Hi guys! I´m Joanna and just moved to Brisbane. I was living in shared appartments basically my whole life and already miss it, so I really want to share my new home with cool and nice people, who can show me around the city (or we can go explore together). I´m easy going, like to go out, like to meet friends, but also enjoy Netflix and lying in bed all day.
Hello! Looking for short term accommodation for approximately two months from 3/08. We are both working professionals, both full time in the city. We are clean, tidy and easy going room mates.
Hi there! We're Jess & Alex, a couple of fun-loving American expats in Oz on working holiday. After being in Perth for the last few months working FOH for Cirque du Soleil we've just relocated to Brisbane. Jess is now the Volunteer Manager for BIGSOUND while Alex is working in retail/hospo. We're seeking a fully furnished room for the duration of our time here, now thru 19/09. We're a super chill couple who enjoy catching up with flatmates but also appreciate quiet personal time. We're both very clean, respectful & always willing to pitch in where needed. We cook at home quite a bit (always keen to break bread with roomies!), prefer pubs over clubs & fancy a good Netflix binge watching session. We're also big lovers of the great outdoors so we'll likely be away at times exploring what lies outside the city limits or visiting friends in Byron Bay. Feel free to shoot us a message with any other Q's. We look forward to chatting with you about your place! :)
I am an American student from Wisconsin moving to Brisbane to attend QUT for a Phd program in geology. I would perfer to stay somewhere close to the garden point campus. I will be spending most of my time in the geology lab where I study submarine volcanic eruptions! When I am not in the lab, I will either be cooking, sleeping or exploring the area. I love to explore, and adventure! I tend to keep to myself, but I am not opposed to making friends, having a drink or sharing a meal with a roommate.
I’m a non-smoking, no-pets, no kids, middle-aged and young-at-heart, Canadian/Australian female, tidy, responsible, friendly/sociable yet also respectful of others’ living space. I've lived in a lot of sharehouses in multiple countries and value easy-going, open communication. I'm a long-term Brisbane resident who's relocated back from Melbourne. Have worked professionally in the public and corporate sectors in QLD and overseas - currently on break from my part-time Master of Environment studies. My interests include yoga, swimming, cooking healthy meals, easy cycling/hiking, arthouse films, sustainability and community volunteering. Seeking a non-smoking, pet-free, kid-free household to share with 1 or 2 adults (couples OK). Unfortunately although I love dogs and cats, I'm allergic to both. I am interested in renting for at least 6 months. I have a car so would need either on-street parking or parking spot, if available. Prefer a relatively quiet household but I'm up for friendly chats, sharing an occasional meal/cuppa with housemates or watching TV (e.g. news, docco or The Simpsons). I don’t drink alcohol but am fine with my flatmates having the occasional drink. Move-in date flexible. References available.
We are a French couple who love to cook and share a good cuisine party :) We like the apartment to be tiddy and clean and also love to meat up with new people !! We are both from Paris and we lived in Melbourne for the past 9 months. It was time for us to discover an other beautifull city in Straya . Hope to see you soon, Julie & Arthur
Hi everyone! My name is Juanita, I am a Colombian girl studying a 3-year Business degree and working part-time. I enjoy exercising, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space when I have work or study to focus on. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm clean and tidy, and would expect the same from the people I live with.
I'm moving to Brisbane for 3 to 5 months for work. I'm opening up a new office And will be working full time. I'm a very respectful, clean and tidy guy, hence why my currant roommates aren't happy I'm leaving. I like to cook, chill in the evenings, and have fun on the weekends, but I'm still yet to discover Brisbane. I also like to keep fit and healthy, but cheat days are allowed! I manage the rent and bills in my currant household so So i always pay rent on time and with no hassle. I'm looking for like minded people like myself, who work or are at uni, and who like to enjoy themselves.
Hi I'm Luke, I'm a 31 accountant but don't worry I'm not one of those boring ones. Actually I only just returned from a year long trip around the world (travelling with 50 other people no less). I'm a pretty active person that other than obviously liking travel, likes sports (running, touch, netball, etc), live music and catching up with friends. I've lived in plenty of sharehouses so I know the deal. I'd prefer to live in a social household but I also know to respect the space of the others that I live with. Other than that I'm easygoing and clean.
