Hi Guys, I have just moved back to Brisbane from Canada and looking to find a place! I love to cook and im a pretty social person! I find my self to be pretty outgoing and laid back and always will clean up after myself. I have just secured a job so once i start receiving my paychecks im looking to move out to house share or do a team-up with some people to find our own place.
Hey! I'm a 21 year old Uni Student, I study Law and Business, and I work part-time as a Receptionist/Secretary in the City. I consider myself a friendly, bubbly and respectful person, I'm social and outgoing yet also laid back, can keep to myself and will respect your personal space. I'm clean, responsible, and organised, so you won't have to worry about my mess lying around! I usually have Work and Uni Classes throughout the Weekdays which keeps me busy. On Weekends I usually stay over at my boyfriends place so you won't see me around much and you'll have the place to yourself. I like to go out and about to brunch or dinner and drinks with friends, beach trips, and the occasional night out sometimes. Looking to move in with some lovely friendly ladies around mid year (approx. June/July) into inner-city fringe suburbs, as I would like to live closer to Work and Uni which are both in the City. Feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to have a chat and meet up if our requirements match! :)
My name is Alex. I'm 30 years old and I'm a Mechanical Engineer. I'm friendly, funny and always good for a chat. My favourite sport is kitesurfing but I also go to the gym a few times per week or do some other activities as well. I'm pretty clean and take care of stuff. I love to catch up with friends for dinner and drinks but I also love to chill and watch a series on netflix:-) At the moment I'm living in an Apartment in The Valley but I have to move beginning of June. If you know something please let me know. Regards, Alex.
Hey everyone! I'm looking to move into a new sharehouse and meet some awesome people. I am studying Public health at UQ full-time and will (hopefully) be graduating at the end of the year! I also work part-time in the city as a waitress. I like cooking, reading and attempting to exercise in my spare time. I'm a laid back, tidy person that likes to get to know my housemates. Ideally I'd like to find a fairly quiet and clean household as I get busy with uni and work during the semester. Looking forward to hearing from you! Claudia **Moving between 1st and 23rd June**
Hi there, I'm moving to Brisbane to do a PhD at QUT (Kelvin Grove campus) in psychology. I'm a social, fun loving guy who is also sensible and responsible. I love having a good laugh, cooking, going out, going on adventures. I know how to have a good time but also be responsible. About my preferences, I am looking for a fun, shared flat close to or in Kelvin Grove. Also looking in Red Hill, Herston, etc. I would would prefer the room to come furnished with a desk, wardrobe and double bed. Hope to meet you soon :-)
Full time working corporate professional seeking a comfortable long term living situation. I lead an active lifestyle and often spend nights or weekends out. But also enjoy my down time at home and cook regularly. I work Monday to Friday during the day. I am a laid back, considerate housemate and I like to keep a clean home. I respect others space and seek with someone else likeminded. A social situation is preferable but not looking for a party house at all. I would also be interested to find someone interested in teaming up to find a and apartment or small house, as I have all furniture required. Or storage in an existing share place would also be ideal.
Hiya, I'm Liam and I'm looking for a new place to live in Brisbane from late May. I work full time, enjoy cooking, bodyboarding, camping, climbing, live bands and social outings as much as I like my own space. Very respectful of others, clean, tidy and happy to help out with anything any time. Shoot me a message if I sound like the kind of person you'd enjoy living with!
I’m a pretty easygoing housemate, I’ve been house sharing since I was 18 so I am easy to share a space with. I definitely want to live in a loveable but clean space and hence and pretty tidy in shared spaces. I enjoy catching up over a wine or coffee and would like a housemate who wants to do so too. I have a fluffy (tail less) cat called Nori who is very friendly and loves the outdoors hence I need a space with a little backyard or ground floor apartment. I work for Tatts group at Woolloongabba generally from 8-4, keep active with running and pilates and love music festivals, wine (red & white) and fancy coffee shops. I also love terribly cheesy movies and have a BA of photography that I don’t use enough. Furniture wise I have my own room furniture plus can contribute a tv, 4 seater round table, gorgeous big carpet and coffee table to the house. I’m looking to move to a new or established house with 1, max two people. Requirements: Own bathroom Yard space or access to outside for cat Quiet street Reasonable sized room Verandah in the backyard would be great Similar age (25-35) housemate/s Move date is by August as this iwhen my lease is up but if I find somewhere/one great before then I am happy to move earlier. Please contact me if you think we could be great flatmates :)
Hi there, I am a 25 yr old male, moving to Brisbane rather rapidly. Will be working full time as a Drone/UAV flight instructor and looking for a place to live with some easy-going, fun and adventurous people. Bit about me: Love my fitness and keeping active, but never apposed to either a big night out or a quiet night in with a few bevs ;) Anything outdoors Anything involving sports (particularly AFL) Beach, sun, watersports, golf, Snow, surf etc.. Coffee & weekend strolls. I am a very well travelled person as well so love an adventure be an extended trip or a weekend getaway :) Would consider myself very independent, highly self-motivated but very easy going/chilled out. Enjoy being in good company but also like my own space. Would ideally be looking for a group of people to not just 'live' with but be friends with. Used to be in the military for a few years and studied aviation at uni, now run my own company but moving due to a more exciting employment opportunity. If I sound like someone you are looking for please hit me up! :) Nick
Hey ! My mate and I are looking for a 2 Bedroom place around the inner city Brisbane area. We're also very keen to potentially team up with someone and look at getting a nice 3 Bedroom place. We're both very easy going and work full-time.
