Hi Flatmates, I’m a fun, laid-back 24 year-old Irish lad who’s currently on the hunt for a new place for the next 3 months - maybe longer. I’m working in a full-time Finance role in the CBD so I generally keep my head down during the week but I’m all about enjoying myself at the weekends. Looking for a like-minded house of WHV’s or Aussies to live and have a laugh with. As a housemate, I’m clean and like my own space but sociable and always keen to have a beer and chat. If anyone is looking for a chilled housemate with good banter, get in touch. Cheers, Cormac
Hello my future landlord/ flatmate, how’s going? My name is Nicole. I am from Taiwan, working but also study at the same time. A bit short intro of myself. I'm really responsible, don't party (even If I party, I go out, Dont like house parties that much) I enjoy my privacy, mostly time I’m quiet that you won't even know that what I'm doing or if I'm home. I do some easy dishes but the fact is I'm lazy so I don't really cook. If you're looking for some quiet and clean girl like OCD that type of clean, I guess that's me 😂 I prefer stay long as I dislike moving, I also get alone with clean and mature people most. Pls let me know if you’re looking for the same type of house mate;) I’ll be looking forward to hear from you. Nicole
Hi I'm Christian, Currently working 9-5 in the automotive industry as a Marketing Manager. I like to describe myself as laidback, easy going, respectful, helpful and social. Some of my interests include photography, music, hiking, cooking, and trying new things. I enjoy spending time with others just as much as having my personal space. I'm very clean and like keeping things neat and tidy. Ideally, I'd like to live someone that's likeminded and easy going. If you'd like to know more feel free to send me a message.
I'm social and would like to live with people that I can have a laugh with and/or an interesting conversation. At the same time, I'm quite busy and I value my own space and independence. I love (live) music, good food, art, reading, hiking amongst other things. In my free time I practice yoga and I also meditate. I'm interested and active in social justice issues and would prefer to live in a house where people are conscious of their impact on the environment. Ideally there's a place to garden and compost! I currently live in a great house but am ready for a seachange, as such I'm flexible in terms of moving dates. Im looking for the right fit and am in no rush to move :)
I was working and living in Brisbane, but just recently returned to Sydney. I have 3 jobs: I teach swimming on the weekends, I work as a scientist and I have a job in a bar in darling harbour. I am a student who will start my honours degree in July at university of Sydney. I’m pretty busy but will always have time to hang out, talk, drink beer or wine. I love to meet new people. I am very chatty, especially when I get home. I will never fail to ask you how your day is. I prefer to live somewhere closer to work and uni. I try very hard to be considerate of people around me. I’m a clean person, always pay my bills on time and I love to eat food!
My name is Carolyn, a non smoker and I’m 21 years old originally born in Hong Kong, moved to Sydney when I was a couple of months old, then to Melbourne when I was 10; I am looking at relocating to Sydney the sooner the better. Current occupation is full time receptionist work at Domayne Furniture. I have a bubbly demeanour, I like to have a great time with anything that I do whether it is having a quiet night in watching movies or going out to a bar, mostly I enjoy listening to music on Soundcloud and self reflect. I also enjoy reading Nylon online and keeping up to date with day to day lifestyle blogs. Reliable housemate, on time with rent and open to have a conversation and interact but also respect some privacy and alone time.
My name is Alexis and I am a French Student (Hotel and Management School). I am used to live in share houses in France because I have always found interesting meeting and sharing time with people. I am a very clean and tidy student. I will therefore do my part for houseworks. I am a very curious person who like discovering cities and people. I am not just looking for room mates but friends. A plus with me is that I love cooking and especially baking. I also have knowledge in wine tasting that I will share with you.
My standard Monday to Friday consists of work, Crossfit and the occasional mid-week outing. On the weekends I get outside, catch up with friends and tend to my domestic duties. As a housemate, I clean up after myself, keep common areas tidy and am mindful of my housemates. My day usually starts around 5am and I am home by 7pm (on a good day), so you will mostly have the place to yourself. If we're home at the same time, I am also keen for a drink/ meal / chat / hangs too. I have the contents of a complete 1 bedroom unit (excluding the kitchen sink and major appliances) which I am more than happy to share, fit out a new lease or put in storage.
