Hey, I'm Eesh, I moved to Melbourne a year and half ago spontaneously from London. I love it here and plan on staying for a while. I'm very friendly, sociable, super clean and tidy. I'm known for being a big foodie and a bit of a whizz in the kitchen so you're in for some good feeds living with me! I like to keep things clean and tidy so I'll always wipe down the kitchen counter after I've used it. I work full-time for an advertising agency in South Melbourne and have a pretty busy work/life schedule working Mon-Fri. I'm looking to live in a home opposed to a house with no soul. I want to live with sociable housemates who are happy to hang out occasionally. I enjoy a night out, film nights, beach days, keeping fit, travelling, dancing, dinner parties and BBQ's and of course - vino! Equally, I really enjoy my 'me' time and am very respectful of personal space and privacy. Not looking for a party house either, I want my home to be a home. Drop me a line if you have a room going and feel I'd be a good roomie :-) Cheers, Eesh
I'm a Personal Assistant who works hard and is clean, tidy, considerate, quiet and self contained. I like to talk about life, cook vegetarian food and enjoy a glass of good red, but I'm not really a TV or loud music person. I'm looking for a quiet home. I work long hours, and am pretty quiet when I get home, but am usually up for a chat too. I respect my flatmates and like to give everyone the space they need. Looking for female flatmates who are in their 30's (or older) and work too. Not so fussed about location (north preferably) as the right house and people are more important. I love reading, walking, yoga and write a bit in my spare time.
I'm a working professional from the UK Who's just arrived in Melbourne so looking to explore the area and meet new people. I'm a tidy and respectful housemate looking for a home not just a room to crash! In my spare time I enjoy swimming and being out with friends but equally enjoy a glass of wine, a take-away and a catch up with housemates on the sofa! If you have something suitable please feel free to contact me. I'm currently staying in a north Melbourne with friends so available to move immediately. Budget is $250pw max (inc bills)
I'm very easy going, love a laugh and am very young at heart. Although I am retired, I'm very active given I swim or cycle 5 days a week and I also love to party with my friends. I follow the Saints in the AFL and the Boston Celtics in the NBA. I'm a pretty fair cook, am neat and tidy and am considerate of other people, especially in a share household. I practice mindful meditation most mornings and evenings and I think I'd fit seamlessly into most households. Why don't you try me out or maybe ask to interview me? 🤓 (I wear glasses. Lol)
Hey, My names Eliza. I'm a student in Brisbane studying business and law but have deferred this semester to work and live the remainder of the year in Melbourne! Very relaxed kind of girl, love to explore and socialise but appreciate my own time too!
I'm a 25 year old Kiwi lad who's just moved to Melbourne. I'm about to start a new job in the city and am after somewhere to hang my hat. I'm a very tidy and respectful housemate and like reading and going out for the occasional drink in my off time.
Hey! I am just about to graduate from Deakin University Burwood and I'd love to move closer to the city before I commence my practical legal training. I am a really social person, but also respective of peoples space. I consider myself to be quite a tidy and positive person, with a great sense of humour. I also have lots of interests from politics to football and everything in between. I hope to find a room in a share house with cool people. Looking at moving mid to late October. Please let me know if you might have a room available! Cheers.
Hi! I'm 27, originally from Brisbane. I moved to Melbourne last year for work (I work full-time in research at Uni Melb). Have been living on my own so far but looking to move into the right share place to save some money and meet some new people. I tend to be quite active and out-doorsy. Throughout the week I tend to be out and about a lot (Jogging, bouldering, hanging out in coffee shops) and am always keen to try new things and get outside the city. I'm a pretty tidy person, and tend to be an early riser. I like my space, but would love to live in a place with a friendly vibe, and people who enjoy a chat or Netflix session throughout the week. I don't have any pets but am nuts for dogs so massive bonus if you have a friendly dog around! My budget is anywhere from $200-$350, just depending on the place. Would prefer somewhere with at least 2 other people. I'd need a few weeks notice (preferably at least 3) to wrap up my current lease. Am open to getting together with the right people to start a new place as well. Please get in touch if you think we'd be a good fit!
Hi there! I'm free in endly and easy going - seeking a room with air conditioning/cooling and parking (on or off street). I am very clean, tidy and zero drama. Currently studying an MBA (almost finished!) and about about to return to working full time. Need to leave my current apartment in Elsternwick as the landlord wants to move in :( I am eager to move asap but can stay in my current place until first week if October if necessary. Seeking a room with space for my desk as I often have to do alot of study in the evenings. I have a fridge and washing machine I purchased only 2 months ago plus a couch and other furniture. Will either sell or put in storage if my new place doesn't have space for it.
Hey! I'm a full-time employed part-time student studying biomedicine and exercise science (1 more year to go!) which keeps me pretty occupied Mon-Sat. When I get some free time I love heading out to the you yangs, the beach or anywhere outside if the suns shining! Sundays are usually a nice chill homely day with catching up on some study, brunch out somewhere nice and watching the footy if there's a good game on! I'm a big sports fan (NBA and AFL) but I definitely am not a fanatic you'll find kitted out in gear on the couch every Saturday (unless Richmond/OKC make the finals). I enjoy reading a great book, I'm slowly working towards a nice collection which will be coming along with me. I love a great binge on TV shows too (Friends, GOT, Suits & the list goes on) I guess what you get from me as a housemate is someone who's relaxed, clean, reliable, not home too often mon-fri! Only thing I'd really love is an ensuite/own bathroom! Feel free to give me a call/text to chat anymore. Cheers, James
Hi there! I'm a friendly, respectful, easy going 24 year old looking for a room to rent. I'm clean and tidy and I love to cook. I work full time and like to socialise with my friends on the weekend. I'm an open minded and social person, but I also really enjoy my own space as I'm sure you do too! I would be happy with the occasional drinks, dinner or night out with my potential new roommates!
