My job is city based, I work in the Agricultural industry and semi new to Sydney (lived in Darling Point for a year before returning to Victoria for work). Generally I leave home around 7am (or earlier) and return after 7pm. I've lived in shared housing for most of my adult life so I'm well versed to respect of flatmates, property, noise and privacy. More often than not I'm out 1-2 nights per week. Week days tend to roll into weekends with social engagements, adventures and activities. It is enjoyable to live with well balanced and transparent people, in a relaxed and quiet home. And I enjoy a good conversation about world events, history and places to travel. I'm far from a gym junkie however I do like to exercise 4-5 times per week. After years of representative sports I'm now down to low impact exercise being either a swim, bike ride, kayaking or yoga. I can cook and happy to share my delights when they are a success. I do enjoy reading the papers of a weekend I don't come with any pets, however I come with a road bike that is housed inside.
I'm Rachel and I'm from Texas in the United States. I'm coming to Australia for a working holiday to get an awesome experience before I return home to pursue the police force. I'm very easy going and get along with just about anybody. I make friends easily, but can also keep to myself. I'm self-sufficient, hard-working, and highly adventurous. I LOVE traveling and doing just about anything outdoors. I also enjoy nights in with a movie. I do enjoy physical fitness and will go to the gym regularly through the week. I'm very honest and hold high values for myself but hold no judgement for others. I'm extremely extroverted and love to go out and have fun often, but I prefer a neat, calmer home environment most of the time. I'm also very open and will answer any questions you have for me with 100% honesty! So don't hold back :)

I am a tidy and quiet guy and as I lived on my own for quite some time I respect the privacy of my flatmates. I'm a Finnish journalist/ photographer, Working Holiday maker, food enthusiast, book-worm and traveler, and always ready to meet new people. I'm used in living in shared flats, but I need my own room. I don't smoke, and I always clean immediately any mess I've made. Because of my work, I need to easily get to Blacktown Station by train. That's why I prefer places with an easy access to Blacktown.
Hello hopeful housemates! My name is Bella, and I'm going into my second year living in Sydney. I'm an early 20-something studying a double degree of Commerce/Fine Arts at UNSW. I love live music, am an avid (though amateur) photographer, always have 2 books on the go, and love exploring art events/new bars/new theatre productions etc throughout the city. I'm open, empathetic and friendly - looking for other housemates who are chilled and friendly too. I try to be fit and go for the occasional run, gym session, or social touch game, and eat fairly healthy meals, but am an infamous chocolate fiend. I also have a car in Sydney at the moment and am always down for a little beach action. I'd ideally like to be apart of a relaxed, clean, social home. Not opposed to (i.e. very down for) the occasional house dinner, afternoon drinks, or netflix binge. However, I'm super respectful of others space and for myself, enjoy a fair bit of downtime when uni/work gets a bit more stressful.
I'm a very energetic person who always have positive mind. Always Happy:) I'm very open-minded and super passion about what I do and what I love. I'm clean and neat and living in a healthy life style. Looking for a private room to move in around 15-20th of Feb.
Hi mates! I'm looking for a furnished double room or a shared room (max 3 people in the room) near the city from late December to June or July. I would love to share a house with open-minded, easy-going, clean, respectful and sociable people. Love to share occasional meals and glasses of wine or some beers with you. I'm a 25 years old girl from Spain (that's why I love food, wine and beer hahaha), and I will be studying a business course in the city and also working part-time in hospitality. I love meeting new people and new places, watching TV series, listening to music, hanging out with friends, having sunny weather. I've studied Journalism in Spain and Italy, so I'm also interested in photography, books, politics and history. Only great vibes! :) Max budget 200$/week. If you have something like this, please message me :) Looking forward to hearing from you! Tamara
Hi, we are a couple in our mid 20's, Ben is an Architect working full time and I (Rose) am a student at USYD. We are super tidy, respectful and easy going. We are looking for a furnished or semi furnished studio, or room in a share apartment with 1 or 2 other people. We are moving from Newcastle back to Sydney and would love to live in the Inner west close to work and uni.
I'm Siân, 26 years old, grew up on the North Shore but consider Newtown my homeland. I'm currently working in web design and marketing, after finishing my BA in linguistics a couple of years ago. I love reading, travel and languages, learning absolutely anything, blueberry shortcake, great debates, really hot showers, Sierra Nevada IPA, design, meditation, and dancing to pretty much everything. I'm easygoing, and looking for flatmates who are also easygoing. Hoping to make some new friends, as well as find a new home :) I'm flexible with rent, moving in dates and how long I can stay. Really just want to find a house with cool people who I enjoy living with, and after that the rest is all negotiable. I do smoke, but would see it as motivation to quit if it's a deal breaker...
Hey I'm Alex, (Bloke on the right) I'm from the UK, over here on a sponsored Visa for at least the next three and a half years. Ideally looking for a place within 10-15 minute walk of a station on the T2 line. I'm looking for a December move date. A bit about me, I work at a creative agency in the CBD, I'm really into my music, films as well as my sport. I like to keep busy and keep fit but don't mind the odd beer or takeaway on the weekend. Your average human being really. Non smoker but don't mind it. Just looking for a nice, clean, professional house with like minded people. Cheers