My Name i Lucy i am 24 years old i have just graduated from university and i have moved to Sydney for work. I am a tidy person easy to get along with i enjoy a chat after the day over a drink, but also respect privacy. I enjoy drawing and cooking i always ensure to clean up after myself
I am a fun, easy going and very neat person! I can keep to myself but am up for a chat/catch up too and I'm not a party goer either. I am moving from Melbourne to work full time at the Sydney Children's Hospital as of the start of April and am looking for a private room (preferably but not necessarily a private bathroom also) place with nice and neat housemates (preferably females). My max budget of $320 is including bills. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi! My name is Bec and I'm looking to find a place around the area for myself and my little collection of indoor plants. I'm looking to move at the end of March/early April 2018 but I can be a bit flexible. I'm looking for around a 6 month lease min at the moment I'm 27 and working fulltime in tech support at Macquarie Park with plans to study floristry and horticulture online/on the weekends at the end of the year. I consider myself respectful, friendly and easy going as well as clean and tidy. My hobbies include reading, drawing/crafting, video games and ukulele - so having me as a flatmate means I'm usually just found chilling in my room with my xbox or switch but I'm always down for getting drunk on wine + cheese and having movie/gaming nights together as well. I love to bake and am often trying out new recipes so if you like baked goodies I always need taste testers! :) If you have a room that you think might suit me please message me!
Super friendly and bubbly full time worker. Moving up from Wollongong for work. I have a cat but he stays well out of the way. Working in real estate my biggest day is Saturday so need someone who is relatively quiet to live with, but still down to have some fun and throw some laughs around :)
Hey guys, I'm really easy-going and a nice flatmate! I'm Juliane, 21 years old and currently studying Global Business Management in Bavaria, Germany and will do my semester abroad from August to the end of November (maybe I'll stay till January 2018) at the Macquarie University in Sydney. I already lived 4 months in Sydney two years ago and had a job there I'll maybe attend again. I'm living in a share flat in Germany as well and have absolutely no problem to share my accomondation or room with others! Write me if you have something suitable! :)
I work full-time for Deloitte in the Sydney CBD and currently doing a law program part-time at the University of Sydney. I play the guitar, enjoying cooking, great beer and travelling. Prior to Aus, I've lived in UAE, USA, Spain & India and in multi-cultural share houses. I moved down from Brisbane a couple of years back for work and Sydney is very much home now. Location is everything, I'm ideally looking for a place with great public transport connectivity to the CBD and to the University of Sydney. I enjoy cooking and it would be nice to have a good kitchen where we can share a chat and exchange some culinary tips. Personally, I'm social, respectful and clean. I like to host social dinners every now and then but I'm not a loud party person and enjoy keeping a balance between fun and work. Therefore, keen to find a home with an open area living and balcony that encourages a social environment. As much as I like to be social I respect others privacy and need for space. If the above sounds good and you're keen to team up or looking for a quality housemate, hit me up! Cheers.
Hey we're Lily and Rebecca we are from England and Northern Ireland. We are looking for two seperate bedrooms in a house share or apartment share (no shared bedrooms). We are willing to pay maximum $300 a week each. We are on a working holiday visa so we will be working during the day. 23 y/o Dutch Cultural Studies student, as of the end of April looking for a place in Sydney, preferably in the Inner West (Enmore, Newtown, Marrickvile). I'm passionate about my studies, digging vinyl, thriftstore treasure-hunts, finding gems in little bookshops, visiting museums and just enjoying everything nice that Sydney has to offer. I'll be doing my own research practicum at UNSW from April onwards until December, so I'll be busy just doing me. As for living, I'm looking for a shared house with calm and open minded people. I love a little creativity and social spirit around me, but at times I also need my own space.
