Hi! I'm Dilith, 25 years and a Sri Lankan. I'm a graduate aero engineer and currently, working around Central. I am an easy-going, outgoing and organized individual. Also, respectful of others space and privacy. At times, I enjoyed being spontaneous and love outdoor activities such as hiking, jogging and taking snaps. I have pretty good foreign exposure, lived quite a sometime in Sri Lanka, England & Denmark, and easily adapts to any cultural changes. Looking to share a house, preferably with people who has similar interests.
Hi there! I'm Stan. I work full time as a graphic designer in a design studio in Redfern. Love my job and spend most of my weekdays working, but on my spare time I like to catch up a bit on my favourite shows on Netflix (Love 30 Rock, and I think Tina Fey is awesome!), going out for drinks with some friends (and maybe you) or just explore a random, new potential hobby (tap dancing is next on the list!). I get along quite well with people and I'm looking for someone who's quite social, spontaneous, tidy and respectful to live - someone who works in the creative industry is a plus, but not a deal breaker if not :) Looking for a place in Newtown or Surry Hills within my budget.
I'm a young professional who is easy going and loves going out, eating at restaurants and having a good time. I work in customer service for a global financial company which is situated in the city so a place near the city would be great!
Clean, honest and reliable. My blue Russian cat (Killer) and I are looking for a home. I'm a full time hairdresser working in the city and killer is a full time indoor cat. Looking for a fellow minimalist as we are lovers of simplicity. Other interests include reading, Pilates, barre and brunch with friends.
Hi! I'm Rebecca (usually Bec), 32 year old professional female originally from the States (grew up outside NYC), and have been living in Sydney for nearly four years. Friends and family would describe me as open-minded, accepting, expressive, funny, quirky, and compassionate. Love travel, a good laugh, coffee, wine, exploring new restaurants/bars and getting stuck into an investigative podcast or book. I'm pretty crafty too and enjoy cooking, so a little DIY project or recipe is always on the cards. I work full-time at a national charity in the CBD, and at night I'm taking it easy, watching some crap TV, and at the gym/excercising outdoors or catching a comedy show. Otherwise, my weekday eves are pretty cruisey, with cooking dinners and making it to bed before 11pm if I'm not sucked into a 60 minutes episode. I am happy to spend a Saturday on the couch watching a TV series (watching Wentworth at the moment) or movie with takeaway, and I'm never afraid to leave the house without makeup. Though I do like a night out once in a while, it's usually a long lunch or dinner or BBQ at a friend's place. Keen to have a nice easy-going relationship with my housemates, honest and open and happy to hang out once in a while (or more if we get on well). Glad to chat more about me, answer any questions, and look forward to meeting some like-minded housemates!
Hey everyone! I'm a chilled, easy going, respectful and tidy girl from Stockholm, Sweden (I've heard I'm quite funny too) who recently moved to Sydney (28/4). Been living in Byron Bay the past 6,5 months but would like to try out the city life for a while, so why not in Sydney! :) I like quiet nights as much as I like going out for a couple of beers! I love scuba diving, snowboarding and I'm a beginner on the surfboard! I already work part time for the company I worked for back home (online), but will also look for a second part time job in Sydney. Ideally I'm looking for my own private room in a shared flat with some cool people. Since I recently moved here I'd love to have flatmates who likes to socialize, and do some fun stuff together. But I also like my own privacy and already have some friends around Sydney, so will not be a pain in the ass! Promise :) Cheers and hope to see you soon! Tamara
I am 32 and work full time as an events manager in Moore park (office hours plus event times) I'm pretty chilled, clean and considerate. I like to cook and enjoy the odd glass of wine. Not looking for a party house. Can be flexible on the move in date for the right... Ideally long term but I am happy for short term if the room comes with a bed. Also I do have a car - so unless its walking distance to work would be handy to know if you have street parking available.
****** I'm looking for a place to stay ASAP! ****** Hi there, I'm Nimisha from the UK (born and raised). Currently, on a one-year working holiday visa in Australia. I enjoy networking and socializing. I am an easy-going, friendly and active individual. In terms of living, I am a clean and tidy person. What I'm looking for: - Clean and tidy household - Own room, fully furnished with clean bed - All bills included - Rent no more than $270 per week - No bonds, prefer to pay weekly - Preferably girls (possibly 1 guy) - Short distance to trains (approx. 5min) - Close to local gym Plus Fitness - Some friendly flatmates If you have a room available which is NOT shared and NOT a family home, please leave your mobile number and I will call you as soon as possible to arrange inspection and discuss further details. Thank you.
We are both very clean and outgoing. We have lived with roommates before when in university so we understand the dynamics of sharing a place with others! We are both have full time jobs so we won't be home too much during the day.
