I am a young, professional and soon to be moving to Newcastle City. As I will be working full-time in the city, it would be ideal to be living close to work. Having lived in shared accommodation previously, I understand way of living together and known to be clean, tidy, friendly and respectful to others in the home.
Hello! I'm a 21 year old part time worker and full time student who is looking to pair up with two or so girls roughly my own age to create a house together in Newcastle. I am down for a quiet night but also want to be able to have little parties/get togethers from time to time. I don't want to just live and coexist with people but be friends with the people I live with too. LGBTQI+ accepted, too. I'm into vintage furniture, kitschy and comfortable homes and love live music and hanging out with friends. I'm not down for a big party house but I will definitely not mind if you want to have friends over or anything like that. If I sound like your cup of tea chuck me a message.
I am student at the university I am looking for a place to stay for 3months. preference student accommodation at the university As a housemate I'm super tidy, clean and respectful. feel free to give me a message if you're interested! Thanks!!
Hi all. So I'm very easy to get a long with. I keep to myself a fair bit but I'm always down for a good chat as well. I'm a pretty clean person so if you're a grub it isn't going to work . I have a bird child. He is a little green cheek conure. So it is a must that I find a place that will allow him to move in also. He's actually pretty quiet so don't stress about bird noises. I'm also at work a fair bit so you will probably have the house to yourself fairly often.
My plan is to establish a new share house in the Newcastle region and I’m looking for one or two women to join me. I’m currently searching for rentals that would be $200 each maximum. I would like to create a comfortable environment were no one feels confine to their bedroom. This will not be a party house but not a convent either, you should feel comfortable having friends over but be respectful of other housemates. I am looking for roommates to build friendships with and have fun. You must be a dog lover as this will be a dog friendly home (inside and out) but sorry no cats. Netflix, Internet, water and electricity bills will be split evenly. No smoking inside but welcome to outside. I have most furniture but happy to incorporate yours if you wish. Hi there. I'm a very clean and pretty easy going person looking to find somewhere to live within the Newcastle region. I work at a childcare centre in Waratah so I'm looking to stay somewhat close to the area. Mayfield, Newcastle, Waratah etc. I'm a pretty quiet person who likes to keep to herself but also enjoys a bit of socialising every now and then. When I'm not working I'm either watching binge watching Netflix (usually in my own room), reading or out with friends. LGBT friendly. I'm looking for a place that is inviting, clean and feels like home. I'd prefer to live with just one other person but am willing to explore my options. I have my own bedroom furniture so I'm looking for an unfurnished room. I have a six month old kitten who I cannot get rid of so pet friendly must be a must! He's a good, toilet trained kitten who you will most definitely love. Feel free to send me a message if you have anything available. (: (If you're going to contact me through my number, please text only)
So a little about myself. Have just returned from two years of travel in Europe - Awesome experience!! Now back to reality. Currently living up at the bay, working in Newcastle. Looking to move into Newy ASAP. Love to socialise, however, will also be studying for the next 18 months to get chartered. Into my league and having a beer come Friday. Currently living in Nelsons Bay with the parents so not ideal traveling into work everyday (once I get a job). I also have a bit of furniture from prior to going overseas - BBQ, TV, TV cabinet, lounges, outdoor setting, table and chairs, fridge, washing machine, mower, Xbox, Nintendo 64 etc.
Hey, I'm a 27 year old Kiwi, moving to Aussie in June, and looking for a place to live from July 1st. I'm pretty relaxed, easy going, and up for a laugh. I'm respectful of others, and like a tidy home where the common areas stay clean and looked after. Being new to the area, I'm keen to explore and see whats around. The suburbs selected are a guide, I'm pretty open to where I go at the moment. I'm ideally looking for a furnished short / medium term place to call home, while I explore the area and see where I want to end up. I don't have any pets myself, but I'm happy to live with pets. Any questions let me know
Hi there! I'm a head chef working full time in Newcastle. I'm currently looking to move out of my apartment in Merewether as my wife and I are currently separating! I'm a clean, quiet and busy guy. I work a lot and in my down time I enjoy spending time socially. If I'm home in the evening I love to cook and enjoy a glass of red, some music and good company :) I'm looking for somewhere chill and relaxed as obviously my current living situation is the opposite!! I try and eat healthy and often find myself running by the beach. Though I am hoping to step up my fitness regime soon! I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers Paul
I'm a 24-year-old Finnish girl doing my masters degree at Maastricht University, Netherlands, and looking for a place to stay over the 4months I'll be doing my thesis in Newcastle. I'm into all sports and am clean and quiet as a flatmate!