Hey, my name is Leslie and I work full time as a Barista in Newstead. I enjoy watching Netflix, listening to music around the house, going to gigs, being out in nature. I'm aiming to get my licence in the next couple of months but in the meantime I need to find somewhere to live on the Northside. I have a super awesome, Australian cattle dog who goes by the name Red. I would really love to team up with someone who also has a doggo, as Red is only 16 months and still has quite a bit of energy. I keep common areas of the house tidy, I'm respectful, I generally keep to myself but I'm also down to have a chat if you are... LGBTQI + 420 FRIENDLY Please let me know if you would be keen to look at some places together :)
Hi! I am looking to move relatively close to the city any time between now and the end of May. I’m currently working part time and studying to be a makeup artist. I enjoy having a glass of wine, reality tv binge and chats after work, but I respect the fact that everyone needs their alone time. Generally a home body but I do love to go out for coffee or a few cocktails on the weekends. I own a car so street parking is a must. I have a microwave, washing machine, kitchenware, dining table and chairs, and all of my own bedroom furniture (happy to put furniture into storage if there’s no room). I do like to keep things clean and organised but I’m pretty chill about having house rules. Would be happy to team up with one person or a group to find somewhere to live. Please message me if you’re interested!
Im clean, quiet, easy going and love to have a chat/laugh...social drink...share a meal...I like to keep fit...love animals so not a problem if you have them...Im moving from Melbourne to Brisbane area...I have been in share accomodation before plus had my own place...I will be working fulltime...I am in the Hospitality business.
Hey, my name is Jason and I'm a 25-year-old full-time shift worker at a medical alarm company in Eagle Farm. For the past 6 months, I've been living on my own in Griffin with my dog named Gambit but want to cut down my expenses so I can start saving again! I've lived in various different suburbs of Brisbane including Bellbowrie/Moggill, Taringa, Fortitude Valley, Herston & Graceville so I'm not too picky about the location of the share house but would like to be somewhat close to Auchenflower so that my sister doesn't have to drive too far to visit the dog! A little about me. I really value my alone time but want to meet some new people so wouldn't mind a place where everyone hangs out every now and then but not against everyone doing their own thing. For work, I do both afternoon and night shifts so the days I work, which includes weekends & public holidays, you probably won't see me around much. I'm also a bit of a casual gamer (don't really play much these days) so I need to be able to fit a desk in my room for my PC unless there is an extra study/space somewhere else in the house (would be happy to negotiate increase in rent for the extra space). A little about the dog. He is a 14-year-old King Charles Cavalier/Poodle (or so the breeders told us) but looks more like a young labrador. Medium sized, sleeps all day (except for at food time) and loves attention. Very friendly towards people but a bit iffy towards other dogs. He did stay with a family and their dog when I went on a cruise a couple of months ago for about half a week and apparently had no problems with their dog or other dogs at the dog park but would prefer the household to not have a dog. If needed I can provide pictures. Deal breakers would be places that wouldn't allow the dog to be inside when I'm at home as well as places with steep staircases as due to his age, he's not as nimble as he used to be so preferably a downstairs room with easy access to the garden or a single story house. Anyway, if you think I'd be a good fit for your place or want to know more, don't hesitate to hit me up. I'm looking to move sometime in the next month as my current lease is ending mid-May! Also have a LG washing machine, 3-seater chaise couch, coffee table, TV stand, bottom mount LG fridge and LG microwave (all purchased 5 months ago) plus a 55 inch Hisense 4K TV (which I purchased from my mom and step-dad when they upgraded) and an old tumble dryer (which I've had since I moved out) if the house needs any furniture or appliances.
Hi my name is Felix, I work full time in realestate and some weekends too so I’m not home a whole lot! But when I am I enjoy a good Netflix marathon. I’m into fitness, wine and dogs. I have a small toy poodle named Johnny who is fully housetrained, doesn’t shed and is 15 years old and enjoys a cuddle.
We are making a lifestyle change from regional Qld and would like a place to base from whilst we discover the Brisbane region. We are respectful, clean and tidy people that appreciate an environment to reflect this. We have a 7 year old German shepherd who is our furchild and needs at least a yard to ponder in when he isn't out and about for walks with us. He is trained and a well natured pet to be around aswell as being great security. What we do for fun? Heading out in our 76' kombi and go for a little cruise with our fur-child & grabbing a good meal. Going to comedy shows, live entertainment or simply a quite BBQ at home. Time frame, price and location is flexible, preferred within 12km of the CBD.
We are funny and enjoyable, we treat everyone like family as we are from a small town in Central QLD. We are looking for a couple room in or around Kelvin Grove only for the end of this year/start of next, if this is available, please feel free to message. We do pretty much anything and would do anything for anyone. Clean, respectful and tidy, OCD.
Andres is a PhD student at QUT. He is originally from Colombia but lived for a long season in Germany. He now speaks Spanish, English and German and has traveled across five continents. He is a very responsible guy committed to his work. In his free time, he likes to play with electronic gadgets and go outdoors for some rollerblading, parkour or slack-lining. Diana is a biomedical engineer from Colombia. She was working for a latinamerican-leading biomedical company but chose to take a break to improve her English and travel a bit around Australia. She is a bit of a gym-junkie and likes to cook delicious Colombian dishes in her free time.
I'm super clean and always take the bins out when they're full, I don't mind shared meals (although I'm vegetarian so you have to like tofu), and I'm always down for a quiet night in with wine and netflix. My friends would say I'm outgoing, kind, and respectful of personal space. I moved out of my last share house at Keperra in June 2017 because we did a lease break. Since then I moved back in with my parents, but I'd like my own space again so I'm on the lookout. I graduate Uni in June 2018 with a degree in Justice, major in Criminology and Policing. I work for my family employment law firm as a Junior Paralegal. Happy to do a team up and find some cute 2 bed apartment in my listed suburbs. Anything else, just ask! :-)
