Really easy to get along with. Just moved over from Perth. Nessie my westie is house trained, adorable, loving and doesn’t shed fur. We are looking for a nice home preferably with an enclosed back yard. I have been running my own business in Perth and have come to The Noosa area as it’s always felt like home. I grew up being close to water and outdoors, so keep active. I’m VERY house proud, have my own business and just want somewhere where I feel comfortable for both myself and Nessie. I can provide great references if needed.
Two professional working people in our mid-late 20's. Both love animals. Jess is a Project Administrator for VicRoads from New Zealand - moved 3 months ago and Jaime has his own Tiling Business - originally from Sydney, been in Melbs for 2 years. Not a couple, just good mates. Both very tidy and quiet during the week, good sense of humour and respect the privacy of others. Feel free to get in touch! Cheers
Hello, I am in search of either my own space (negotiable) on rent) or someone to share a house with , without stairs and maybe a fenced in yard, but quiet and away from traffic. Finances are depending on what is available and your budget also. If you have a place, space or are looking for only one other like minded person, please contact me. If you have an aggressive dog though mine isnt as rambunctious in Her maturing years and I would be concerned for her fragility, but smaller dogs, cats or other, she would be able to handle well. I can communicate with anyone. I take care of myself and my surroundings and I am welcoming to all, but I like my quiet time :) My personal and rental history are great and never have been late. I give respect and deserve the same. I appreciate my surroundings and consider my home my "sanctuary". Wherever that may be. We can be happy wherever we choose. I come from having a private practice and now working on a program for better agility for those after surgery or all of us as we are aging. Moving on from where I have been the past 4 years would be ideal at this point, as financially I would like to invest more into my personal work to help others, my well being and take care of my little 7kilo one. I am a very psoitive person with an extremely positive outlook on life. I prefer to be around like minded individuals that want to be happy and healthy and try to see the best in every situation. It can be a challenge sometimes, but life is what we create it :) I am use to living with only my 7 kilo dog that is as sweet as sugar and only barks if she hears a noise or if she feels the need tongive warning. I have shared before and have no problem doing so. I am respectful and tidy and keep to myself, but happy to lend a hand if needed or a shoulder. I am happy to consider longer term provided the right situation. What I need: I have many office books and items that I need acess to for research and I have a couch and chaise lounge, a few kitchen items and a new clothes dryer. I do need a large closet for clothes and personal items or even a spare room for all items. If I share a home with someone I am a light sleeper and not a party animal and would like some common ground as far as early risers or night owls in regards to respect. I know how to tip toe as I grew up with hardwood floors at Christmas time :) My hours vary, but reading and writing really do not make much noise. :) If you have a home, flat, garage or extra rooms available, please let me know as I am open to discuss all options. I hope to hear from you soon Thanks so much!
Hello, My name is Deborah. I am a bubbly, fun and easy going 41 yr old single woman. I am self-employed part-time whilst studying fulltime. I love the beach and try to get to there as much as I can in my downtime. Love to cook and enjoy a good movie and getting to the gym when I can. I am also very tidy, considerate and have no pets.
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place somewhere around the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne (but I'm also happy to travel a little further too) that is pet friendly, as I have an older cat - she is house trained and is happy to go in and out to the toilet as needed. A little about me: I work full time (MHSW/AASW) and I'm a clean, quiet person that doesn't make too much of a racket. Please feel free to get in touch if you have something available. Cheers!
Urgent! I am looking for a FURNISHED room for short term lease in Noosa, walking distance to beach and shops. I can move in already on Tuesday 24 October! I am a full-time (graduate) student from Finland moving from Canberra after working for the Finnish Embassy and I will start writing my thesis in Australia before going back to Finland at the end of this year. My schedule is flexible. Any short term availabilities are taken in to consideration. I am super dity, love going for a run and to gym, I prefer cooking and a glass of wine every once in a while 😊 I am a sociable person, I fancy late night evenings with sunset and early calls.
I'm very friendly, considerate, respectful, and tidy. I work Monday through Friday as a Warehouse Manager in Coburg Nth, when I'm not at work I enjoy exercising, socialing, relaxing at home, and spending time with my daughter. I have my daughter who is a lovely little girl (4) that is very well disciplined and quiet, one day overnight each weekend, so would need to be in a place where that's ok for my flat mates, and also in a property/environment which is suitable to have a child around e.g not a party household.
We have travelled the world for over 25 years since leaving Tasmania and have lived in Milan, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Sydney, Thailand and London and loved all of them. In 2013 we gave our possessions to charity and began to travel constantly, doing a bit of remote consultancy online but mostly being semi-retired. We now divide our time between Greece, Spain, UK, Thailand, Cambodia and Australia. Our London flat is rented out to MPs as we live near the Houses of Parliament. We want to now spend the European winter on the Sunshine Coast and are looking for simple accommodation that we can have largely to ourselves: a granny flat under a house, or down the yard or in the shed, something with just 1 bedroom, a simple kitchen and bathroom and preferably a verandah or patio to sit on. We're equally happy in a country pub or a hip city wine bar and like most types of music. Our time is mostly spent on dining and live music while travelling. In big cities we like theatre and galleries. We are self-contained as a couple and don't need need to have other people around us but we also enjoy a chat over a drink.
I’m reliable & sensible, I work full time in a special school & lm an ex nurse. I’m pretty quiet but l love a chat & a laugh over a coffee/red. I’m mature age. I’m neat & tidy, l do have a 12 yo cat. I’m currently trying really hard to give up the cigs & doing pretty well at it so far. I’m pretty flexible with the move in date.
Hi I'm into a super healthy lifestyle, learning, languages (speak a few), and outdoor sports like road cycling, mountain-biking, snorkelling, being in the ocean, surfing, sea kayaking and so on. I'm a photographer and visual creator, a vegetarian (I'm cool if you eat meat), and also involved in the military, so occasionally I go away for a few weeks at a time. I'm relaxed and super easy going, a long term meditator, helpful around the house, clean, energy conscious and good fun to be with. I currently live in central Victoria but I want to be near the ocean and mountains...
Hey future housemates! I'm looking for a place in CBD and inner eastern/southern suburbs. I have a rental history of 6 years in shared accomodation, so I have prior experience living with all kinds of people. I definitely appreciate cleanliness, mindfullness and respectfulness. As I am mindful of others, I clean up after myself and very attentive to social queues. I expect the same from my housemates. I'm a second year Law/Criminology Major at The University of Melbourne, and also studying Architecture and Interior Design part-time as well. I love what I do and I like to surround myself in positivity. Idealistically, I'd like to live in a home environment with people of my age demographics (18 - 28) that are capable of cleaning up after themselves, mature and pragmatic when it comes to monthly bills or maintenance, and is respectful of others possessions, privacy, personal lives, affiliations ect. I get along with positively charged people who are socialites and loves to have a beverage and can take a lighthearted roasting every now and then. My schedule is filled with study commitments on weekdays, and recreational activities generally on weekends/and or afternoons. I love my alone time and as I've mentioned above, privacy is important to me! I'm very upfront and likes to work on resolutions quickly. I would expect the same from my housemates to ensure that we don't have petty issues. Although there are lots of activities/topics that interests me, the following are key interests: Fashion & Other Creative Pursuits, Travelling, Spirituality, Volleyball, Yoga, Philanthropy, Music, Clubbing & Social Activities, Hiking and Global Advancements (Being a good global citizen!) Cooperative, deadline orientated and stable; it would be fantastic if we have similar standards to what a healthy living situation should be. I am quite independent, but wouldn't mind having a relaxed, homely and fun house relationship as well. I want to be able to laugh at each other's horrendous jokes and puns, and be great pals. If you are keen to adopt me as the newest member of the family, then please don't hesitate to message/text or call me! You are more than welcome to leave a voicemail if I don't answer in the time of your calls, and I'd be more than happy to answer any further questions or queries that you might have through the messaging system on here. Kind Regards, Chee.

