Hello! My name is Duong, or you can call me Louise ;) I’m currently pursuing my MBA degree at RMIT Uni City Campus, so I would like to find a sweet and cozy home near by. I’m a friendly and social person who love having a chat, but also enjoying my own time and happily respect yours. I spend most of my time outside the house, either studying or working part-time. In my free time, I love to binge Netflix, read books and travel.
Hi I'm Michael, a 22 year old person from Ukraine. I moved to Melbourne to get Master in IT. My girlfriend will arrive in early March, so I need double room. Basically, I am looking for a room for one month or so (maximum 2) I'm pretty friendly, respectful and non-smoking person. I don't really care about the location, but not so far from Melbourne CBD
I'm pretty chill, love my down time but also love to chat. I'm a nerd and my console will travel where ever I move. I'm finally moving back to Melber after finishing my degree. Food is life and I love to explore for the perfect insta-worthy meals.
Hey there! :) I’ve just moved to Melbourne and I am looking to settle here, I am looking for a fully furnished room for around $250 with bills & wifi included somewhere close to CBD. I work full time/night shift and always work weekends. When I’m not at work I’m either writing music, painting/creating some kind of art or out with friends, (or sleeping as I do work quite a lot). I’m a really open minded human and I love a groovy chat! I look forward to hearing from you! You can contact me
Hey! I'm a warm, open minded and respectful housemate always up for a good belly laugh, house movie nights, or just chilling on my own in the hammock with a good book. Huge animal lover, so pets are a plus. Vego, but anything but preachy. Musician, but respectful of the quiet hours. Ideally I'd love to find a place with a good garden to help out in, a bath, and I'm hoping for more of a sociable, friendly household; somewhere that's not afraid to go and grab beers together sometimes, while still keeping up a healthy respect for space and privacy too. Not looking for an immediate move, but just testing out the waters, and if the shoe sounds like it fits, let me know!
Hey team - I am on the lookout for a quiet, well looked after and conveniently located house until mid year, at which point I will be departing on exchange. This is my fifth year in Melbourne and my final year of undergraduate studying art history and criminology at Unimelb. Additionally, I am currently working part time as a tutor at one of the residential colleges, teaching undergraduate art history, politics and crim. As to a bit about me, I am originally from New Zealand, where I completed high school and before that Hong Kong, where I was born. My passions are for art, film and fashion and by extension, unending appreciation for a well designed and considered space. As a flatmate I am housetrained, considerate and know well to respect the space of others, you certainly won't have to worry about bills not being paid on time nor extra mess on my behalf. I appreciate you taking the time to have a read, I am ready to move at a moments notice and always look forward to the chance to meet new people so by all means get in touch. Cheers! Nick
Hey I'm Flo and I'm a Registered Nurse from the Gold Coast (QLD). I've been living in Melbourne for just over 2 years now. I'm quite a bubbly person and I adapt well to almost all situations. When I'm not at work, I'm usually binge watching a series on Netflix, at the gym or I'm napping (nurse life). I love spending my time off exploring new places, creating things or going out for a few drinks with friends. I enjoy cooking and usually like to meal prep for the week depending on how my shifts are. I love having a chat but I also enjoy my alone time too and respect others and their needs. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me :)
Hi, I’m an easy going and relaxed second year student at Melbourne University. I’m studying classics and history. I grew up in New Zealand in the countryside so the city is very different for me. My hobbies include reading, surfing, scuba diving and basically anything outdoors. I have a passion for plants, animals and welfare. I would be looking for long term accomodation, to move as soon as possible. I will be spending my days studying, commuting to uni, surfing and making the most out of my Melbourne experience. I would be looking to live with equally as relaxed people, a chill household where we can relax, laugh and have an all round good time. Hope to meet you soon! Thank you, Ella 😁
I am an international student from Bangladesh, studying Bachelor of Commerce in the University of Melbourne. I will be starting my 3rd year. I consider myself to be tidy and organised, and an amicable person. I like to keep to myself, but I am always up for a chat. I like to hang out with friends, and watch tv shows in my free time.