I'd like to pay a maximum of $260 per week - including most utilities (wifi, water, gas and electricity). Preferably, I'd like to live with 2-3 people. I do not have a preference regarding gender, but would like to live with others in the 27-35 year old age bracket. A bit about me: I'm 27 years old. I am a student studying a Master of Clinical Psychology at UTS and work part time as psychologist in Sutherland. In my spare time, I like to run, keep fit, catch up with friends, and enjoy a good glass of red. I've lived in share accommodation for about 3 years now, so I'm well accustomed to living with others. I currently live in Cronulla but would like to live closer to uni. I also have many friends in this area. If I sound like a good fit, send me an email and I'd be happy to check out your place if it meets my needs. Cheers, Jess

I work partly on my own business and part-time in admin type work. Weekdays for me are typically quiet and weekends usually entail a good lay, gluttonous brunch and something outdoors.

Hey! My name's Krystal, and I'm looking to move somewhere in Sydney soon! I've been out of home since 18 and this won't be my first share-house in my life. I'm good with the sharing of responsibilities, tidy and reliable. I'm currently studying Entertainment Management and hoping to weasel my way into the event management/music/media scene. I'm a low key nerd (I used to study Archaeology), massive makeup fanatic and spend a bit too much than I wanna admit on clothes. I'm after the kind of friendly environment where you know and get along with the people you live with. I'm down for meeting new people and making new friends. I'm always up for a great night but also love nights in in front of the TV and just generally lounging around and being lazy. I love cooking so anyone that's up for helping with some DIY experimental meals that could be potentially disastrous, hit me up!

During weekends I like to workout, socialize with friends, also comfortable doing nothing and binging on Netflix !! Happy to know you better.
Heya, I'm a full time working professional working as a software engineer at Canva. I'm very sociable, who loves experimenting with cooking. I'm into fitness as well & like having late night meaningful conversations . I like to travel, "netflix & chill" & going to the movies. I'm a non smoker. I am 37 years old, from Barcelona and I have lived in 5 countries. I love learning languages and cultures and that makes me a very open minded person: no judging! I am very respectful and considered to others but I am also very friendly and sociable. I used to work in Marketing but I have recently moved to an Engineering role in a Pharmaceutical company based in Sydney. I wanted a work-life balance without so much traveling. My hobbies are riding motorcycles, music (listening and sometimes I play classical guitar softly), technology, reading and I am definitely a pet lover: I love all animals but I have a soft spot for cats, so if you have any I would really appreciate their company. I also enjoy healthy cooking and I make a pretty tasty paella. Food is meaningless unless it's shared. I am quite clean and organized and although I'm quite flexible, I prefer to share a place with someone similar in this regard.
Hi, I'm a fun, friendly and easy going guy. Not to mention tidy and responsible. I work full time as a recruitment consultant. I love the outdoors, keeping active and the odd night out with friends. I currently live in Chatswood and am looking for somewhere a little closer to the beach.

About to start studies at Design Centre Enmore end of January so therefore looking for a private room in a shared house or whatever. I'm pretty easy to live with, I basically eat everything I clean up after myself, I enjoy company but as well need my own space. Would like to live together with a relaxed person who doesn't take everything too seriously and is cool with having friends over every now and then. Not planning on throwing big parties, just want to hang out so no worries. About me, I'm a creative, open-minded person who likes to have good conversations and laughs.
I am Jorge from Chile, Industrial Engineer. I'm going to arrive Australia with Working Holiday Visa. I would like to know diferent people, new places and cultures, besides improve my english. I am clean and tidy, I like to eat healthy food and have a lot of outdoor life. I'll spend most of the time working and knowing Australia :).
Hey there I'm Maya. A traveler. Well currently not so much as I have to save up. I'm the best kind of roommate or flatmate you can get. I am simple to get along with wether we become friends or not. I'm respectful and I look out for people around me. I will get your boundaries but you won't find to many with me. I can be a bit messy but I'm also clean. I work in hospitality so that taught me a bit in that aspect. I like to cook (sometimes) and you will get some for sure. I like to play games sometimes or just have a chilled night with some talking about nonsense. Also I hope to be working a lot, so you'll have your space. Anything else you need?
