I'm about to commence my Masters of Teaching (Secondary) at University full-time as of next year and am currently working three casual jobs (administrative in an emergency department, hospitality in a local vegetarian whole food cafe and tutoring several high school students) which keeps me relatively busy, where I work around 6 days a week between them. I am a lover of the outdoors, enjoy the beach & swimming, hiking, socialising and spending time with my friends, being creative and enjoy going to the gym each morning - so I would definitely say I'm an early riser, as I love to get out and make the most of the day! I am a very clean and tidy individual and am respectful of others belongings and space, I would say I'm neither introverted nor extroverted, but a nice medium in-between where I prefer to chat and socialise with others but highly value my alone time as well, so hopefully moving in with like-minded individuals would be beneficial for all. I would ultimately love to move in with a group of people who love having fun, work hard, love life & would be open to forming a good friendship with myself and have the occasional drink or meal together.
Hi guys, my name is Tom and i am currently a full time uni student looking for somewhere to live for the next year or so while i finish the last year of my degree. I also pretty much work full time with two jobs on the side which keeps me pretty busy. I'm a laid back and easy going person who is clean, tidy and social. I get along well with others and am always down for a catch up. In my downtime i enjoy spending time outdoors and am generally out of the house hanging out with friends or my girlfriend Alex. Alex is easy to get along with like me and generally sleeps over a couple of nights each week. If you want to know anything else send me a message and i'll be happy to help.
Hi, I'm Eliza, I'm from the Coffs Coast and I'm a history major at Newcastle uni. I love to read and listen to music and I have a little pomeranian chihuahua named Burgie that I'm hoping to be able to bring with me to live in Newcastle. I'm looking for a quiet, non-party place that's pet friendly.
I'm a full-time master student at the University of Newcastle. Social and friendly. Most importantly respectful. I'm looking for a tidy and friendly house to feel like a home. I do care about cleaning, so I'm looking for a clean place.
Hi, I'm haylee I work part-time at KFC, my partner works full-time at Frost. I'm from a Ukrainian background so food and cooking is a must for me! I'm looking for 1-2 bedrooms either shared accomadation or not.
hello everyone. im 26 and im looking into moving back into the Newcastle region. i have a history of living in shared accommodation so i know the basic rules and respect for each other in the home. ive shared with both friends in the past and people of another nationality and culture all together so i can be very open minded to others opinions and thoughts without coming to a feud about it. im quite clean and spend most of my time in my own little space. i spend most of my time playing online games with a bit of other offline nerdy activities. however, i can also be quite social and hold a conversation and overall a friendly person to get along with. i do not drink, i do not smoke, i do not party. but im ok with others having these traits in moderation. if you have any further questions feel free to ask, im always ok with it :D
Looking for a place that allows me to get a cat (my current place doesn't)! I'm pretty quiet and am neat in the common area. I wash my plates and dishes immediately, and promise to not leave a mess! I'm currently studying medicine, so I'll probably be busy and all, but won't mind hanging out and watch a movie and stuff!
Hi! I'm a 29 year old phd student from Romania. I' ve been in Australia for a little less than two years. I'm warm and social (except in the morning before i have my coffee). I love having chats on any topic (philosophy, trump, the best dishwasher soap... you name it), being goofy, occasional dinner parties, going to the beach, dancing salsa, traveling and of course banter. I'm a huge movie buff and a pretentious jazz listener. On top of my research scholarship, I work as an academic staff member at UoN and a few other small part time jobs. I'm looking for a nice place relatively close to the university of newcastle, callaghan campus, to share with a few fun, social, clean people. Hope to meet you soon! Thanks Cheers Andrei
I’m a 4th year medical student on placement at the John Hunter hospital - I’m looking for a friendly and clean housemate who’s happy to be separate when we’re busy but also enjoys a bit of fun! I have family in Sydney so go back most weekends.
Hi. I work part-time at Subway and am studying CERT III in Management and Leadership. I play video games and animate for fun :) (A LOT) I am easy to get along with, very open minded, fun and respectful.
21 years old, I have recently become straight edge (no smoking or drugs, occasional drinker since the 1st of Nov) for my own health and fitness goals, I love the gym and play multiple instruments with my main being guitar. Looking to move asap as I am sick of living with too many people at any given time in a halfway home setup, where people do not know how to clean up after themselves or manage their finances effectively (I am a tenant here with 4 other housemates and 2 couch surfers). I am a cleaner at Coles so you can expect me to leave no mess and have the place spotless. You can also expect that I will keep to myself mostly, like I'm not even there, unless you're after more of a social household, I'm flexible on that front. That said, I have strong communication skills and am a very upfront person, so I talk about things that are on my mind so that everyone understands how I feel about stuff, good or bad. I'm happy to make friends if there are common interests, have no problem if there aren't. End of the day I'm just after a quieter household with more responsible people. Cheers!
