I'm a self-employed photographer, which means I work from home or a cafe quite a lot. I'm currently living at home in Northcote, but I'm looking for a place to make my own, with like-minded others that I can come home and have a G&T with and brainstorm/vent about business and life. Things you should know: Strong latte no sugar - a real no bullshit coffee order I'm one of those guys with the modified cars - don't hold it against me I don't go out much to party these days, but when I do I usually end up significantly drunker than I think I am I have a lot of shit; Camera equipment and the likes, so I'm chasing a big space I love playing music out loud - mainly house and disco, during the day as I work. Not a shit bloke - at least that's what Mum tells me
Hey there, I am a 28 year old hairdresser working in richmond. I am at work alot of the time and enjoy a glass of wine and some netflix when i get home after a long day. I am neat and tidy and am looking for a chill housemate i can have the occasional drink and also respect eachothers privacy.
cheers mates, i'm maggie, 26, from italy! i live in melbourne now since 4 months in a hostel but i think now it is time to get my own room!:) i'm pastry chef, i love to cook, sitting together and having good conversation. feel free to text me:)
Easy going, work full-time as a sales manager for the solar company Smart Energy Group which means I also sit appointments morning to late evening so won't be there much at all during daytime hours so shouldn't be getting in anyones way, like a social beer on the weekend and I fly up to our other offices some weekends. Im hygienic and like my surroundings clean, own a laptop and iPad so I tend to just watch programs on there rather than use the television living rooms. My cooking skills are very limited so I usually eat out every night or maybe use the microwave on occasions so you won't have to worry about the kitchen being taken up and lots of cleaning ect. I like to make the most of my weekend time off by shopping for designer clothes or heading out to socialise. I go to the gym also 3-4 times a week so I try to keep active, along with playing tennis or golf...open to a tennis challenger ! Yeah Im a young lad but have a lot of responsibilities so I won't play up at all. A new place would be preferred whether that means renovated or modern, Open to all offers!
Hi guys, My name is Sunanda. I am a recent graduate in IT. I have been in Australia for almost two years now and willing to extend my stay further. I work part-time. I am a social, tidy and outgoing person. I love watching series, reading novels, cooking, hang out with friends. Usually not too much of a party person but would not mind joining in if having one. enjoy having a meal or drink sometimes. I do understand the importance of having personal space among ppl. Looking forward to having meeting if u guys have something. Cheers.
I have been flat sharing with others for the past 10 years, I am a very good housemate, considerate, clean, quiet, pays rent on time, I am fun to hang out with and also happy to stay quietly in my room. I am a working professional, very driven, active. I go to gym a few times weekly and join online meet up groups for events and activities. Generally a happy easy going Chinese girl and love living in Melbourne.
I have a 7 month old poodle/golden retriever cross. He's well mannered and probably the most interesting thing about me. I'm a working professional with a regular routine of gym/work/dog walks/cooking/repeat. I dont smoke, don't do drugs but love good food and good wine. I'm an extroverted introvert - I love great conversation but also really enjoy my quiet time. If I'm sometimes quiet it has nothing to do with you! But I wouldn't fare well with a roommate that never enjoys silence.
Self proclaimed funny man (sometimes) who likes to keep their own space clean. Big fan of movie nights and wine time with my friends. Currently working part-time in Maribrynong (Bunnings hell ye) and looking to move closer some time next year.
Originally from New Zealand I have just moved to Melbourne and am looking for a room in a friendly and relaxed share house. I have several friends living in Melbourne already, I am social and outgoing, love a chill vibe at home but enjoy a few wines on the weekend. I love meeting new people and would be great to meet flatmates who can become friends! I have spent the last year living in New York working in the fashion industry, I am clean and pet friendly.
I'm an easy going person as well as I am neat and organized. I'm a Registered Nurse and does shift work and loves a good laugh. I'm moving interstate from Sydney to Melbourne and l do love to run, do yoga and pilates. My idea of a weekend is to chill out, meet friends at a cafe and have good coffee.
I'm a 26 female from Hong Kong. I'm a friendly, cheerful and clean person. I'm going to study in a culinary school so I may spend most of the time in the kitchen practising my culinary skills. I would like to prepare meals for my flatmates if they like. I will be quite busy on my studies and part time. But I would also like to spend time with my flatmates for a lovely dinner or movie when they are free.
