Hi! My name's Matt, I'm a sales support engineer working for a multinational company based out of Brookvale, and am looking to move closer to work. I love to cook, I like having company but also like having time to myself. I'm an avid gamer, builder/maker, and am handy on the tools, I work pretty sociable hours (8.30-4.30 M-F). I have a partner, but she and I aren't looking to move in quite yet, so she would only really be looking to stay over on weekends or the occasional week night. I'm clean, polite, sociable, handy and always on time with bills and expenses. Ideally looking for someone with a good NBN connection, I've been stuck with rubbish internet for the last 3 years! I have a bunch of streaming accounts that I'm happy to set up, I own a projector which is currently unused and happy to set up in a living room. I need a small amount of shed or garage space, to hold a few boxes and a spare mattress, but the majority of my stuff will fit in my room. I work from home some weekends, as I run my own design contracting company. I enjoy gardening and growing edible food, so anywhere with a bit of space for some potted or planted plants would be great!
Looking for a happy home with like minded people. I like to have a chat and a laugh, and I love plants in the house, (I'm a florist). Music is also one of my favourite things. I'm definitely a creative person and I feel that the home should look nice not just somewhere to sleep and eat. Well travelled, into different cultures and interesting things!
Hey! I'm Jaden, I'm currently living in Newcastle and am moving to the Northern beaches with work and to be closer to friends. I'll be working full time at Warringah mall so most of my days are spent out of the house. I'm a relatively clean person and keep any untidiness to my own space. I'm a big fan of the clean as you go method and would love to find people similar. I have my own mini fridge too so space won't be an issue, I'm also vegetarian if that's at all relevant. I also have a cat, he's a 4 year old ragdoll cross and is generally pretty anxious as cats go. He has a big automatic self cleaning litter box and automatic feeder so he doesn't cause much trouble (or smells!) and keeps out of the way. If he doesn't fit in with the house he can easily stay with my brother so no stress. I'm pretty easygoing and friendly and definitely wanna be sociable with the people I live with, but I also know how to respect people's space. As long as we can communicate and work out anything that bothers us I'm happy!
Hi ! I am a French student and I will work as an intern at the Water Research Lab in Manly Vale untill July 19th. But I want to take the most of my free time to discover Sydney, and to surf the best waves of the Australian East Cost ! I just want some mates who are planning to enjoy their time in Australia too !
Your average 20 year old needing a room! I work full time at the Telstra Store down at Warringah Mall (days range but 5 days a week regardless) and work a couple evenings at my local RSL behind the bar. I am a respectable personality who is not only looking for a place to call home but also make some epic friends along the way. I have gown up Local to the Northern Beaches and don’t want to flee this beautiful area just yet! On my weekends you’ll often find me out with mates and having a laugh, enjoying my day off by the beach or organising my next week. I’d love to hear from you! Cheers, Cal 😊
Hey everyone, I'm Kati from Germany and I got to Australia a little over 1.5 years ago and absolutely love living here! I'm studying Early Childhood Education and Care and work as a nanny. So lots of time is spend working and studying but if I have free time I love to go to the beach and be outside, go swimming, read, music, cook and be with friends. I'm very used to living together with others as I either lived with my own family, hostfamilies or flatmates so I'm very respectful and adaptive of others. I'm a clean and tidy person and like to be organised. I'm very open-minded, easy-going and friendly and am now looking for some nice flatmates to live with.
Hi, my name is Kveta and I'm from the Czech Republic. I was a clerk in my country. Now I'm studying at language school in Manly. I'm clean, tidy and non-smoker. I like traveling and walking.
I am a social, carefree and fun kiwi looking to live with like-minded and tidy people! Enjoy a drink on the weekends but looking for the right balance as I work full time Monday to Friday plus I am starting part-time study starting early Feb. Would be ideal to flat with people in my age group (22-35) who have a similar lifestyle to me!
Hi Everybody! I am na easy-going, relaxed, open-minded, cheerful and tidy girl from Europe (Poland), who wants to study (business related studies) and work in Australia. I have decided to come to Sydney to study, enjoy the beautiful nature (beaches, ocean), meet positive and energetic people, learn to make the best coffee in the world :) & get the ‚know-how’ of opening and having my own cafe/coffee shop. I am going to spend the majority of time outisde the house because of studies & work. During the weekday evenings I am hoping to rest at home, however at the weekends it would be great to spend some time together, but not a must. If you have a room available from 4th, January, please just let me know. I am already in Sydney, being able to meet and get to know each other a bit :) cheers, Anna!
Hi, My name is Brad and I’m a neat and tidy 31 year old male looking to move closer to the city. I work full time Monday to Friday in North Sydney. I have a 5 year old Labrador (Carlos) and due to having a pet I’m happy to pay more than the person I team up with to ensure my pet is accommodated for. I lead a active lifestyle, enjoy the gym and beach, also don’t mind a G&T on the weekend.

We are clean, optimistic and respectful folks, who enjoy sport and good food. We don't like parties and we are no smokers. Our budget is max. $400 per/week. Let us know. John + Niky
Hi Guys! Born and raised sydney-sider, looking for the next place to call home. Currently working as a Vet Nurse on the Northern Beaches, and will be bringing my main man Chip (dog) with me wherever I go. He's house trained, barely barks and has had rental referrals before - most of the time he sleeps all day. He's just as friendly as I am (if not more) and will be sure to win you over. During the week after work you’ll find me exercising with chip, or enjoying a glass of wine. I'm a fairly tidy individual, and happy to do my share of the house work. Cool with whatever - if you like your space totally fine but ideally would like someone who occasionally is down for a chat. On the weekends I love getting outdoors - to the beach, out on the paddle board or for a hike and if I'm not doing any of those you'll probably find me visiting friends or visiting the family down the south coast. Message me for any room availabilities or teamups ✌️
Tazmin - I am an easygoing 23 year old girl from Finland (Swedish speaking) who just started studying marketing in the city. I have been living in Sydney for a year now, and was previously on a working holiday visa. I like to be social and spend time with friends and go to the beach when I am not working or studying. I am currently living in the eastern suburbs but would be keen to leave Bondi and try out the northern beaches instead. Alva - I am Tazmins cousin and I am 24 years old. I recently finished my bachelor degree in Finland and have now just arrived to Sydney on my first working holiday visa. I am planning on finding a job and living in Sydney and Australia for a year. In my spare time I like to catch up with friends, go to the gym (occasionally) and explore new places.
Hey mate, I'm Will, 24 and an engineer from Manchester, UK. Just arrived in Sydney for work and looking for somewhere permanent in the Eastern Suburbs/Bondi or Manly area (somewhere near the beach). I'm laid back, tidy, easy going, like to stay active, surf and chill. Looking for like-minded people to share a house and a few beers with.
My name is clare. A postgraduate psychology student who loves health, fitness and meeting new people. I've just started a new position with Northern Sydney Local Health District and will be working part-time across a number of different hospital sites. I'm friendly, social and house trained haha (just to clarify...I love cooking, am tidy and respectful of other flatmates & more than happy to help with cleaning etc). I always enjoy meeting new people but also respect other peoples space and privacy (we all need our down time to recharge!). I don't smoke but do enjoy a cheeky drink on the weekend. I'm looking for a property that has it's own ensuite/bathroom and although I love animals I'm allergic to cats. I enjoy the movies, theatre, fitness and experiencing different cuisines/restaurants in Sydney, in fact I'm hoping that whoever I end up living with would become a lifelong friend. P.s unfortunately due to work issues, I've had to postpone my move date, although I still welcome any interest. Clare x