Hi! I am Katty 21, turning 22 in January, moving to Newcastle to start my university journey! I am from Sydney so will need to find some beautiful people to share a home with. I am neat, friendly, social and love to have a few drinks on the weekend! I will be at Uni so not too much partying .. hopefully! I do also enjoy alone time and doing things alone! I love drawing and pottery. I am clean and respectful and would expect the same from the people i live with! I want housemates that make home life easy and comfortable! I am looking to move beginning of January to be settled before start of Uni :) Send me a message if you have a place free from January onward, or are looking to team up and find a place together! Look forward to hearing from you!!!
Easy going relaxed person :) very reliable and love socialising , I enjoy reading, listening to music and going to the beach or gym. I work full time mostly afternoon shifts , and very respectful of others personal space , I’m also a animal lover if you have any furry friends even better 😊🐶
Hi, my name is Emily and I am currently studying Primary Teaching at UoN. I am looking to find a place to live in Newcastle as I am from the country. I am flexible in regard to location as long as it is within a reasonable distance from the uni. Hoping to meet some new people and make some new friends but I am also respectful of personal space and enjoy my downtime. In my free time, I enjoy being creative, playing netball, reading and going to the beach among other things. I am very clean, respectful and easy to live with. Hoping to move in around early to mid-February and looking to share with females only.
!!EDIT: Please contact me ASAP if you are interested in teaming up (especially if you are a nerd too!)! Have a group interested!! Hi, my name is Madeline and I am 21 year old student studying a English degree at the University of Newcastle. I am currently living on campus, but I'm from Killarney Vale on the central coast. I'm a bit of a nerd, and love video games, dungeons and dragons and other nerdy adventures. When I'm not studying or working, I'm usually playing video games, writing and going to the movies. I'm a clean and considerate person, and like having a tidy space to live in. I love to get to know other people, but understand when people need their own space. I am currently working on a casual basis at Woolworths, but will be starting a full-time early education traineeship starting in January 2019. I am also receiving max rates for centerlink benefits so payment would be no issue. I would love flatmates who enjoy being social with one another, but also understand when I need some time to myself. I love pets, and would have no issue whatsoever with living with pets. I would prefer to live in a house that doesn't engage in weekly parties, but I do occasionally like get-togethers and a big party. Please do not hesitate to contact me so we can chat and meet up! I'm also interested in team ups so just let me know.
Currently studying Radiation Therapy at the University of Newcastle as a full-time student. I work part-time in retail and also as a nanny. Looking for a place with preferably female residents only.

3rd year Pharmacy student at UoN and work part time at a pharmacy. Quite busy with work and uni so enjoy my quiet time. But still enjoy being social on weekends - beach, going for food, a few drinks and what not. Looking for a homely place with friendly and easy going roommates.
I am looking for some share accommodation around the newcastle area. I get along with most people and love to have pets around. I am way past the party animal stage. These days prefer a relaxed time. Enjoy a social drink and meal and really enjoy having a chat. I am house trained and prefer to keep things clean and tidy
Hi! We are moving back from the UK to start at UON 2019 and are looking for a room in a share house or to meet some people and hunt for a place together. We are both friendly and easygoing and hope to find somewhere social where we respect each others space but also have the occasional drinks/dinner together! 😁
Currently in the Navy but transitioning up to Newcastle to study a Bachelor of Computer Science full time at UON. 24 year old Male who generally keeps to himself, can cook is neat and tidy Enjoy being a nerd and also go to the gym 5-6 times a week so i'm a sucker for the meal prep Sunday. Currently don't have work lined up but have enough savings to get by until I secure one. I love animals and I have 2 indoor rescued tabby cats that keep to themselves generally besides their feeding time when they act like starving children. I don't mind other pets my cats are used to small dogs as well as other cats. Looking to hopefully find someone to move into a new place for around 12 months until my partner moves up. I have majority of household items; TV, couch, fridge, washing machine, table, kitchen utensils e.x.t.
Hi, I am looking to move back to Newcastle. I will most likely be unemployed for a week or two when I move. ALWAYS make sure my bills are paid on time if not early. my landlord has described me as 'The best tenant ever!' my dog is a 5 year old fully house trained Pomeranian cross
Hi there, I am looking to move to Newcastle in the new year and will be needing a place to live, preferably more than just a house but a home. I am able to transfer with my current job so I will be working almost immediately of moving to Newy. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education - The Early Years at the University of Wollongong, however I will be switching to the University of Newcastle to study nursing. I'd be looking to move in the first couple weeks of January. Would be a bonus is the room is partly furnished i.e. a queen sized bed but not fussed. I love the beach and catching up with friends mainly. I don't party a lot but am out of the house quite a bit. I'm a chilled, clean person and easy to get along with. I don't have any fur babies but would be a bonus if my future housemates did. I'm not picky on which suburb of Newcastle I live in as long as it's a nice neighbourhood...
