Relaxed. Work full time (HR) and often long days, and often away for training activities. Enjoy quiet and relaxed, healthy lifestyle (non-smoker or social drugs); Yoga and meditation. No pets or children. Seeking clean, healthy living accommodation.
Heya, I'm a full-time working dad (Monday-Friday for the government) to a quiet and polite 11 year old gal. My daughter is with me 6 nights a fortnight so I'm essentially looking for two rooms, open to all options but a team-up would be cool (obviously in a 3 bedroom house you would be paying less but only sharing with 1.5 humans :)) - I already have wifi which is movable. I have two cats too who are quite friendly and are litter trained. Other than that I'm pretty chill, like a wine, the beach (am there a lot in summer), reading, and binge watching the odd tv series. I eat fairly healthy and don't mind what kind of diets people have. Only my room and car are messy - so you wouldn't be living with a slob :) I do smoke casually but always outside and it's pretty irregular. I have all the needed household items from toaster to a fridge and washing machine!
Howdy, my names matt im 17 and am currently unemployed on centerlink, wont be able to work as iv not long had surgery. Can pay every fortnight due to centerlink. Am easy going, tidy and enjoy a good chat aswell. I never miss a payment either. If you would like to know more, please message me on here. Thanks matt
I'm a massive geek and I'm pretty quirky. I have a 10 month old that I have visitation with twice a week, who I would love to be able to bring to the place I'm potentially living at. I also have an 8 year old who comes to stay with me in the school holidays 😊 I come with an Xbox 360 and an original SNES! 😁
Hi I'm an easy going, young at heart 50 year old. I'm a teacher, massage therapist and children's wellness coach. I moved to Newcastle just over a year ago and I would love to live as close as possible to the beach. I just updated my preference as I do love the Caves Beach area and would love to rent or share with someone. I've owned my own properties before renting for the last couple of years. I am respectful and treat properties like they're my own. I am social and love conversation and a few quiet drinks but also very private and ideally I would love my own space and bathroom and have my own furniture. I'm also open to sharing with 1 other as well. I do have a well behaved dog (cavoodle) that's super friendly and makes a great companion. We come as a package deal.
Hi my names Alex. Im from kiwiland. Hoping to find some cool friendly people to live with around the Newcastle area. I work as an Arborist and enjoy most things to do with health, fitness, sports and travel. Always down for food, drink and good chats. Ex-traveller, im use to living with all diferent kinds of people with different lifestyles. I enjoy the variety. As Lifestyles maybe different but good people are usually same. got interesting stories and love hearing of other peoples experiances. Im tidy, easygoing, friendly and respectful of other peoples space. Interested in hearing from you, enjoy your day.
Hey!! I’m a casual/part-timer working for a school based in Sydney (I do a fair amount of hours for a pretty god rate though so can pay rent👍🏼) but working from home. I am home a lot because of this but also have to travel a fair bit too so I’m here there and all over the shop. I’m also a musician but I rarely practice at home so I won’t be making any loud noises. Im very thoughtful of others, easy going, I love food, nights with friends but I also love having nights in watching Netflix and eating take out. I have lived in share houses before so you won’t need to housetrain me ;) If need, I come with a 1yr old fridge, 1 yr old Microwave, tv unit, coffee table, TV (big but old), Internet dongle (no idea what the technical name is), and other various household items. I’m not in any huge rush to move so I can be very flexible with moving dates
Is your home a place that feels wonderful, is an amazing sanctuary and lights you up? Do you have a spare space calling for a loving, creative, grounded and balanced being to inhabit it? Hi, I'm Jen. I'm 36 and I enjoy my work as manager of a local art studio, alongside building my own business, which I'm currently studying for as well. Last year I returned to my home town of Newcastle after over a decade away of job pursuits and I'm happy to be back and closer to friends, family and the beach. I'm caring, empathetic, motivated, logical and got my feet firmly on the ground! Apart from all the usual 'fully house trained' stuff (even considered a bit of a handy-woman!), I come with a fur child. Elkie is my 14yr old, indoor female tabby cat. She's super chilled, doesn't wander very far, spends most of her time sleeping on my bed and loves a good chat. She's not a huge fan of other animals, so I'm not really keen to subject her to that when it can stress her out, but she has been known to tolerate dogs to a certain extent. Elkie will win a place in your heart, I promise, so folks that are ‘cat people’ and would be keen to give her some love from time to time are what I’m calling in! I’ve been situated close to Glenrock reserve and the beach since my return and it’s my happy place – bush and beach! So preference would definitely swing towards that area, but open to anywhere that has some tree's in view. I travel a bit with my course work, I love to make art and be creative and I treat all those in my world with respect, honesty and openness. My wish list - A home that is surrounded by leafy greens and trees - A medium to large room that is quiet and safe for me and Elkie - Loads of natural light and air flow - Bath and air con are luxury items I would thank the stars for! - Space for my art studio/office set up (perhaps you have a windowed garage or shed, or a sunroom I could use?) - Storage for my camping stuff, bits and pieces (I have a full house set up in storage that can or can’t be used as needed) - Kitchen that is spacious enough to create in - Spacious living area’s that allow everyone to have the space they need - No more than a 30min drive from Wallsend would be preferred and close to a bush walk and/or water source would be magic! There are so many different types of properties, homes, families and living arrangements out there, so if any of this has kept you reading so far and you've got something that might suit, I'd love to hear from you. I know the perfect sanctuary exists! I look forward to meeting you.