Clean/tidy and responsible 23 y.o. female with a one year old (indoor) cat, looking for share accomodation in Sydney. I currently work as a typist and assistant for a psychologist - much of my work is done from home, which involves quietly typing in my room. In my spare time I enjoy walking, going out to cafes, and reading or watching movies. I'm easy-going, friendly, and would very happily get along with other nationalities and/or LGBT+ housemates. I love animals so other pets are not an issue. I don't drive so nearby access to public transport would be ideal. Move in date is flexible - I'm hoping to move by the end of May.
I'm 24 years old and here from the U.S. (New Jersey). My degree is in fashion design and I am interning with a fashion label while I'm in Sydney part time (pretty regular hours) and working another part time job tba. I like all things creative, sports, going to the beach and out to eat, doing yoga and am attempting to be a runner again. I'm clean and organized (within reason, not a neat freak but don't want to live in a mess) and respectful of other people's space and would like to live with people who are similar. I like to go out but am not super loud and am looking for a roomate/roomates with some mutual interests who I can get along with.
In desperate need of a bug-free place. One-bedroom apartment/standalone/NO ROOMMATES. I get that this is *flatmates* and I am concentrating my efforts on real estate sites, but I figured it was worth also listing on here just in case. Highlights: * Move in: ASAP * Area surrounding CBD. Hopefully no more west or south than Newtown, no more north than Crows Nest - 20 minutes or less via train to central * I have my own furniture but honestly don't know how to move it, so furnished, unfurnished, or flexible furnishings is a-okay * Needs complete, real kitchen. No kitchenettes. Also need complete separation between kitchen and bedroom, no open plan * Preference to NOT being on ground level * Again, budget of 500/week * Again, no NO FLATMATES. No sharehouses. I can't live with other people. I'm Sarah, a recent graduate from a university in New York where I studied microbiology, but I'm from the midwest of America. I studied a semester abroad here last year which further confirmed my desire to leave America for the good ol land of Oz. I'm on the tail end of a work and holiday visa, but already have a student visa lined up and fully approved. I'm looking for a clean place. Please. I've been traumatized by this place. Misled. Hoodwinked. I thought this place was great. It's horrible. There is a terrible cockroach infestation. And then there's a giant crack in the front entrance between the door and actual floorboards. So tons of those big cockroaches creep in and go straight to my room. Oh did I mention that the guy in the room next to me is basically a hoarder? Yeah. I would love a place with hard wood floors instead of carpet, but it's not always a deal breaker. A place walking distance to a train station, but not too close, is also ideal. Or a short bus ride away from central. Basically I just want easy public transit to CBD. Please help me. I'm about to rip my hair out. I'm a clean, quiet girl, who likes to avoid issues. Don't con me into a bug-infested place. :(
Hi! I'm a 23 year old student coming all the way from Norway to live in beautiful Sydney! Stuff about me that make me the best flatmate you could wish for: - I am tidy - I am not obnoxious - I won't invite people for a party out of the blue - I don't own drums - and I don't smoke The reason I am going to live in Sydney is to continue my masters degree in informatics (computer stuff) and to experience everything Australia has to offer! If you want to know more about me, don't hesitate to send message! Cheers!
Hi! I'm Anthony, 23, from Hong Kong. Right now I'm taking the JD programme in USYD, so I'm looking for a place that's close to the campus, for a minimum of 4 months, starting from 18/19 March. Private room is preferred, though sharing a room with a tidy, clean person is also fine with me. I'm an easy-going, clean and quiet guy. Not a party person particularly. Don't smoke. The workload of my course is pretty intense, but I’m totally up for socialising with housemates at weekends. I'm really looking forward to moving into an awesome place with nice housemate!
I'm Evelyn, 26, generally quite busy juggling full-time work, keeping social and active - whether it's yoga or going for a hike, I'm always up for trying something new. I am health conscious, cook a little (mostly vegie) but also spend some nights a week out at dinners, gigs, or enjoying a glass of wine with family and friends. I'm clean, tidy, easy going and considerate of others space and happy to take responsibility for my share. I'm looking for a new light-filled home with like-minded housemates that are clean and genuine.
Australian, Firefighter, friendly, considerate and fan of good times. I like a balanced yet varied lifestyle; I enjoy travelling, sports and activities, watching movies, hanging out with friends and chilling. . Looking for a cool share house to join.
I'm a 19 year old student currently studying at COFA UNSW and am also a manger at the Doncaster Hotel in Randwick. I'm very laid-back and clean, and I love reading, going to the beach and hanging out with friends in my free time. Looking for a new place to make my home with anyone who would be happy to have me 😊