I'm currently on the hunt for a room to rent with girls or guys around my age. I'm really easy going when it comes to living with others and would treat housemates as I would like to be treated. Really friendly, I enjoy a chat and will respect any situation of others. I'm 21, originally from Mackay QLD and looking for a fresh lease on life. I work a full time job which is 40 hours per week mon - fri (administration). I enjoy a social drink on the odd weekend, going out on adventures or even just having a quiet weekend to myself. My hobbies include music listening, makeup and beauty, social media, beach days and all round chilled vibes. I would say I'm a pretty easy going chick. I'm a clean cut person in the way of hygiene and would like to live with someone who also takes pride in their belongings and surroundings. Definitely a social butterfly, in saying that I do enjoy time to myself also. Happy to answer any questions and take emails from people who are willing to rent a room to me. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I'm very relaxed! If you want to hang, I'd love to hang! If you want your own space, all yours! I am a beer enthusiast and try see as much live music as possible, other then that I'm working so I'm always out and about, just need a place to come back to.
I work in retail part-time 5 days per week, I love animals ( my favourite being puppies), my favourite musical artists are Katy Perry, Noah Cyrus , Miley Cyrus ,Sheppard ,Miley Cyrus, and many more. I like to think of myself as independant, well mannered and I usually just do my own thing and keep to myself , however I like to talk and hold a good conversation. I don't go out and party so don't worry I am not a party person who will have parties on the weekend lol. I like to catch up with friends over coffee, go out to the shops and see movies. My background is Sri-Lankan and Indian and I'm born in Australia:) I would prefer an all female flat with ages under 35 preferred :)

My name is Hannah, I'm a 22yr old beauty student currently working part time as a waitress in Newstead. My dog (Lexi) and I are looking for somewhere to call home. Im a very chillax, down to earth and respectful person, I love to cook anything and everything and I know how to clean up after myself (and Lex of course). I'm not a massive partier but do like to go out for a drink or two when I get a night off. Lexi, is a two year old pure breed English staffy whom is house trained and loves everyone. She's very friendly and a massive fan of cuddles, basically one pat and you've won her over. I'm looking to move asap, as we're currently couch surfing with friends. If you think we would fit in in your place, I'd love to hear from you.
I'm looking a place where I have easy access to Kangaroo Point (South Brissy, South Bank, West End, Fortitude Valley, CBD). I would prefer to have my own furnished room because I'm working irregular times from early mornings to late nights. Sauna would be a huge deal too! What do I expect from my room mate(s): - Understanding and respect towards my irregular sleeping hours during the week and also on weekends...! - Not being the biggest party person (cos I rarely drink alcohol myself) - Is / Are neat and tidy what comes to the common areas (I'm super tidy person myself! I don't want to become other people's mum who need to take care of the cleaning stuff etc. because this place is going to be my home the next two months.) - Prefer to have room mate(s) who is/ are more than 25 years old What you get: - I'm social and spontaneous person with bubbly personality - I love adventures and being outdoors - I'm peaceful and quiet room mate to live with - Company to the movies, walks, shopping etc. - I have also shared a apartment two times before while living abroad so it's not a new thing for me.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old exchange student from Norway, going to study at QUT Gardens Point this upcoming semester. I'm studying biotechnology. Really looking forward to see everything Brisbane's got to offer! I'm a tidy and organized person. Also non-smoker. I would like to live with other nice and social people, and I have lived in a houseshare for 3 years in Norway, so I know what it takes to live with people you didn't know before. I love the outdoors and hiking, doing fun stuff with friends, and experiencing new stuff while I'm on exchange. Also love just relaxing at home with a movie and good food sometimes. I take my studies seriously, and use a lot of time studying, but often at libraries or other places than where I live. I would like the place I move in to, to be fairly quiet, at least not lots of parties, so it's possible to get some sleep. Coming to Brisbane on the 7th of July, so anything around 7th-16th of July would work as a move-in date. If you're wondering about anything else, don't hesitate to ask! Hope to hear from you! Irina