Neat and tidy. Very personable. Accommodating. Won’t be around alot so will not get too much in people’s way. Honest and reliable.
Hi, I'm a full time law student who works in Sydney two days a week- so I'm super busy during semester! But I am always happy to have a chat and watch movies when time permits. I'm easy -going and like to relax when I'm not at uni or working, so somewhere with a calm atmosphere is ideally what I'm looking for- but I'm not opposed to the occasional wine :)
Easy going beaches girl, works full time looking for a room in Newcastles CBD or close walk to the beach. I'm moving from Sydney to a job in Newcastles CBD, my family live up here now and I've secured a role so am excited to start! I have a 11 year old cat who is so well behaved that I have references from the last 3 properties I've lived at. Shes harmless, doesnt meow or cause a fuss but loves cuddles so basically hit the jackpot. As for me I'm independent but love to chat and make new friends. I keep fit and active and love to cook more than anything. Cleanliness comes easily and have never had an issue with getting along with housemates. I currently live with 4 girls and we are now best friends but welcome living with male or females. Up for family dinners, up for bar catch ups or dinner outs. Available mid June so please reach out :)
I'm a very conscious minded person and I think that is a huge part of living with other people. Always have a good standard of cleanliness and I enjoy having a routine, but not to the extent of being a pain. Super easy going! I workout daily and maintain a healthy lifestyle, and enjoy having a brew when the time is right. I own gardening equipment so if lawn maintenance etc. is needed, I'm your man. Starting a little late but I'm very keen to move to Newy to start some study as I've only worked since school, and to be around more friends (keen for you to meet them).
Hi ! My name is Sabrina, I'm 22 years old and I'm from France. Next semester, I will study at the University of Newcastle on the Callaghan campus, that's why I’m searching for a place to live with other people. I'm very sociable, respectful and open-minded, I like going out or just staying at home for a dinner with some friends. If this brief portrait have interested you, please contact me :)
Greetings. I am a friendly and sociable guy with a laid back attitude. I enjoy the beach, hockey, paintball and going out and meeting new people. I'm very clean and respectful of others property. I like to think I have a great sense of humour xD I was living in Newcastle for four years back in 2012 before moving to Melbourne. I am currently working but I'm keen on moving back to Newcastle to be closer to family and friends.
I have been house-sitting for a while but now looking for somewhere permanent... Hi, my name is Rhys, I am 36 years old and I've recently returned to Newcastle after living and working overseas and in Darwin for the last 5 years. I currently work full time 8-5, Mon-Fri in the environmental field. I'm a bit over the party scene but enjoy a few drinks occasionally. I like playing a bit of acoustic guitar and heading out to see the odd live gig. Also enjoy getting outdoors on hikes, heading to the beach and exploring around Newcastle. I'm looking for easy going, friendly, clean and respectful housemates who are also a little bit social and just all round cool folk.
Hey friends! I'm a full time student at UON and i work part-time in retail. Long term rental preferred. (At least 6months) not a big party person, being 30(ish) I’m more into red wine and cheese platters than beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard over a cob loaf and a cheeky night out once in a while. I don’t know that many people up here yet (moved up here from the central coast) so would love to find some friendly interactive housemates that share dinners and drinks from time to time and don’t just pass each other in the hallways. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selections are the dinners of champions. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, kinda hates everything, moreso than the usual cattitude (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. If i can give her access outside via a window in my room she's likely to not ever venture into other parts of the house (Because noises are scary). not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
