Hi! I need to move to Sydney as I have been offered a full-time job as a registered nurse starting in Feb. I will be working 5 days/wk. I am looking to team up with other females to rent out an apartment/town house. My other option is to look for accommodation with my friend who will be working full-time also so 2 rooms is preferred but we don't mind a shared room. On-site parking is preferred but I don't mind parking in the streets. In addition, I am looking for sociable and easygoing housemates! :) I enjoy staying at home as much as I enjoy going out. I like to hangout with people. I enjoy travelling and exploring different places. I am friendly, open-minded and most of all respectful (And sometimes funny :p). I'd like to have my own room & bathroom for some alone time. Also, I prefer living with non-smokers. Overall, I'm a very chill person.
Hello! My name is Nick and I am a 21 year old Dental Student from New Zealand. I was hoping to come to Sydney in the next few days for a while and wanted to stay near my partner who lives in homebush west. Nothing has been set in stone yet, so dates and lengths can all be flexible. Preferably looking for a room with a bed in it but a floor might suffice. I can provide any sort of personal information or references you might require. I am clean, tidy and friendly. Good with pets and kids :) Thanks for your time, looking forward to your reply Thanks Nick
I'm a student at Macquarie Uni coming to the end of my degree and looking for a share house/apartment from the end of January 2017 that is easily accessible to public transport as I don't drive. This is crucial as I need to ensure I get to my retail job and classes on time. I am a pretty down to earth and outgoing person and would love to get to know my roommate(s) over a couple of drinks and a meal. Very capable of keeping both personal and mutual living spaces tidy. I love watching films, going out, trying new things and always up for a cheeky dance or karaoke sesh (at home or otherwise)! Feel free to get in contact with me!
Just completed my undergrad and moving onto postgraduate studies next year. I am currently living on student accommodation and looking to live off campus for the rest of my studies. I am locked into a contract so I'm looking to find a place around January. I am currently working two jobs. I play piano but I own an electric piano so volume is manageable. I enjoy cooking but I'm very clean and keep my space clean and tidy. I'm not too big on drinking and partying but always enjoy a casual drink or two. I am easy going and very sociable but respect other people's privacy. I always enjoy going out and making new friends!
Hi, my name is Landy and I'm a 25 year old uni student from Taiwan. I work at clubs in the city as a part time job so sometimes I won't get home til 4 in the morning but I always stay as quiet as possible. I'm probably the most easygoing person you will ever meet. I usually stay in my room and mind my own business when I don't have to go to work or uni. I do smoke but never inside the house. I also have a tiny blue tongue lizard that stays in his enclosure 24/7.
-looking to start next Feb -easy going n clean. -full time working professional -likes to have her own space after the whole day at work but also enjoys a glass of wine and cooking occasionally -prefers a big room with plenty of sunlight -I have my own furnitures but I wouldn't mind if it's furnished (we can sort this out). -a secured car park is a must (I wish I could highlight this...)
Full time IT professional. I like to think of myself as relatively tidy and organised. Clean common spaces and respect for property are a must. No issues with short term guests or infrequent gatherings but would prefer to avoid a party house. Looking for something relatively close to a train station. Fast internet speed would be nice too! Interests: - gaming - sci-fi/fantasy books/movies I've been biking to work so I'll need a secure location to store my bike. Have a pet lovebird that will need to tag along! Move out date is very flexible and budget can afford to stretch out a bit more depending on the place.
Happy and humorous woman who is very clean and tidy, responsible but fun, mature but still youthful, enjoys the company of younger, happy and fun people. I'm more of the quiet type, but also like to be social without intruding on other people's privacy. Am passionately into Asian culture and food, a big foodie who loves exploring new cafe's and food. Love to cook and bake, especially into Asian food and sweets. Dream of having a dishwasher. Currently learning to play the Chinese Instrument Guqin in the Sydney CBD. Work casual in a cafe but need some temporary accommodation while looking for a second job. After that I will be searching for permanent accommodation with a higher affordability. Non smoker, non drinker (ok, you might tempt me with a Japanese plum wine on a special occasion) For the temporary accommodation I don't mind sharing a room with another female but ideally own room. Only want to share with a max of 3 people in one place. Must be a short walking distance to a train station (under 10mins) Need a parking space.
I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional (Business Development Manager - Power), who travels, and has recently relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments. I have recently returned from South America, (Colombia), where I intended to work as an English Teacher for a year but had to return unexpectedly to Aust. In addition to being a BDM, I have an International English Teacher Licence, and I am a Berlitz Qualified English Instructor. I'm not into house parties, (except for Dinner parties), and I'm looking for share accommodation for 3 to 6 months, (possibly longer), with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender, or maybe within a family household. Room either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $360 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something close or in any of the surrounding suburbs to Rydalmere but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores. I can also cook and bake (if required). I enjoy going to the markets, having breakfast in nice cafés on weekends as well as the movies (Foreign, Comedy, Thriller, Drama etc), in addition to numerous other activities. Note: There is the distinct possibility that I will be bringing back from overseas my two cat so I prefer a house / villa / terrace house which is not on a main thoroughfare and one where the occupants accepts pets. Apartments are out.
We're 2 ladies in middle of 20's and also keep in working holiday in Sydney over 1 year. We're now working in a Manufacturing industry near Lidcombe and we are highly interested in studio rent or ensuite bath private room.

I am final year medical student from Germany coming to Concord Hospital for my surgery elective. I was able to travel quiet a bit during my studies, but sadly enough I have never been to Australia so far. I am super exciting to finally be able to study and work in Australia and I strongly believe that staying with Australians rather than with international students in the hospital staff accomodation could make my experiences so different. In my opinion, that’s the best and only way to get to know a continent, its people, and its culture. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Looking forward to hearing from you! -Rick