Hi my name's Jess. I'm 29, female and looking for a room to rent. Preferably unfinished as I have all my own bedroom furniture. I work in the city so want to be within 40 minute train ride of the cbd. I have a cat who loves to be outside during the day, so ideally would like a small back yard. At night time she stays in my room with me. Most nights I enjoy curling up with a good book or watch tv. I'm social but like my own space. Happy to kick back with a wine and a good chat on the weekends.

Feel free to message us if you want to know more. 🙂
I'm 24 years old. I was born in Australia, but left when I was 10. Since then I've lived mainly in the UK, with a couple of years in Canada. I just finished my Masters and I'm taking a year off before I start my graduate job back in the UK. I consider myself a very clean person, I read quite a lot, I'm very active and enjoy numerous sports. I spend most of my time out of the house, but if others are around and would like to hang out and chat I'm always interested. I'm respectful of others and their belongings. I'll be in Noosa from early November until early February.

Hi there! My name is Tilly and I am looking for a new place to call home down towards Frankston ideally close to public transport. I am a single, full time employed professional working night shift in the public service sector. I am relocating to be closer to my new place of work. I have lived in various shared households from boarding school, shared housing throughout university, home stays overseas and feel I have good experience and understanding of creating and maintaining a respectful living environment. Outside of work I am very into the outdoors and often spend my free time heading down the coast or into the mountains. Definitely not a party animal given my athletic pursuits. That said I am also not one to lock myself in my room when I'm at home. Always happy to have a chat and socialise but also understand everyone's needs for personal space at the same time.