I'm a 34 yr old returning to Melbourne after a year up in Sydney for work. I've always shared north side over the years and have been really lucky so far in living with friendly, social and respectful housemates - hopefully my run continues! My interests are art, camping, having drinks with mates, cycling, travel, naps and going to gigs. I work full time as a project manager and am pretty quiet during the week but like to get amongst it come weekend. I'm hoping to find somewhere nice to move in ASAP as my plans for leasing a place have fallen through and i'm currently crashing with friends/airBnBing! not the grand return i'd hoped for! If you have any questions please feel free to send me a message! Thanks, Michael
I’m Kushal, 26, from India, doing masters in Uni Melb. I am a cryptocurrency trader and do freelancing on Bitmex and Bitfinex. I have been staying with housemates for the past 11 years and I know all the nuances there are. I can move in without anyone having much to compromise. I’ve travelled about 8 countries and 5 cities (In India) and stayed at all places so I’m very accustomed to different cultures and backgrounds. I used to be a Banker at Goldman Sachs which was my previous job and I quit to pursue future studies in Melbourne. I like to keep my surroundings clean and cook my own meals and spend time at the gym apart from having a good time with my housemates. Please do let me know if you’d be interested to have me. Thank You, Kushal Shrimankar
I am a working 31 year old female. I am awaiting my transfer information as to exactly what suburb I'll be working in, but I work as an optical dispenser for OPSM. I'm a relatively quiet person, I love to spend my downtime veging on the couch with netflix or a book, or out running around with my dog. He's a rescue who is 6, and I've had him since 12 weeks. He's not a barker, is very obedient and a sook. He'll smooch up for a pat whenever he can, but is more than happy to snooze outside in the sun. He doesn't dig or chew, and can come with references from real estates and previous housemates. I'm a little bit introverted, but I am down for a chat any time. I'm looking for a sort of quiet place, as I am a really light sleeper. I'm always happy to DD, I have always received my entire bond back. I’m looking for somewhere quiet and smoke free. I love video games, I love sport, I’m down for Netflix nights and live music whenever I can find it. I currently live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, but will be relocating to Melbourne early April.
I am an 23 years old international student from Denmark doing my Masters at VU. I am a well behaved, friendly and very talkative person. I like to cook and be social around the dinner table as well over a coffee at home or somewhere els. I am studying exercise science and I live a healthy lifestyle, but I do like a beer or 5 now and then. I also like to live in a clean apartment and I don't smoke!
Hi I am working f/t in a change managment project to the west of Melbourne's CBD so am seeking a quiet and calm home space until the end of September (~6 months) when project comes to an end. I'm easy going, independent, tidy and repectful of people's space and property. Happy to share meals together now and then but equally as happy to do my own thing!
Hi, we're Joe and Jack, two 22 year old friends looking for a long term place in Melbourne. We're looking for two available rooms, or a possible lease transfer. Happy to move in right away but are flexible. Both of us are arts orientated, open-minded, and social guys. Really clean and considerate in shared areas. I (Jack) have just come back to Australia after living in Tokyo for a year. This is the last year of my bachelor's degree in Japanese. I play music and do recording. Joe is currently working part-time as a landscape gardener. We're into music, films, reading, video games and gardening around the house.
I'm a relaxed, easy going guy who gets along with everyone and likes being around people. Here's a bit about myself: I've just finished off a course in nursing and want to be a mental health nurse in the future. I won't be going straight into mental health nursing. I want a break to relax and earn some money so I'll continue at my currently job, were I am already working 4-5 days a week part-time/fulltime. I enjoy socialising and having a beer with friends and new mates and also love a kickback watching some tv and having a laugh at the couples on married at first sight (this level of comedy can’t be scripted), Netflix is a close second. I'm also currently living in a share house
Hi my name is Oliver, I am originally from China, moved to Canada and lived there for 7 years until recently. Moved here to Melbourne in feb for a full-time Masters degree in urban planning at university of Melbourne. I am a tidy person, easy going, respectful. I am not big on parties, but when I do have one, it’s always a good time. Planning to find a part-time job as soon as I settle down in the city. I speak fluent English and Mandarin, as well as some French. I love coffee, I'm funny and open-minded, any topics related to cities, history and geography. Hit me up, in need of a place to live in because school is starting soon!
Hi all, I'm Tom a recent graduate engineer, working full time in the city. I'm easy going, open minded and a non-smoker. I enjoy running/walking outside, and am always up for outdoor activities (as long as I have time). Furthermore I enjoy having a drink of coffee or a pint down the pub and enjoy relaxing at home reading/watching TV. I am generally fairly neat and will keep any mess restricted to my room, I don't have any pets but am more than happy if you have a pet dog/cat/lizard. I'm looking for a clean and neat place with friendly and social housemates or to start up a share house with someone else. I'm ready to move in as within the next two weeks if possible but don't mind waiting a while. Don't care about gender. Car parking is ideal but not necessary. I hope to hear from you soon.
We are a couple from Poland in our late 20's:). We are looking for a room ASAP but we can wait a little bit because we really care to find a friendly house. We are both students and part-time workers and we want to stay in Melbourne at least 4-5 months at least. I think we are very easy- going, open minded and respectful people. We have never had problems with paying bills etc. Best, Wojtek and Dominika
