Hi future housemates! I am moving to Brisbane February the 17th/18th. However, I will be in Brisbane the 3rd and 4th of Feb and would like to be able to come and see the house/apartment and meet my possible future housemates then before moving in. I'm a physiotherapy student studying my 4th and final year! I will be working as a physiotherapist in hospitals around Brisbane finishing my uni clinical placements, as well as a gymnastics coach. I am a friendly, upbeat person, always up for a chat, a Neflix/Friends/Grey's Anatomy sesh, a casual glass or two of wine and maybe a fun night out, but I also like my personal space. I like going to the gym, cooking, shopping, exploring, or going to the beach. I am always respectful, mindful of my fellow housemates, clean and tidy. Nonsmoker, no children or no pets (but I love dogs) I have a great previous rental history and have done the whole house share thing so the do's and don'ts. Looking somewhere to live somewhere $200-250 close to the CBD/North of the River with a nice homely feel. I would prefer a housemate/s to be of similar age, female or co-ed. I will be moving to a new city so and don't know anyone so being able to build a friendship and a home not just somewhere to sleep would be an added bonus! Furniture wise I have a fridge, some bedroom furniture, TV and a heap of kitchen stuff. The ideal place would be a nice apartment/house, with my own room big enough to fit a Queen bed and own bathroom, AC, parking, close to public transport, a balcony perfect for drinking wine on and a supermarket nearby.
I'm easy-going, laid back, clean and tidy. I've lived with people for quite a while now and like to think I'm house-trained. I've just moved back to Brisbane and will be working at the RBWH for the next year. I'm ideally looking for somewhere within walking distance of RBWH or alternatively has easy public transport options to the royal. My work is mainly business hours with an occasional night shift or weekend shift. In my down time I enjoy running, cycling and hiking and all the usual stuff like catching up with mates. I've got all my room furnishing so looking for an unfurnished room. I'm also happy to help out with any furnishings or anything else needed for an apartment. Looking for move into somewhere ideally between early to mid February.
Ideally I would like to be moved by then (Jan 31.) but have several weeks extra if needed. I am pretty easy going and believe communication is the key to happy share house. Have been in great place in Manly but both my jobs are northside. I am tidy and clean without bordering on OCD and respectful of peoples need for privacy. I like the feel of the area and see myself spending many hours trying out all the restaurants, the jazz club etc. I would like a place that allows for a combo of shared meals and a do your own thing. My party days are behind me and I like a quiet and relaxed home. prefer unfurnished room but happy to store bed if needed.
Hi there, My name is Ryan and I am looking for a new place to call home. Currently I have been living in a big modern house on the north side of Brisbane for the last 5 years. I have been the head tenant with most of the responsibility, and own most of the furniture. Our lease is coming up shortly, and I would like to move somewhere more central, whilst not paying an incredible amount of rent. Hoping to pay less than $220/week including bills. I am open to teaming up with someone to move into a town house or a granny flat etc too. I am looking to live with either 1, or max 2 other people. I can also provide furniture and appliances (couches, fridge, washing machine, microwave, Balinese furniture, dining table, outdoor table, chairs, desk, plates, bowls, pots and pans, cutlery, other appliances etc), but if not that's ok too as I can simply sell or store them elsewhere. I have a very well trained, friendly 10 year old male maine coon cat who I would love to bring with me. He is mostly a lazy indoor cat, likes his sleep and doesn't mind other furry friends. We are best of buddies and have been through a lot together, and it would be great to live with people who would also enjoy the company of a mini tiger :) I have recently been working as a warehouse assistant, and also study business and IT on the side. I also receive government help as I do have a disability, which would not affect my ability to live with someone else independently. I am hoping to find something relaxed with little to no dramas, judgements or arguments. A place with a decent sized room, air conditioning (just for the hot periods, and not necessarily in the room itself). My cat is used to wandering outside for the odd walk around the yard so I would like to live somewhere that also has a backyard/courtyard. I am the kind of guy who is social with his housemate/s, but can also as easily keep to myself. I would prefer to live with friendly, supportive people who don't take living situations too seriously. I am indeed responsible, respectful, caring, open, very clean and organized (dislike mess), honest, and reliable. What I am not into is drinking copious amounts of alcohol (the odd glass of spirits is ok), smoking (but do not mind if you do smoke), or constant partying. These days I am more into social events, lots of exercise and the gym, self development, watching a good movie, meditation, reading, gardening, nature or heading to the beach. I am also vegan. If you like the sound of me, please send me a message as I am in need of finding my next long-term home to be. I have not provided my mobile number as I would prefer to build rapport over message first, and then chat on the phone :) Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you, Ryan
Looking to move ASAP. I'm 21 years old, heading into my final year of a Bachelor of Communications/Arts at UQ, and currently moving towards a new part time job. I've spent the last couple of years in a sharehouse with some friends from school, who have now moved away so I'm looking something new. I'm keen to live with like-minded people who are sociable but also respect personal space. I'm pretty laid-back and flexible so would be happy to fit into an established household or look to start one myself. I'm respectful of others and enjoy living in a clean environment. I do need somewhere with a yard and a secure fence as I have a Cattle Dog Cross, Zoe, who will dish out endless licks to your face. She loves people and is keen to meet some new human friends. I'm big into sport - I've played a lot of cricket, soccer, touch footy etc. and follow pretty much all sports with interest. I also play guitar - but will refrain from whipping it out at any given opportunity! Message me if you've got a place to offer, or want to have a look for somewhere.
