Hi All! Im a friendly, easygoing 19 year old moving to Melbourne from Newcastle to become a student at SAE doing a Bachelor of Film. I'm into art, fashion, Drama, Film, music, basically anything creative :) I'm a people person, I'm tidy and well kept and I love a good chat. When I start studying I'll be at uni three days a week, and the other days I will be doing barista work or waitressing. I'm always up for fun and having few drinks every now and then, but at the same time I like my down time watching Netflix and painting or cooking. Im looking to move into a place any time from the 26th, the day I fly to Melbourne, and I'm hoping to find friendly, like minded people and a relaxed, chill environment. Thanks for taking the time to check me out! :)
studying, working, previous experience in a share house, looking for a room early-mid Feb- ideally looking for an unfurnished room, looking to make a house a home- currently spending Uni holidays with my family in Byron and working over the holidays- I'm tidy and responsible, enjoy a nice cold bevvy after a hard days work (or any Ol' day) I'm an op-shop addict, love some good tunes and come with a megaboom, mad baking/dinner skillz and make a meaannn margarita. Feel free to shoot me a message or ask any questions- Thanks, Dayna. X
Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a 26 year old British female who has recently moved to Melbourne. I’m a friendly, outgoing and happy person who is super clean and easy to live with. I enjoy socialising but by no means a party animal who will keep you up to all hours! I love a glass of wine and a good chat but also a quiet night in with a movie. I love spending time with people but also feel the need for and respect personal space. As a fitness instructor and PE teacher I’m particularly into health and fitness, so enjoy an active lifestyle and keeping busy. With that in mind, I’m a keen cook, who loves to share and cook meals for friends and flat mates. I am available for viewings at any time and can move in immediately.
Hi! I'm Jilly, originally from the UK, recently moved to Melbourne to work as a doctor. I lived in New Zealand last year and love to travel. I am an easy going, very sociable person who loves a chat over a glass of wine at the end of the day. I am looking forward to seeing what Melbourne has to offer and exploring the city! I am hoping to live with other working professionals, who are perhaps also new to the city and keen to hang out together. I'd love to live with people I can call 'friends' and not just 'flatmates'. Happy to sign up for 3-6 months with a view to extending if it works out well.
Hi there! I'm a friendly Irish girl. Very considerate of those I live with and clean. Always up for a chat in the evening but also like my own space. Love meeting new people and doing new things and going out at the weekends 😊
I am clean, tidy, friendly and kind! I love cooking and am happy to partake in house meals. I like to keep myself busy, and would love to have a place that is quite sociable, to sit and chat away and chill with housemates in the evenings and weekends! I like to stay active and explore Melbourne and the surrounding areas! I have moved over to Melbourne for a 9 month placement at the Florey Institute as part of my degree back at the University of Manchester in the UK. I don't smoke, and have lived in shared accommodation for the past 3 years.
I'm fun and love to socialise. I'm a very gay person, and quite flamboyant. I love to go out and have a drink. I'm always down to just hang out and do day activities. I clean up after myself, and I also can be quite independent. I'm looking to either find a place with someone or to move in. I need to find somewhere within the next 3-4 weeks so if we can meet up and discuss matters ASAP that would be great!
Hey! We are a couple from UK/Thailand, we are here on working holidays and looking for a place near to Melbourne CBD - where we are also both looking for employment! We are friendly and tidy :)
Just down to earth Tassie chicks seeking a fun yet chilled space that is close to the University of Melbourne and other funky suburbs. We are all full time uni students about to begin our second year. The three of us are always keen to explore this buzzing metropolis and all it has to offer. We like to think of ourselves as fairly arty farty, outdoorsy and open minded peeps, accepting of all walks of life. Love a laugh and party but also very conscientious with our studies, eager to work hard and achieve good results at uni.
Hi, my name is Harry. I am 23, and work freelance as a designer and run a start-up business with my dad. I'm a super relaxed, open minded and accepting of all people whom do the same to me. I have lived in many share houses before, both in Australia and overseas and understand the importance of pulling one's weight in the house and keeping tidy. Typically you'll find me relaxing, working on my computer and listening to some tunes or possibly out and about cycling/skating. I'm hoping to find a good balance of a communal/social household where I can hang out and have a drink with my house mates. Any more questions please feel free to fire away. Cheers!
I'm a french guy studying in Melbourne. I've been living in shared houses/appartements ever since I started studying and it was always a great experience. Since I've arrived at the end of my previous lease, I'm looking for a new place! I'm a quiet person, but I enjoy to socialize and meet new people. I have plenty of hobbies and I drink socially . I don't smoke .
