I had really great spiels written here but I closed the tab accidentally... twice. Anyway, about me: I'm a young professional software engineer, an innovator entrepreneur thinker rockstar, with the world in his shoulders and chips in his eyes, or something. I'll be working full-time in Sydney until at least October 2018. I'm pretty quiet and reserved, but love a good argument and/or discussion about really anything at all, learning, drawing, programming, all sorts of beverages, and bike riding (I don't actually do much of it in Sydney, though).
I am a 23 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my second year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker, but please don't take that to mean that I'm not friendly. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to have over sometimes [we're both quiet, we generally study and play games together], but otherwise I don't party at all or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I know that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I'm a light user of the kitchen, and follow a "clean as you go" mindset, and always clean up when I'm done. I also always pay my rent on time! I've been living independently for ~7 years, so I like to think I'm a bit experienced with sharing spaces with others. Anywhere within a ~10 minute walk to a train station on the T1 line is ideal, or within walking distance to MQU. I do have my own furniture, so I would prefer an unfurnished room - I have a double bed, a desk and a bookshelf. I can supply all of my own things like towels and plates/bowls/cutlery if needed, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer/clothesline [or space for a drying rack] and fridge. I adore cats and can happily live with them, dogs depend. Please feel free to get in contact with me and ask any questions, I hope to meet you and become a great housemate! - Blake
I'm a full-time student studying education (finishing this year) who works part time in before and after school care so I'm usually home for a few hours during the middle of the day and at night. I enjoy cooking and often babysit on the weekends. I am very self sufficient, clean up after myself, and enjoy spending time with others.
Both of us are working professionals, I am a banker with NAB. Katie is a school photographer and works with bunnings. Most of the time we keep to ourselves, watching netflix and gym after work. We also do basketball and dodgeball on the weekends, so you will barely see us. We were looking for an ensuite big enough for 2 people or looking for teamups to get the whole house at any of those locations. Cheers
Hi! I consider myself easy going, friendly, organised and responsible. I like to respect each other's privacy and space but at the same time always open for a chat or casual light drink. I’m a very neat & tidy person and enjoy to share accommodation with someone who is like minded. I often work 6 days a week and usually out of the house by 6:30am until late afternoon or evenings. Well on weekends (Sunday's), if I’m not catching up with my sleep, you’ll find me occupied watching some NetFlix 😊

Very mindful, considerate, accommodating and clean. I’m easy to get along with and a reliable person. I’m positive with a good quality education and lifestyle. If you feel like a chat I’m always good company but respectful of personal space.
I work full time (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm ish) as a course admin for an education and training provider in the CBD. When I get a chance, I enjoy reading, cooking and bingeing on Netflix. Not a total party animal, but enjoy catching up with people for after work drinks. Move date is currently late Feb/early March, but there would be some flexibility if the right place became available sooner. I'm friendly, neat and considerate, and I'm looking for flatmates who are likewise!
I am a quiet and clean professional. I work fulltime mon-friday in hornsby with lots of overtime. I usually leave at 7am and wont return until atleast 5pm. When I am at home, I like to be able to just chillout. I am easy going and don't mind a chat or making a new friend, but at the same time I love my space and privacy. I don't mind a drink but when I do i go usually go out with my friends. I am a primary and early childhood teacher. I am tidy and organised and spend a lot of my time at home planning.
I am easygoing, I enjoy cooking very much, I like to hang and chat and be friends with flatmates, but also would appreciate some privacy and times to myself to relax on my days off.
I'm a 26-year-old Iranian woman looking for a clean room with tidy and clean flatmates close to the train station (Max 15 minutes walk). I arrive in Sydney only 5 days ago. I look for a professional job.
Hey. I'm a relatively chilled guy looking for a room in the Hornsby area. I'm sociable, a great cook and enjoy a beer or two, but tend to head to bed early. I work in surveying, which means I leave for work around 6am. I work in a different location pretty much every day. But I'm keen on the Hornsby area because it's close to mountain biking & easy to get out of the city for adventures. I currently live with my fiance, who is moving to Brisbane to be closer to our families. I'll be following her in the next 6 months once I find work up there. So I'm hoping for a room that's available for 3-6 months. I'm generally tidy and respectful of your privacy and possessions, so I'd like to find housemates that are similar. I'll probably be away in Brisbane almost every other weekend so you'll have your space. Would be nice if my fiancee could stay with me once in a while too, but not a deal breaker.
I'm a second year student at UTS and need somewhere to live as I'm not able to live with my parents anymore. I have a small dog named Yuki who hardly sheds. I'm happy to live in most places in Sydney as long as public transport to the city is easy enough.
FT Marketing Manager. I do have a guitar but after living in an apartment I've mastered playing very very quietly + I've been playing for like 15 years so It can sometimes be pleasant. Don't really mind where I live so long as the place is a decent size and it's relatively easy to get to the city via public transport. I'm also never home during the week because of work and gym so you'll basically have the place to yourself! Off-street parking is a must as my insurance doesn't cover my car otherwise. Hmu! :)
Easy going and friendly guy that gets along with everybody. Love to have a chat and a laugh (love a good laugh!) but also respect others privacy. Am looking to move closer to work and enjoy going to the gym, spending time outdoors and seeing friends/family. Work in Bella Vista but originally from the Hills area. Very clean, tidy & organised.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Just graduated as a Registered Nurse. Currently working as an assistant nurse at the SAN until I can get a full-time job. Looking for a place that would be suitable for me, preferably a granny flat or room & bathroom to myself.
I am a friendly working professional who is looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to live. I love film and TV and I'm just as happy to socialise and hang out as I am to chill by myself. I don't smoke or have any pets.
Either looking to share a modern 2 bedroom flat with someone or a 3 bedroom and both use the 2nd bedroom as a study/home office. I have until Feb 23 to find another place, but might just find a place and offer the spare bedroom between then. Minimum of 2 bathrooms so we can have one each. Preferably share with other full-time workers of any age. Budget is approximate + expenses. Happy find a place where I pay higher %age rent for Master Bed + Garage I'm a full-time Finance/IT professional, been in my current place by myself for 13 years. Unfortunately Landlord needs his place for his Son and I can't find a new place for the same rent so looking to teamup. Somewhere less than 10 mins walk to a train station. As I've been living by myself I have furnishings and house stuff for everything except a 2nd bedroom - washing machine, couches, cooking, home entertainment etc. (open to sharing an existing place but I have a lot of stuff, so need more than just a bedroom - minimum of off street parking plus secure storage for my bike and car things). I'm nice, friendly, easy-going, non-smoker, non-drinker, and vegetarian (I don't care if you're not :)). I'm clean, but far from fussy about things. I just need to sleep at night - so expect people to be respectful of noise late at night. Don't mind people coming over but I'm not a huge party person. Non-smokers only please. I'm not around much most weekends. I spend more time editing photos in my personal time (part-time photography business) than anything else, intertwined between cycling, guitars, gym, motorbikes and race cars.
appreciate other peoples space.not a party animal or smoker but do enjoy an occasional drink mostly spending time with my 2 year old black Labrador.he is house trained and is very lovable and sociable he just loves to lots of attention then he goes and does his own thing. we are looking for a house or townhouse with a small yard prefer fully fenced but do have a4mx4m pen lockable.thanks stuart and finnley
