Hi there! My name is Alyssa. I'm 29 and work full time as a speech pathologist. I am currently overseas but will be new to Melbourne come 28 July! I am from the U.S and grew up in the Pacific Northwest near Seattle, Washington (so spent much of my childhood camping, hiking, and exploring the great outdoors!). I am looking for a bright, clean, and inviting space to call home. Outside of work I like to stay active with yoga, walking (or anything outdoors really) and/or going to the gym. As a housemate, I am friendly, clean, responsible, and respectful of other people's space and privacy. I am social and enjoy hanging out with my housemates (always up for the occasional chat, going out to eat/to the pub, drinking wine on the couch, Netflix binges, etc.), but also value my alone time. Hoping to find a housemate with similar interests. If you feel we would be a good fit, let me know!
Hey, I'm Ryshae and am currently working part-time and studying a bachelors of IT. I'm a friendly and respectful person, I love water sports or spending my free time on my PC. I've moved to Melbourne from the Gold Coast to study at RMIT in the city and I'm just looking for a place I can call home and focus on my studies. Please feel free to get in touch with me and perhaps organise a meeting
Im new to melbourne!! Full time graduate architecture student Open minded, relaxed and respectful. Enjoy having long conversations but also respect your privacy. Happy to get to know your place and become your new flatmate I speak spanish english and portuguese.
Hey! We are a French couple looking for a nice place to live in Melbourne. We both work a lot so we prefer a quiet and tidy place to live, but we also would enjoy housemates/flatmates with whom we could have a nice time. We like watching movies, cooking, chatting around a hot/cold drink, playing boardgames and pets! We also love outdoors activities, bbq and exploring. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question, we will be glad to have a chat with you! See ya! Roxane and Francois
I am usually a social person, and I come home to recharge. I like keeping pot-plants alive and I don't mind living with dogs or cats. I like to talk about world events. I try to frequent art galleries, the theatre and the cinema to watch foreign films. I enjoy getting out of the house and being active. I like to ride my bicycle often. I also do yoga, and attend my local climbing gym (in the absence of a proper crag) regularly. When I can get out of the city, I like to go hiking. I try to cook healthy food, and I also love buckwheat pancakes with coffee from a French press for breakfast on a semi-regular basis. I am sort of a vegan. I am not going to preach to you about this, but I will say the smell of bacon makes me ill. I drink more tea and coffee rather than alcohol because I hate hangovers. Sometimes, I will have a glass of red wine though.
I'm Sarah, and here is a little about me...I'm 29, and moved to Melbourne from Sydney a few months ago (but originally from the UK). I'm very chilled out, enjoy going to yoga or the gym most days and I'm always going to different cafes (addicted to coffee!). I like anything outdoors and fitness related but also love a glass of red and some salsa dancing! I'm clean, tidy and very respectful living in a house with others :) I'm studying Teaching part time and I'm working in Marketing for a property firm.
Hi there! I am appropriately friendly and clean. I enjoy a good chat and a couple drinks with my housemate(s) while I also enjoy staying in my room watching Netflix or listening to music. Hit me up if I'm the one you are looking for. ;)
I'm 28 and work in Communications in Southbank, with pretty standard work hours - 8:30 - 5:30ish. I'm pretty active and ride my bike just about everywhere + am out a few nights a week playing futsal. Love music/going to gigs, cooking (I just made some pasta from scratch and it was actually ok!), reading and travelling. I like to socialise/hang out, but I'm also pretty happy just chilling and doing my own thing.
Hi there potential new housemates :) I am super chilled and laid back, generally keep to myself and will respect your space. I'm so quiet you might not even notice that I am around. I like to keep tidy and more than happy to help around the house and I love to cook too and share my food! If I am not working or socialising, I like to go away on adventures such as camping/hiking/beach. Pls message me and I look forward to meeting you!
Hi Guys, Very very tidy and tend to keep to myself but am looking to flat with fun and friendly people who are always down for casual brews, kitchen experiments and dog videos. Also if you love houseplants then please hit me up as I am trying to improve my houseplant survival rate. I'm a 22 year old recent graduate ( BEng(hons)) intending to move to Melbourne to pursue a second degree. Recently spent a year working in Wellington, NZ as a research scientist and part time bartender. Will be studying full-time and working part time so looking for a private room reasonably long term.
Hi everyone, I'm Thomas, 28 Kiwi been living in Melbourne since October 2017. Working full time as a sales consultant in the city. I'm pretty active in terms of going to the gym and playing basketball. Not too shabby in the kitchen and very respectful of space and cleanliness. Not a massive party guy but keen for a wine or two! I'm a singer song writer / guitarist as well that gigs around the place so I guess that makes me semi interesting haha Looking for a nice space to call home :)
keywords: Belgium, scientist, travelling, sports, happy Hi hi, my name is Niké. I am just (like... today!) graduated as a Bio-engineer at Ghent University in Belgium. I can call myself a city girl, growing up in the beautiful Medieval city of Ghent, although I love to fly away from time to time. I love to discover all corners of the world, with my backpack/dog/bike/tent/hitchiking... So when adventure is calling, I must go. :) Apart from travelling, as my education explains, I like to play with human cells, experimenting on them to find new therapies for human diseases. In short, I am a scientist. An internship in at CSIRO is what calls me to Melbourne - for me, the other side of the world! I have lived in Norway in a share house in the woods by the campus and I loved it! Although I am a bad cook, I always have a positive vibe, never sick and always keen for new adventures. I am pretty clean (although sometimes I like to play in the dirt ;p) an tidy. As long as I can do sports, run, swim and dance, I am happy. :) My spirit is that you can do anything - absolutely anything - that you wish for. As long as you really want it, you will achieve your goals! This is my religion. ;) My life goal is to live fully, make people happy (including myself) and to make earth a better place. Thats me in *hum* short. Nice to meet you!
Hi guys, my name is Brendan and I'm looking for somewhere to live in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. I'm pretty busy at the moment and keep to myself but am happy to be social if that's the vibe of the house. I'm a professional musician and am moving to Melbourne to further my career. I'm fine with noise, don't mind if people party and will cope with pretty much any type of person or behaviour. I'm into all types of music (Elliott Smith, Jeff Buckley, Phoenix, The Beatles, Crowded House, Erik Satie, Debussy, Something for Kate, Neil young...etc) , literature (Hunter S Thompson, Truman Capote, Cormac McCarthy), film (Dr Strangelove, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Goodfellas, Star Wars), art/photography, my blue heeler Jimi (staying with family) and eating good food. You'll find me a pretty chill housemate who keeps clean, does his share and won't be late with rent. I'm also a former chef so I love sharing my passion for food with those who are interested and contributing to shared meals. I'm 32 but happily fit in with people of any age, in any case I'd love to come and meet you guys to see if you'd find me a good fit. Hope to hear from you soon, Brendan.

I've got a Working Holiday Visa and I arrived in Melbourne in February after a trip in New Caledonia, and Amsterdam just before where I stayed a year. I travelled the East cost already until Cairns and I just think Melbourne is the best. I like it there and I’m done staying at the hostel. Love the vibes but I would love some privacy and comfort. Hi, I am a new student from Pakistan and starting my Masters in Electrical Engineering at University of Melbourne next week. I am looking for a place to stay during my semester here in Melbourne preferably close to the city for easy commute. I like my privacy and prefer my living space clean and tidy. I also cook 3-4 times a week, so if the place has microwave, oven, stove it would really help. I am friendly and would like a cozy place to call home and friendly roommates to consider family. I am looking to lease it till the end of November and extend it hopefully unless I have travel plans. Cheers, Faraz
