I'm a nursing student studying full time and working part time, and am very easy going. I am out most of the time during the day and some nights, so I tend not to bother you! But I'm super open to making new friends too, and down for hanging out and chilling at home :)

Hi! I consider myself easy going, friendly, organised and responsible. I like to respect each other's privacy and space but at the same time always open for a chat or casual light drink. I’m a very neat & tidy person and enjoy to share accommodation with someone who is like minded. I often work 6 days a week and usually out of the house by 6:30am until late afternoon or evenings. Well on weekends (Sunday's), if I’m not catching up with my sleep, you’ll find me occupied watching some NetFlix 😊

I'm very cleeeeeean. I'm very friendly but like to keep to myself most of the time l like my privacy . I like to have a drink occasionally, but I'm a homebody . I like to cook and I wash up while I cook. A + (You will never see a dirty dish of mine). I'm a professional cleaner by trade , hence the cleanliness. I have also been playing guitar for over 30yrs , so music is always in the house. Don't worry ! - No loud amps , I like to do my practice sessions under headphones. I'm an Aussie boy , and I'll go wherever the fun takes me.
I am a permanent resident since 2002. Gone back to India in 2010. I have experience of working in IT company and managing it. Now came back in April 2018 and creating a profile to work on various client projects. I am a simple, transparent and honest person. I have couple of projects going on right now.
I like to think I’m a pretty easy going guy who understands the basics. E.g. be respectful and don’t take the piss. I’ve found if you follow those 2 rules it’s hard to go wrong and there are rarely any dramas:) I’m studying and working for my mate at the moment and in the middle of a career change. I speak 3 languages, I’m a reasonable singer and am getting back into the gun and tennis:) don’t be afraid to drop me a line. Cheers jack
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Quiet, clean, friendly person, very easy going, full time landscaper, non smoker, currently living on the Central Coast hoping to move closer to Sydney to be closer to work. I have a 2 year old desexed, house trained Chocolate Labrador named Chewie. Enjoy playing computer/video games, sports fan and a good yarn.
Born and bread in Sydney's North Shore in Pymble. Went to Pymble Public then to Knox Grammar, just finished a double degree at Macquarie Uni. Working as a Senior Commercial Claims Consultant for IAG. Played 1st cricket, still play for Kirribilli. Both parents have officially retired, looking for a chilled and fun flatmate to get out of the parents safety net!!
Hello all! 24 FEMALE student. Super friendly and easy to get along with. Moving from Coffs Harbour to Sydney. I am studying business/marketing full-time and will be working casual/part-time. Juggling these two roles will keep me busy most of the time, but I love a good night out with friends/housemates or just chilling at home. Looking to move into a share house early June. My budget for rent and bills (including internet) is $300 or under, and parking nearby would be amazing. Let me know if this fits your situation.
Hi I am Mitchell. A friendly, respectable, clean and considerate person with much experience sharing accommodation, so I know what is expected in terms of manners and hygiene. I work 9-5, 5 days a week and have own car, can cook and always clean up after myself.
Easy going, wont be there most of the time. Currently live in Forster and need accommodation while working in Sydney. 2days, 2 nights 5 days off, will head back to Forster on my days off. Clean and tidy person who is also sociable.
