me! I've lived on college for 2 years but I'm not a huge party person anymore however love the occasional night out and social drink hahah Ps: open to people with pets omg
Hi, myself saurabh, a 34 Male working in an IT company as a Business Analyst. I will be shifting from Sydney and prefer to have furnished room close to UON. I am a vegetarian and non-smoker. I drink socially. I love to spend time on beach. Go countryside over weekend. I Respect other’s privacy and expect the same. Happy to share good time with flatmates over the weekends. I prefer to share with bachelor or a small family, not more than 3 people. Cheers!!
I'm a classical pianist and piano teacher, moving back to Ncle after a few years in Sydney. I have a cat, not a lot of furniture (I'm a regular purger of 'stuff'), and two motorbikes I'd want to keep off-street. Fairly quiet, (except for playing the piano), I prefer books and the garden and outdoor activity to being indoors watching TV. I don't watch commercial TV (hate ads), nor listen to commercial radio, but will happily binge a good show on Netflix, or listen to ABC radio or music while about the house. Currently I'm also applying for places to rent on my own, into which I'd bring a flatmate, and once I'm back north I'll be looking into the investment property market.
Hey there I'm Quinn :) I'm 25 and working full time in health. I've just moved over from Adelaide so I'm looking for a fun and friendly place to call home. I'm easy going, sociable and appreciate a good laugh. I've lived in shared accomodation for the past 5 years with some really cool people so I'm properly used to sharehouse etiquette and am very respectful of personal space. I’m no party animal but I enjoy going out for a drink or two over the weekend and am equally happy to chill out in front of the TV or with a good book. I like to keep active by going for a run or the gym or basically anything outdoors. If you think we'd get along, feel free to swing me a message.
My name is Sarah, I currently live on campus at the University of Newcastle. I'm looking to move off with like minded people who preferably are vegetarian, enjoy yoga/exercise in general, hanging out together and occasionally going out over the weekend. Am really interested in teaming up with a maximum of 4 people, and getting a nice place together! I look forward to hearing from you 😊
Hey future flatmates Im 32 I am easygoing, always clean and tidy. I do my own thing mostly but still like to hang out and have a drink and a chat. Looking for a new place as current house is being sold.
Clean and tidy. Happy to socialise with housemates but also respectful of others space and privacy. Happy to cook for my house fam occasionally if you may be so inclined, but also fine to keep this separate. I have full time employment and work tradie hours. Chilled and easy going girl looking for like minded housemates. Into music, film, art. I do have an intensely friendly Siamese cat who is very cute but quite strange. That’s my only catch and the only thing that doesn’t make me a absolutely perfect housemate ✌🏻
Ah where to start I’m an electrician who has just decided to come home to Newcastle after a 5 year stint of FIFO work and doing some travelling in betweeen. My hobbies are surfing, cooking and drinking craft beer but in no particular order. Oh with some Netflix and reality Tv thrown in as well. p.s I’m well housebroken I came from a family home where mum taught us to be self sufficient. Any questions please don’t hesitate to call..
Hi I’m Chels, I am currently Studying marketing full time online. I also have a part time retail job. I love binge watching tv shows like ‘Queer Eye’ all the way to ‘Mind Hunters’. Every now and then I go to local gigs and markets, so it would be cool if I had a housemate that would be keen to join. I like a good chat, but also like my own personal space after a big day.
I easy going, mature and respectful, don't let my age deter you, I'm young at heart. I'm well travelled and happy to talk about most things. I'm not looking for a party house, rather a tranquil place to return home to. I have a thirst for life and humanity, by that I mean, people matter! I happy to pitch in and do my share of household chores and up keep of the home. I'm comfortable with pets. You won't find a better chilled out room mate. I enjoy walks, deep conversations, music, culture, spirituality, sport, and more, however I do like my own space Off street parking for my motorcycle would be ideal, but not totally essential. I'm looking to move in at the end of June, but keen to secure somewhere as soon as possible, and happy to pay a larger bond, if necessary. I look forward to hearing from you, male or female. David
Heyy! Me and my buddy James are searching for a third housemate to team up with. We are both Environmental Science students at Newcastle University and work on a part time basis. We're both sociable and would prefer to live with someone who is keen to hangout. However, we also value personal space, especially as the Uni semester begins to pick up.
Hey my name is Michael Rippon I'm 25 years old i work as a barista/cook at west leagues club New Lambton, I have been working there for four years now. I'm very easy going and energetic and a real peoples person. I am one of six kids so I know how to live and get along with the people I live with. I play a bit of sport and attend the gym and pool on the regular, love being outdoors and am a real family person.
Another novocastrian returning after spending a few years in Sydney. Good at cleaning up after myself, always pay my rent on time, fairly quiet and easy going but always happy to have a chat over a beer or cuppa - gin and tonic is my weapon of choice. Not adverse to communal activities but don't mind flying solo. Bit of a nerd so you will most often find me gaming or reading in my spare time. I also have a small dog (jack russell - 12yo) Max who is also pretty chilled, rarely barks, is fully house trained and loves a snack, cuddle or wrestle. Financially, I am currently only doing irregular work for a friend until I can find something more suitable up here and get established but I receive benefits to assist and am eligible for rent assistance in the meantime. I usually work in retail alcohol both digital and brick & mortar stores or pouring beers. If you think I sound like a suitable candidate for your household please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm also more than happy to provide references. Happy hunting!
