I'm easygoing, young at heart, clean and neat (in common areas), considerate. I'm working and studying my masters and looking to share with one other person in a 2 bed, 2 bath place (own bathroom required) with parking available (street parking is fine), gas cooking, floor boards preferred (unless it's brand new - I'm allergic to dust!), dishwasher, and close to the water. On the weekends, I'm probably outside enjoying the sunshine and enjoy watching movies, cooking or reading a book.
I am 43 and work full time as a nanny in Lane Cove. I have a 10 year old, house trained, gentle and sweet male french bulldog. He is an indoor dog and sleeps in my room with me. He comes to work with me most days. I work 12 hour days so on weekends I like to relax. I take my dog out for long bush walks or the beach and lounge about at home with a movie and a bottle of wine or have quiet meals out with friends. I love movies, cooking and jazz. Originally from Malaysia, I lived in NZ for 10 years where I went to uni before settling here. I don't actually know many people in Sydney so I rarely have people over. I am looking for a quiet place that is safe for my dog and I and somewhere we can call home. I am tidy, quiet and easy going and would like to be in a home where the occupants are stable without dramas. Perhaps an owner/occupier as I prefer a long term stay (1 year or more). I have lived on my own for 10 years but am starting to find it very unaffordable. I'd like to flat with people of similiar age and lifestyle (quiet, tidy and no party types). Ideally, I'd like my own bathroom.
I am an Engineer working full time. I am a sociable person and would like to find a good friend, however, I am out most of the time and go to gym having fun with my friends. I am so tidy and care about cleanness. I like a lively place which people are kind and socialize.
I'm looking for a place and people that will be fun and cool to hang out with but also respect my privacy and space. I'm a clean and hygienic person so don't like when the washing up is left for 5 days at a time but also won't yell at you if you leave your clothes laying around. I'm young and looking for people I can do things with and enjoy living together. Would prefer people who are working or have some type of solid income.
Installing a GPengelly '91 Model into your house will no doubt bring you the joy you've been searching for your entire life. As a self proclaimed comedian, GP will have you in stitches whilst simultaneously keeping things tidy and cooking you dinner. This model is known to enjoy a few wines or pretend to be fit and healthy and go on a walk around the block with her two dogs - you just never know what you're gunna get! On a serious note - I'm 26, working in sales and animal obsessed. I'm currently renting in Lane Cove with my two dogs - but I want air conditioning for Summer so I've decided to put the feelers out to see what's around. I have actually been approved for 3 properties over the past few months but have been let down by people I had previously looked at teaming up with. I'm hoping to find someone that is looking for something: - Close to transport to CBD - Ideally close to shops - On the North Shore. - That would be pet friendly.. Plot twist - while I'm looking for this unicorn property, I'm also renting out an unfurnished room in my current house. In an ideal world - you would be open to moving to my current house, whilst we search for the upgrade. Obviously achieving what I'm trying to is as easy as teaching a group of cats to river dance so I'm VERY flexible on what this arrangement might look like. Hit me up if you think this might be for you!
I cook! Though not a clean freak, I like a clean house, especially the kitchen (Chef trained). I am also happy to do garden chores (a vege' patch?). Currently I work as a Sydney Harbour Historical tour guide. I love the smell of Real coffee anytime ..... Sport interested and active. I sometimes do cosplay - medieval re-enacting mostly in the winter months. I have some of my own furniture, and some baggage too .... O well. Into education, currently studying eco/sustainability with Inner West Councils. The photo is of The Sydney Harbour Pirate show. Me offering a few encouraging words to the Captain. I have a camper van that I would like to use as an extra bedroom parking off street if possible. Though hot during the height of summer it is an excellent abode.
I've lived out of home since I was 18. Recently moved to sydney and went overseas for four months. Looking for pretty permanent accommodation. I don't want to move again for at least 12 - 24 months. My house mates sometimes call me "mum," over a glass of wine at the table and Friday nights are reserved for karaoke! Qualified Childhood Educator.
Kinda new to Sydney! I just finished my study B. Pharmacy at CSU and looking for a full time job at the moment. I am clean, quite and very respectful of the rights of my flatmate/s. Would love to have a nice chat on any possible occasions with my flatmates and form a good friendship with them:)
My name is Kylie, I am 29 working full-time at a bank in the city. I am clean and tidy. On weekends I like to go adventuring on a good day with friends, go out for dinner and also love to sit around with housemates and have a glass of wine and a laugh.
Hi I'm from Sydney and would like to live in a clean but easy going environment where everyone respects each other and treats each other as a friend. Love animals and dogs in particular. I like doing a bit of cooking, particularly if there are people who appreciate a tasty creation. I like socialising but often need to be quietly tucked away on some nights to communicate with my team offshore in my rapidly growing internet marketing and web development business. I like a walk, a bit of reading and a good movie for fun. I'm thinking about getting back into a bit of casual golf.
Hi! I am a University of Sydney Masters student looking for a quiet and clean place to stay for 2018. I like to cook and am usually very active. Will be very clean and respectful of your home, look forward to meeting you!
I am international student in Macquarie University. Studying MBA. Working full time in Hospitality and Tourism. I am looking for room near Ryde/Gladesville. I am non-smoker(no issues if my flatmates smokes). Easy going guy. Most of the time busy with my studies or job. Looking for clean and tidy room.
Hi I'm Gabby. I'm a pretty down to earth 27 year old. I am a non-smoker, who works full time. I am not a big partier but I do enjoy being social. I also do appreciate down time and like to have my own space. I am clean, pay bills on time and am looking for a place for minimum 6 months.
I'm a friendly, clean and respectful roommate looking for a well maintained flat in the Sydney area. I work full time and enjoy travel, food and being generally social, but also enjoy nights in, usually with movies and wine! I'm Australian, but just spent two years living and working in Scotland. I also have a car so parking would be ideal! Looking for a like minded young professional to share or team up.
I am 34 yrs male. clean and tidy person. I live in waitara at the moment. Looking for room for rent in lower north Shore. I am working full time and self studing at home.going gym 3-4 days a week.
Hello there, I'm Tina, 33 and currently looking for room in a friendly and comfortable environment. I am easy going, mostly keep to my own, clean, quiet and responsible. I am not much of a party animal but I do enjoy hanging out with friends when I get the chance. I usually work in retail but I have taken 2 months off to re energize myself after a year of total burn out. I am now actively looking for a new job (though I assure you I have enough savings to pay rent) and will be studying at Macquarie Uni as of February, so I need a new place that will be more centralized. I am a bit of a geek, I enjoy gaming on my PS4 and am quiet the movie buff. I also enjoy creating special effects makeup, reading and learning new skills. I am of Greek background so I could probably cook up a delicious Greek dish if you wish, too! I am looking for a private room, as long as there is a desk, a bed and a wardrobe I'll be happy. No preference in a specific gender household, as long as you are cool with having a laugh once in a while. I prefer a place close to transport also as I do not drive. If I sound like someone you'd like to have around, then message me! :) T.

I just moved to Sydney and looking for a place to stay for my work. I'm a full time surveyor working five to six times a week and will mostly be home during the night and weekends. I'm not one to bring a lot of friends over as I enjoy my peace and quiet. For my free time, I usually just lay around or play some video games or something. Loves binge watching movies, TV series and animes. Looking for the same kind of person to share a place with.
Hi, I am looking for a studio/1bedroom apartment or preferably share an appartment/house with a single bedroom within a 60km radius of Sydney CBD. I am working full time and looking for an ideal place to rent or share with fun, energetic, respectful and professional people (no couples). Accommodation must have parking and all bills included.