Hey! I am Will, I have lived in Brisbane all my life. I am a professional, working full time for a University and studying post-grad on the side. I am incredibly clean, slightly OCD with my space and love minimalist living. I am looking for a new and modern place to share with someone, but I'm not in a rush - finding a beautiful space with the right type of person is key, so I would like to catch up for coffee with any potential flatmates before making that decision. I'm into fitness, the coast and beach lifestyle, great coffee and bottomless mimosa breakfasts.
I am really easy to live with, I am super clean and tidy and respect other peoples personal space. I have a boxer puppy named Zeus and a full house of furniture. Preferably looking for people to team up with because of the amount of furniture I have and I have found quite a few affordable houses in the areas that I have listed. I will be studying at QUT and working in Stafford. I also love socialising and drinking on the weekends.
Hi I am Isaac. I'm originally from Central Queensland however moved here a year ago. I am studying Law/Business at QUT and working part time at the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and ideally looking for a place close to uni/work. I am a clean, quiet person, non smoker. Always up for a chat but also respect others privacy. Also interested in teaming up to find an apartment
I am a 22 year old Dental assistant, I am very easy to get along with and work full time. I enjoy relaxing and having a wine every now and then with company but also enjoy some alone time too. I am currently renting an apartment on my own but would prefer to be closer to the city! I am wanting to find a room soon as my lease is ending. Please message me if you have anything available ☺️ Thank you!
I'm 21 and and currently working for an insurance company in the city. I keep pretty clean, play sport most week nights, and like to get out and about on the weekends. Ideally, I'm looking for a couple of fun, social housemates who don't mind a chat and a beer on the weekends. Prefer to live with boys (I have 5 sisters so am over it haha).
Hi I work full time in valley and that's the reason looking for accommodation close to work. I am easy going, organised friendly person of Indian origin. I do not smoke and spend most of my time from 6 am to 6pm in office.

**Team up wanted** Myself and my lovely roommate (cousin) are looking for another wonderful soul to join us in finding a new rental. We are hoping to move into something a little bigger than our current 2 bedroom apartment at the end of our lease in early March. We're easy going, clean and both work full time at the moment. We're hoping to find a place for no more than $500 a week around the Windsor, Lutwyche, and Grange areas in North Brisbane. We are hoping to find a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house/townhouse/apartment.

Hey future housemate(s)....my name is Jimmy. I am a 32year old Electrician from Wellington. I have recently moved back from Melbourne. I like socializing with friends, traveling, meeting new people and simply having a laugh. I am really easy going and are respectful of others. I like to train a few times a week. Not quite the motivation of the Rock but I give it a go. Preferably want to live with people of similar ages and personality . I would prefer to live with people who enjoy a fewsocial drinks at the weekend while "behaving" somewhat during the week.( No Frank the tank from old school ) Definitely don't want to live with 24/7 party animals, a hermit or a couch potato!!! In a nutshell: someone with a good sense of humor, sociable and Not a douche. Cheers Jimmy
Hi, I have been in Bundaberg QLD for 6 months and I am looking for places on the Gold Coast, Brisbane City or both North and Southside for better work opportunities, I have lived on the Gold Coast my whole life I am a 23 year old male who is somewhat OCD with cleanliness and I respect other people’s belongings. I work in the construction industry. I work 38 to 40 hours each week on day shifts. I have 1 Bullmastiff puppy And I have 1 son who lives with his mum in Bundaberg so occasionally I visit on weekends. Other than that i do boxing 3 times a week. I do not do drugs, smoke, and having a nightlife doesn’t interest me.
HI There. I'm currently looking for a room to rent over the Northside :) At the moment I'm working full time in the CBD so I'll be out of the house during the week. On the weekends I like to socialise with friends and get out as much as I can but equally enjoy a chilled night in with Netflix, good food and a glass of wine. I consider myself to be a tidy person and have no problems assisting with household chores. More than happy to answer more questions if you want to contact me :) Thanks!
Hi, I am a 23 year old Biomedical Science Student studying at QUT. I also work part time for the Blood Service, so I am often leaving the house early and coming home late. I like spending time at the beach, seeing live music, trying new cafes, and I love animals. I'm looking for a tidy, comfortable, and safe place that I could share with someone who is easy going and considerate. A great room mate is top of my list! But I would love air-con and maybe my own bathroom
I recently started my full-time job as a radiographer at a hospital in Chermside (I graduated from QUT at the end of 2017). I'm 21 and from Toowoomba originally (but have rented in Brisbane for the last 4 years). I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom place with friendly housemates, that’s easy to maintain and keep tidy (probably preferably a townhouse or apartment). I will be doing a lot of shift work (late nights, weekends and on call) throughout the year and so would like a place with 1-2 girls/boys who are also are studying/working, would be keen to occasionally chill/ have a drink but also enjoy time alone to unwind and are cool with me being out of the house a lot. I'd be keen to move into an existing sharehouse or find somewhere new with you (I have a fridge, couches, dryer, etc I could bring to the place). Feel free to shoot me a message if you're interested (my current lease ends 30 Jan, hoping to find somewhere before then). Thanks!