Visting Newcastle just for two weeks all the way from India for a study tour which can get extended by another two weeks.Non-smoker, chilled out mariner, have travelled all the world, super clean and easy to get along. Sikh by religion.
I am looking for a potential sharehouse in Cooks Hill, Newcastle, the Hill etc. with one other person, either 2 or 3 bedroom, shared or 2 bathrooms, I have a large budget but rental companies won't rent to me as an individual! I am a shiftworker so I work a rotating roster which gives housemates and myself a chance for alone time. I am fairly active but love to chill out in the backgarden and play with my pet rats (absolutely LOVE any kind of animal) and don't mind a cheeky beer. I don't even own a TV so I keep myself busy in other ways! My perfect housemate would be someone who keeps the common rooms tidy, is relaxed and social but not a partier in the house, wants to be nice to the environment that loves animals and can be respectful when I have to sleep during the day after nightshift (only 2 days every 8). I have a fully equipped kitchen set up (microwave, fridge, coffee machine and cooking utensils etc.) brand new washing machine and that's it! No lounge or tv but some floor cushions! These items don't have to come with me but the option is there. I compost all my veggies to use in gardens etc. active recycler and nature lover, love the outdoors and am obsessed with travel.
I'm from not so sunny England and loving life in Newey! I'm looking for a place to stay at short term until my current employment ends in early June. I'd certainly be keen for a short term arrangement between 4-6 weeks if possible. I've lived with dozens of people over the years and consider them all good friends. I like to think i'm a tidy and respectful housemate (i've only got a backpack after all) and will be making every effort to be outside enjoying Australia while i still can!
Hi, I have been working full time as a training manager until this year when I started full time study in visual arts as a means of a career break. I've been working part time too as a consultant/trainer. I'm friendly and sociable and love a good laugh, but am respectful of other people's space and enjoy doing my own thing too. I'm house trained and can operate most appliances like vacuum cleaners and dishwashers ;) I enjoy staying active and some of my favourite things to do include kayaking, SUP, boxing, beach and photography. I am looking for a home that is clean, tidy and super quiet at night, close to town with a lovely flattie who is friendly and respectful of my space. I also need a car spot (street parking ok) and it would be fabulous if there was room for a 2m kayak but not essential. It would be perfect if Hunter Street was within walking distance, but as long as good public transport is near by this is ok too. I'm looking for a room that will fit a queen bed, tall boy and desk with a built-in included.
I'm an operating theatre registered nurse. I'm hoping to move as soon as possible when I've found the right place. Or possibly to team up with someone or a few people to get a place together. I am calm natured, easy going and easy to get along with. I'm a tidy and clean person. I love to relax on my off days. I'm also well travelled and look forward to doing more of it.
Fulltime worker. Reliable. Respectful of others. Positive and outgoing. Healthy lifestyle. No drugs or parties. Outdoors lover. Clean and tidy. Single with a closeknit of quality friends. My ideal housemates would have similar values, love food and maybe a glass of wine, for when we catch up. If it's great weather, I'm generally out roadtripping with my dog. If it's raining, I'm keen to curl up with a book and a cuppa. Every other time, I'm at work or sleeping. Looking for a home closer to town and one or two female housemates. I have a big beautiful old dog who is an outside, well mannered girl. Dry area in yard is a must as our current home retains a lot of moisture in the backyard and it is starting to give my girl skin irritations. I'm adamant about keeping tidy after her, so please don't worry about that. I'm flexible on budget if the home has lots to offer. I would love to find somewhere that can be for at least 6 months and hopefully more. Move dates are also flexible and can easily be moved to suit.
I moved up to Newcastle from Goulburn NSW about three months ago and would like to move into a share house or something along those lines very soon. I'm a hairdresser and makeup artist by trade but am working as a barber. I'm super easy to get along with, very clean and organised, quite out going and lots of fun to be around. A very positive person that is very respectful of others around me. I love good music and chilling out with rad people. I'm just a super happy kid! 😊