Hey! I'm Lawrence. I'm from Hobart, now studying Screenwriting at VCA in the CBD. I'm tidy and quiet, but lots of fun. I like to cook and have a drink after work/uni/day off. I like my own space to do some uni work, but love to hang out as well. I work at a bottleshop which means the occasional cheap drinks, which is a big plus. Other than that I like football (soccer), writing, and weird movies. If you're still not sold, check out these testimonies from other people when I asked them what I'm like to live with! "Shut up, I'm watching this." -Narran, former housemate "Sorry, what did you say?" -Sam, current housemate "I've never lived with you, mate." -Nick, employer "I love you." -My mum, former housemate.
Hi there! :-) I am a 25 year old Norwegian who just moved to Melbourne to do one semester of my masters in economics and business administration at the University Of Melbourne. I'm really sociable and I would love to find a place to live with like-minded people. I love to travel, explore new things and get to know new people. I'm a tidy person who is used to living with other people and respect my roommates. I'm always up for fun and I would say that I'm an easy going person. I am interested in finding roommates who would like to make dinner together from time to time, go out to grab a beer or a cup of coffee, or just chill out. If you need a new roommate and think that I could fit in I would love to hear from you :-)
Hello! :) I'm Daniel moving from the sunny Gold coast to Melbourne's and looking at moving in with a clean person who ideally loves a healthy lifestyle. I prefer to move in with a chick as they are normally cleaner (sorry guys) however open to all suggestions😀 I don't party but don't mind a good chat at the best of times🤗 You'll find me normally working, training or studying (Parmedical science). Available now Any questions ask 😀
Hi! I'm on working holiday from the USA and am looking forward to moving to Melbourne! I recently graduated from college where I lived with a variety of roommates, so I'm used to shared spaces and can get along well with others. :) I plan on working full time but still want to go on adventures and see the city.
Hello all, A 21 years old Aussie looking for a place to move into hopefully sometime within the next two weeks. I am currently residing in St Kilda East but looking for a clean and slightly quieter place to transition to. I'm looking for a place that is relatively relaxed on weeknights but totally happy for some rowdiness on the weekends. My rent max is 250p/w including bills!.. would be fab :) I'm your gal for a weekend coffee and brunch, I'm down for house family fun nights, movie night, game nights, party nights. I'm in search for a comfortable place where people communicate and live as a little family home rather than just a house. Looking for a place where I can relate to housemates, have a chat and call a place a home for a while. I love animals so bonus if you have or allow animals, if not that's cool too because I don't own any and do spend some time volunteering with animals. I currently work Monday-Friday full-time hours in South Yarra and study Vet Nursing part time online mostly. I am still relatively new to Melbourne and love adventuring out seeing all the city has to offer. As summer is rolling around, it would be fab to find some house mates that enjoy getting outdoors in the sun and water. Please feel free to hit me up if you have a young 20's - 30's household in need of a clean, respectful, easy-going, fun, young, independent white woman. I love you all! Stay groovy, Alesia :) P.S. Furnished would be ideal, though could make unfurnished work for the right place as there are plenty of groovy op shops and people to buy from around.
Hiya Im Ally! Im employed full time, so therefore im usually out of home at around 6 and home by 7 to also include some gym time! Quite a low key girl, nothing like a sunday brunch followed by the football. Always up for a chat
My name is Alice and me and my housemate Charlotte are looking to move to South Yarra/Prahran/Richmond area mid November when our current rent runs out. We are both 22 and studying! We're both from Tassie and have been living in Melbourne in shared accommodation for 3 years (which also means we come with almost all furniture for common areas!). We love just hanging out but also going on a night out every now and then! We are both clean and like to hang out but respect everyones space. Unfortunately Charlotte is allergic to almost every pet so we can't have any pets in the house. We are looking for someone to sign onto at least a year long contract, max of about $230 a week and right near a train station. If any of this sounds like it would suit you, send us a message!
I'm pretty laid back as a housemate. I like living with people I get along with, people who treat housemates like they would family and are considerate - i.e. no labelling stuff in the fridge, not into the hostel vibe for a long term arrangement. I work FT and study com/law part time, volunteer quite a bit. I'm pretty social too and occasionally would have friends over.
Hi, I'm a full-time student and a Vietnamese who is friendly, clean and tidy. Most of the time I will spend for study, free time I play game or reading book. Looking forward to sharing house or room with some nice fellows. Thanks
Hi! My name is Melissa, I'm 23 years old and currently live in the Netherlands. I'm in Melbourne to do an internship in the Royal Children's Hospital. Here I will be working full-time (9 to 5) until the 1st of December. I am looking for a place to stay during my time in Melbourne. I am looking for a clean place to unwind after a long day of work. Usually I keep to myself however I am also open to having diner together with flatmates once in a while and doing some fun activities in the weekends.
