Hi! I'm Kate, initially from Newcastle, and wanting to return after 12 months living in QLD. It's important to me that I find the right fit when it comes to my home / sanctuary. As such, I'll try to provide a little detail about myself and my circumstances. It is just myself and my dog, Asha - a small, gentle and well behaved Kelpie x (rescue dog). She loves friends, canine or feline, and although it's by no means necessary, she'd absolutely love another friend to play with at home. I work full time, and with my office being right in town (Darby / King Street), I'd really like to find somewhere I'm able to ride my bike or walk to work. My time off would mainly involve markets, beach days, road trips ect. I also love a good chill day, planting, reading and a bit of a Netflix binge. My ideal situation would consist of my own bathroom - I am absolutely open to options though, and happy to chat to any potential flatmates about how to make things work. I have a solid rental history and can provide police checks etc. I'm a very easy going, happy, healthy, house proud person. I've a good heart, and I've always ended up calling any previous flat mate a friend. If you feel we might work well together, please feel welcome to get in touch :)
I’m a very clean and tidy person, I don’t cause much noise or go out too often but do like a wine or two from time to time. I’m a 20 year old female and looking for somebody who is like minded. I work full time (Monday to Friday) and I’m quite an easy going person / easy to talk to. I’m always keen on a chat if you’re feeling up to it! Im also always up for a roomy dinner but also looking for someone who respects privacy. Going out for food/ drinks also a big yes plus Im an active person walking/ gym. I’m looking for a one bedroom/ share house! I just need my own space and time as I live with my partner + his friends. So I’m looking somewhere to move that’s going to cater for me, if this sounds like a good fit for you please don’t hesitate to contact me!
I have recently graduated from university in Victoria, and am moving to the area to start full time work as a professional. I am clean, easy going and down to earth. I love cooking and a glass of wine on a weeknight. I love being active and enjoy going for coffee at local cafes on weekends!
Hiyaaaa 👋🏼 I am looking for a room or people to team up with to move into a house of our own! I have lived in share houses for the past 4 years so I understand what's expected of me entering a share house! I am 21 and work full time monday to Friday and mostly chill out on the weekends and catch up with friends! I am heaps easy going and social but i do like my alone time! I am heaps into art as well! I rarely go out when I do I am in bed with a snack pack by 12am.. I do smoke, gross habit I know which I am trying to kick, but I only ever smoke outside as I personally think smoking inside is just disgusting. Also I do have a three foot fish tank... with a few fish! I am MORE than happy to keep it in my room if hopefully it’s big enough! (It’s not noisy at all, it’s heaps quite, I brought a quite sounding filter to respect my past house mates) if I sound like an alright fit, please message me so we can organise to meet up or chat about your listing! I am ready ASAP Thank yoooou 🤗
28 y/o designer with a friendly+low risk cat (Mishka). I am extremely tidy, respectful and environmental. I like to be social on weekends and would like to host friends over for wine and such from time to time. I'd love the basics in a share house, y'know, no theft, no burning the house down - that kind of stuff. A mature, cultured, responsible and social household. Move in date is flexible. I am in no rush to leave my current situation. Length of stay 6+ months around The Hill/Cooks Hill/Newy East area.
New to Newcastle and Looking for a room to rent! Im pretty laid back and will probably keep to myself most of the time. I’m clean and respectful of people’s space!
