We are sri lankan family with having one little boy. (2 years old) We will arrive to Melbourne for my studies and my spouse will work full time. We are honest people looking for suitable place to us on February 2019 onwards.
Hi there! Pretty cool Sri Lankan here; I'm a Masters student at RMIT looking for a decent place to settle in. Employed as an electrical engineer for four years in the middle east. I'm respectful, clean, friendly and a simple guy, easy to live with. Just busy doing my thing and good at networking... :) Please feel free to call me for a chat. Cheers, Minura.
I was born in Melbourne, Australia but lived in the UK for 14 years. I'm a very quiet, chilled out guy. I adore film and particularly world cinema. I am 21-years-old, have travelled a lot and lived in quite a few countries. My favourite thing to do in the evening at home is to watch Netflix with my headphones on but I love going out and socialising too. I want to live in a quiet household where everyone is friendly and we all respect each other's personal space. Up until three weeks ago, I was a landlord looking after my parents' flat in Edinburgh. I shared with a really nice guy who was 32. We lived really well together. He was studying, so I made sure I was quiet and respected him and his quiet time. He was the same with me. I am looking for a job in Melbourne and will probably study too, but I can self-fund a flat share for quite a while, certainly until I get work. I hope you will consider me. Thank you. Tali
Hey everyone! I am looking for a furnished private room to rent for a long term stay. Or at the very least a bed and BIR (a desk would be awesome too lol). Preferably in Brunswick, Ascot Vale, St Kilda, South Yarra, Elwood or anywhere that’s less than an hour from Southbank via public transport. Also, internet is a must! I arrive in Melbourne on the 13th of September and hope to move in as soon as I arrive. My budget is $700pcm, but of course the lower the better. 😬 A little bit about myself: I am an international student from Singapore, mid-20s and I will be studying Filmmaking this coming September. I like to spend my free time watching movies, sports and exploring new places with my camera(be it cool hipster cafes or jungle trekking). I'm pretty chill and sociable, some say funny but that's up to you to decide 😉. I don’t consider myself as a party person but I do enjoy music festivals and a few drinks every now and then. I'm respectful and tidy therefore I pay bills on time and clean up after myself. I’m also LGBTQ friendly and I don’t mind pets at all. 😬🐒 Now, as I am still in Singapore, I am not able to do a viewing in person. But I'm totally down for a video call interview/viewing if you are open to that idea. 😃 Cheers, Jerry 🤙🏼 :)
I’m born and raised in Melbourne and I work in the CBD at a cafe as the manager/barista. Something people I live with like is that I’m super tidy. I actually enjoy cleaning. I find it therapeutic and often will just clean to wind down lol. I like to sit and read outside or draw at the kitchen table. Sometimes have a beer or two but also enjoy relaxing in my room watching a movie. I love the beach, parks, the sun, bike riding, cooking and music. I’m reliable, fun, kind and am always 100% respectful of all other individuals in the house. I do have a dog. He’s a kelpie x blue heeler. We are pretty inseparable. He’s very independent though. Knows all his commands and loves people. He is always down to kick it next to you or listen to you tell him about you day. Fully house trained, does not bite, very good listener. Only thing is he barks at doorbells/when someone knocks.
I’m clean & will respect your personal space & privacy. I have been up and down interstate & am now looking for a place for a min of 1 month stay until I move into my own place. (PREF: Student accomodation / studio) I will be working full time, as I have been self employed. If sharing, If Sharing then FEMALES ONLY plz. Im not into home parties, & I like to spend most of my time in my room listening to music.
I am very outgoing and love meeting new people. I'm very organised with my stuff, and I'm very particular about keeping the house tidy. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with. I'd be more than happy to help with house chores. Also, I'm a musician, so you can ask me to play you a song anytime, haha!
I'm from NZ, moved to Melbourne 5 years ago. Working 4 days a week in the CBD. I like to keep shared areas clean and tidy. I've been flatting for over 10 years now so I have a lot of experience and have always gotten along with my flatmates. I generally like to do my own thing, but I'm always happy to have a chat when possible and eat a meal/watch something together occasionally.
22 year old extremely easy-going, respectful female currently completing a Bachelor of Paramedicine part-time at Uni and working as a nanny and at a Gym for work. Absolutely love going out/staying in with friends for drinks and a dance, very friendly and always up for a chat and meeting new people.
Looking for a place ASAP, preferably a private room. Born in QLD but been living in Ballarat/Melbourne for the past 6 years. I have deferred chiropractics for next year and am currently working in the CBD. I'm friendly, polite, and easy to get along with. I clean up after myself and am considerate of others and their space.
Hey! My name is Tatiana. I'm a 22 year old student from Perth, studying a BA/BS double degree at Swinburne. I also work part-time as a bartender at a strip club. My hobbies include seeing films at Cinema Nova, watching NBA games, going to the NGV, and listening to all kinds of music (particularly rap, alt rock, punk and metal), amongst other things! I'm quite reserved and generally will keep to myself, however I don't mind occasionally socialising. Ideally, I would like to have friends over now and then, and do not mind if my roommates have friends over or want to throw the occasional party etc. I'm quite clean, and would like to have a cleaning roster in place. It's important to note that because of my job, I'm a bit of a night owl and will be coming home from work around 4-8 am. Smokers do not bother me at all, and I'm very LGBT+ friendly! My move in date is super flexible, I'm simply hoping to be out of my current residence by the end of the year. Thanks for taking your time to read my post, I look forward to hearing from you!
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and clean all the time. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it.
I'm a social person, easy to get along with. I'm respectful of others space and belongings. I'm clean and tidy with a relaxed and laid-back attitude. Outgoing with a sense of humour. I work in hospitality so my work hours tend be a bit unorthodox. I'm from New Zealand, currently travelling around Vietnam and I'm moving to Melbourne on the 22nd.
Hey there. We are Ben and Toni and we are a pair of teachers from the UK, currently heading to Melbourne for the second half(ish) of our working holiday visas. We’ve both lived with a range of different people and think we’re both pretty adaptable and genuinely easy to get along with. We are always clean (especially because we’ve both lived with “those people” who aren’t) and we love to cook! Often we’ll keep ourselves to ourselves, but we also really love to chat (especially Ben who can talk for hours)! All in all, we think we’re pretty easy to live with and will hopefully help to make wherever we live a happy place (super cheesy, I know)!
I am a tidy, respectful and positive lawyer. I am also studying my masters. I love to have a laugh and enjoy getting to know people. I like to be social. I also enjoy some quiet time reading, cooking or watching movies. In my free time I love trying new restaraunts, cafes and bars. I go to the gym most evenings.
I'm a tall positive guy from the Netherlands (BFG) and got sponsored by a company in the Albert Park area. Here in Melbourne to have a great time next to a serious (working) live. I'm looking for a house that consists of the perfect balance between working and partying. Poking each other for a drink when it's time for drinking and supporting each other with chores when someone is too busy. Most important thing for me is a clean house with a bunch of good people that I can call true friends after a few months of living together. I'm really looking for that long stay and I never want to leave this place again feeling :) Hopefully you got the perfect option for me! Don't be scared to drop a message and lets have a chat! Stay awesome

Like sports, meeting new people and doing different and new activities.
Hi! My name is Teana and I can't wait to move to Melbourne in September as I have always loved the culture and liveliness there. I'm neat and tidy, always pick up after myself and be aware, if I start cleaning, I can't stop! I am a make-up artist and I love all things beauty related. I will be working part-time so in my spare time I would like to go out to eat or meet up with friends. If I don't head out then I'll put on a TV show and just eat a whole lotta snacksss. #snacks4lyfe
