Hey there! I'm working as front of house staff at a bakery in Camperdown, which is 10 minutes from where I live, a small town called Bookaar. It's pretty great fun. Speaking of fun, the things I do to have fun are playing guitar, playing videogames and playing my guinea pigs. I'm looking for a room with an ensuite preferably but I can make do without. Or a flat to live in on my own. Or even other housemates to start a new share house would be great!
Hello potential housemates, My name is Natalie, I'm 36 and just about to commence a full time role working with children. I cook, garden and do yoga to relax and also walk my adorably cute dog, Elvis. I'm very serious about my dog mum responsibilities. I love music, I play ukulele, synth and guitar (but with headphones). I would love to live with other considerate and environmentally aware individuals. I'm very flexible as to living arrangements; all the way from sourcing and cooking communal food to just offering a cup of tea when you boil the kettle. I do have a partner who also lives in the country, so he would perhaps stay 1-2 nights a week My ideal house would be with people who are self-responsible and clean with an interest in reducing their impact on the environment. I love having chickens, and Elvis, despite being a breed that is generally not safe with them, can be trusted to not eat them) and so would be interested in setting up a compost and chicken coop if you would be too. Hope to hear from you!
I am 28 and I am a project engineer working on the construction of a wind farm near Ballarat. I will be in town for around 9-12 months. I am from Newcastle, so I lot of my spare time is spent outdoors and at the beach. I enjoy surfing, swimming, playing wall ball (a squash/tennis hybrid local to Newy) and I sporadically attend the gym. When I am in the Newy office, I usually try to do one of these things before work. I am quite active and spend a lot of my spare time with friends either playing games/sports or just hanging out. I have done a fair bit of travelling throughout Nth and Sth America, Europe, Asia and the pacific islands; scuba diving and snowboarding where possible. I play rugby in the winter and cricket or surf boat rowing in the summer, and I read whenever I can. I am a big fan of pub trivia, red wine and cheese platters, I’m not bad on the Ping Pong table and unbeatable at Wii Mario Kart. I am currently in a hotel, so I am keen to move into a place ASAP but having said that I am willing to wait a little bit to ensure I get the right house with the right people. My roster allows me to fly home every second weekend, but I am keen to spend some time around the area and given the proximity to the ski fields I dare say I’ll spend a bit of time there
Hi all, Quiet person looking for a room to rent. Have lived in a few share houses before and have references as well if you need. I have lived on my own for two years now looking to move into a share house so I can save up some money for a deposit for my own home. I’ll most likely be working most of the time and when I’m home I like to relax or I go out to see mates and family. I am reliable, trustworthy and honest. I’m also open to going on a lease as well. Thanks 😊
Hi all! My Boyfriend and I are looking to get a house as soon as we can. We would like to share with another person to help reduce rent costs as all the areas we wish to rent (walking/riding distance to the hospital where Dan works) are a little out of our budget. Ideally we would like to get a 3 br house with 2 bathrooms and off street parking. We will be picking up our newest family member (a cute bordoodle pup) on the 13th April, so we will also be searching for a place with an enclosed yard. I am currently studying a dental assisting course and will be getting some placement after the pup has settled in. As mentioned above, Dan works at the hospital on a full time basis with some on-call. We are looking for an easy going person who likes dogs and doesn't smoke. Dan enjoys the football and would appreciate having someone to watch the games with. If you would like to team up to find a place just shoot us a message!
Hi, I’m 35 from Melbourne, work in Horticulture full-time. I also do occasional music work as a self-managed singer-songwriter. I speak Italian as a second language and am learning German. Considerate person with a professional demeanor who's very open to intelligent or easy, friendly communication. I appreciate clean and tidy surrounds and will go halves for a fortnightly cleaner to assist this if required. I'm careful with appliances etc. and know how to clean them properly and carefully. Not a vegan or vegetarian. Not a big meat eater. Looking to move end of March. Into food, arts, an autodidact, music, language, travel, health, outdoors, sport, running, cycling, history, writing.
Need somewhere to stay while I look for a place in Ballarat. Am not a party person or a night clubber. Haven't mastered the art of the selfie. Favourite bands are Radiohead, Mumford & Sons and Editors. Used to like The Killers a lot but have gone a bit off them recently. Going to Glastonbury is on my bucket list. Keen on upcycling. I own an ex-taxi and an ex-racehorse. Like to keep to myself but am definitely not anti-social. Favourite author is Jane Austen. Currently looking for a job and after I relocate, I will also be looking into further studying. Cheers.
I'm a recently graduated Speech Pathologist from WA. I'm relocating to Ballarat for an employment opportunity. I'm quite friendly and pretty chill. I love going to the gym and keeping fit. Looking for a flat mate who is also new to the area working and working in a similar field.
I have spent a few years away from Ballarat (currently living on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland), but am looking to move back again by the end of March, also will be studying Primary Education :) I am a pretty chill guy, have lived in different share-houses since I was 18 so I'm pretty used to them! I like my footy, tennis and basketball. I like hanging out and taking it easy, like living as stress free as possible. I'm hoping to find a share-house with some other chill young people who are open to making new friends. I have had some negative share-house experiences in the past with the house just sticking to themselves and never talking, so I am hoping to avoid that! Bit of a clean freak so nothing to worry about there! I don't smoke, and rarely ever drink :) Open to between $150-200ish - hopefully with bills included in that. Cheers guys! :)
Hi, I work full time in metals fabrications, like to relax with some games on my computer/PS4 Social online but I'm a bit shy until I warm up. Looking for some easy going people that I can get along with, maybe even a couple of beers on the weekend. I'm living in hoppers crossing right now and need to move to Ballarat ASAP. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Tawan Elrick