I am a clean, tidy person who is very happy to help out with any chores that need to be done. I have lived in a tiny Japanese apartment for a year and so have no problem living with not much space to breathe.
My name is Laura, I just finished off a Master of Social Work. I've been living in the Brunswick area for the past four years and would love to stay around town. Like a true Northsider, my main form of transportation is my trusty bicycle. Although I do have a car! I am a domestic goddess due to my many years in hospo, I knew the motto of "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean" would come in handy one day. I am vegetarian. I work full time in Brunswick. Warning: I have an addiction to house plants and love a good garden. I enjoy reading, pot luck dinners and live music. I love getting outdoors and am a keen hiker. I'm also a diver.
We are two fun Dutch girls planning to find full time work for the last three months of our visa in Melbourne. We are not a couple, but looking to share a room to save money. We are great at cooking and chilling out and enjoying a good time with friends/housemates. Easy going, social and clean. We don't have too many wishes for a house just a nice enough place in a nice area with some good people. We have both traveled a lot and lived in different places around the world. We'd love to share stories, do a little yoga, go outdoors and drink coffee (we are very excited for Melbourne). If you have a good place for us on offer let us know!
We're looking for 2 separate rooms in a share house or some people to apply with us! My name is Ally, I'm 21. Originally from mid-north coast in NSW. I've just finished my 3rd year of studying social work. I transferred to Vic Uni last year from QLD and am back again this year to continue my studies. I work part-time at uni as a mentor. In my spare time I play soccer (same team as Gabby), binge netflix, pretend I'm good at cooking and love a good dance.. especially at live music! My names Gabrielle, I'm 23 and about to start post grad med at Melbourne Uni. I play soccer and binge watch dog videos on Facebook in my spare time. I'm looking for a chill house with people who are up for the occasional wine and dine. Hit us up if you want to know some more info!
Australian/Samoan emerging visual artist/activist and hospitality veteran currently based in Canberra. Moving back to Melbourne to complete art projects and settle back 'home' after a year long break. Looking to settle in by end of Jan to sometime in February as my deadline. I am a minimalist with a very large winter wardrobe. I try my best with cook books and don't watch that much television as I prefer to binge a season in one night, hopefully. I adore animals and lucky enough I don't have any allergies of any sort. Phew. I am a domestic freak and respect cleaning duties of all sorts and respect and abide privacy or house rules. I do spend most of my time outdoors- either indulging myself at a quiet cafe', at the movies watching everything from Cannes Film Festival (and waiting on GOT sad face), gallery/festival visits, socialising with coffee in hand and trying something obscurely different that is slightly extreme. I am very friendly and love to engage with fellow roommates and local community. My transportation is my wee car vehicle and stallion bicycle with many scars. I am adventurous, hard-working and open minded individual who pretty much pushes her interests too the limit. I do quite a bit of art making at home and do not require much space and produce little mess and disturbance. I am also a dance performer and admire art in every expressive form. I am closely connected with my cultural heritage and engage strongly with cultural activities and community groups. My previous house sharing experience, I have always been efficient, loyal, supportive, understanding and fun to have. I had a care-free yet structured lifestyle with little to no partying in me. I'm looking for a place that I can call home with vibrant individuals to share cherishable moments with. Look forward to connecting with you soon.
Hi there! I'm a 20 year old student studying accounting at RMIT and working part time at Coles. Im neat, tidy and respect people's space. I mind my own business but am always down for a brewski and a chat. Also i absolutely love cats and dogs!! Preferably looking to move in with uni students but i'm not too fussed.
Hey Guys, Kiwi boy here with a friendly & fun spirit. I love Music, Fitness, Cooking, hanging out and having a good laugh. I'm a very respectful, clean and social Flatmate. Looking for a Queen size room in a sharehouse with clean and friendly people :) 20's-early 30's
heya! Im currently working in a shabby pizza shop to pay the bills, whilst studying conservation. I spend my time reading, listening to my endless list of musical greats, doing various things in the bush, rarely finishing my latest arts and crafts venture, op-shopping, riding my bike around town and generally being a bit of a goof. I eat a vegan diet, and find a great sense of restfulness when cooking up something gooood. Looking for a home around the north- west suburbs, and am hopeful in settling in a positive environment full of continuous growth and learning :) I tend to take things pretty easy, and believe myself to be relatively understanding of others. Hit me up if you think i'd fit in with the gig you got going!
We are both cordial and easy going people, who love to cook and occasionally socialize. Being hygienic is an important factor for us as it ensures that we respect and appreciate the place we are residing in. We don't smoke and we are a low key couple.