Hi everyone :) My name is Antoni, 33 yo from Spain that works and enjoying the Aussie life mixing it up with spark of my own culture, so I love to have nice and good meals between friends, also with a nice glass of wine. I am very tidy and clean person, always think order and clean shows quality. I work as a senior interior designer for a joinery company base in Derrimut, and I hate to be on traffic, so I am looking somewhere in the Western suburbs, but as close as possible to the city. Hope we can arrange a meeting and live together
Hey, Bit about me. I work 8-5 in the city in the finance department of a recruitment company. I'm active and exercise daily. When I’m home I’ll tend to be pretty chilled out, will spend most of my time unwinding from a long day with some TV and a nice meal, and maybe a cheeky red or beer. Fairly clean, have lived in share houses before so I know the drill. Looking for a place where I can have a beer and call my flatmates Friends. I can be counted on to pull my weight with communal cleaning and pay rent/bills on time. Cheers for listening, Josh.
My partner Laura and I are looking for a room to rent in the inner north. We are both youth workers (for the council and in youth homelessness) and enjoy being close to good food, art and music. We love to travel and like to do this regularly. We are both from Melbourne (born and bred)!!
I'm a student (working part-time as a barista at the same time). I'm very quiet and respectful of other people's spaces. I tidy and clean up after myself. I like to binge watch TV shows, sleep, or go out with my friends when I'm free. Oh also, I'm kind of addicted to online shopping, but don't worry I pick them up at Parcel Lockers.
Hi! My name is Ella-Paris, I'm originally from Queensland but moved to Melbourne 7 months ago! I've just started my own marketing business, it's early days so I do have another job at a popular pub in Richmond. I'm also studying at RMIT full time! I'm quite a busy bee so on my days off I'm either having a quiet one, relaxing and catching up on missed sleep or exploring Melbourne and what it has to offer! I'm a trustworthy and mature young adult, I love watching the footy (AFL strictly!), having a beer and a chat so having a housemate/s that can join is a bonus! I'm NOT a hermit but I do enjoy my own space! *Don't be scared of my age, I'm an old soul and often am told I sound 30 years old! Looking forward to hearing from you! Ella-Paris
Hi! My name’s Olga, I am a nurse at the Royal Melbourne Hospital ED. I am usually working and if I am ever home I am pretty easy going and flexible. Hello! My name is Hus (Moose with a H) Currently live in Seddon, have lived around the area my whole life and love it. My current lease ends on the 7th of October however, I am able to move earlier if needed. I am an extremely sociable person, who enjoys a good chat, and I come from a turkish family... So you know I love my food. I work full-time as a barista/jaffels maker in the city. You will find me thoughtful and considerate of others. My friends and family mean the world to me. I thoroughly enjoy working in teams and sharing good humor. I enjoy games and anime (maybe an understatement), and always happy to nerd out with others. Although I am very sociable, I also enjoy my own down time (I won't be living in your pocket). I go out for lunches and coffee dates with friends almost every chance I get. I pride myself on my ability to keep things neat and tidy (but don't worry, unless you're a total mess you won't get complaints from me). I always pay rent and bills on time and respect people's space. No Doubt. If you would like to know anything else, please don't hesitate to message me back. Thanks! Hus
My name is Alex. I’m an art therapist/Artist from Sydney, but have lived in a Melbourne for 6 years. I work as an art therapist and support worker. I also work casually at T2 (the tea store) so I have LOTS of tea for my new home. I enjoy keeping active and spending time with mates on the weekends, but would also love a place where I can occasionally share meals and have chats with my housemates. I love going to try new cafes or restaurants in melb, and I’m always up for going to see some live music. I’m clean and respect my sharehomes and communicate well with my housemates. Would love to contribute to making a nice home, rather than just a place to sleep!
I recently moved to Melbourne from Auckland for work (in the city), so far I've fallen in love with a lot of what Melbourne has to offer - cafes, culture, hikes. I love movies (Star Wars of course) and keeping active, playing social basketball and volleyball after work during the week.
