Hello, my name is Taycian. I am looking for a lovely place to live in the north suburbs for myself and my charmer of a scruffy little doggy Mingus. I work full time as a Social Worker at the Royal Women's Hospital. I love my job and chatting to all different types of people. I stay pretty busy and get pretty excited about seeing Bands, an odd vino or two out on the town with pals, doing some twists and bends in the odd yoga class and getting stuck into a good book. I have also been known to whip up some culinary treats in the kitch. I think it's so great to have a share house where roomies can share a meal and a chat and have a good chuckle from time to time. I am a respectful housemate, have good boundaries, generally adult pretty well and I am tidy and considerate. My little dude Mingus is a small, white rescue pooch. He is very house trained and I would bet my left arm that he will live his life and never chew up a stray shoe. Ming's a quiet and friendly guy who has seemed to charm the pants of every past roommate I have come across. If we sound like we would be a good match, feel free to send me a message. I am available to move into a new house any time!
Hi! Im 28 years old from Sweden. Working within retail on Bourke St. For the moment I live in a house with two friends in Windsor, but the lease is ending and I need to find a new place. I'm a person who likes my home tidy and clean. I don't spend much time at home but when I do I like it pretty quiet, and its important to respect each others privacy. I'm looking for a furnished room, or a furnished 2 bedroom apartment. If u found me interesting, please let me know if I can come for an inspection. Best regards zozo
Hi my name is Courtney! Currently living in Melbourne in a share house but have to move out by early July. Pride myself on keeping a clean home and being easy going. I'm pretty much always chilled, very hard to piss off and try to make life easier for everyone by trying to get along no matter what :) Please don't hesitate to send me a message! Hopefully, with your help, I can find my new home!
We are two friends - Brazilian an Italian - searching for a place to stay until the end of January. We both are easy going, very clear, very friendly, we love to have nice chats and dinners together :)
Hi! We are Sam and Brylee. Here are just a few of the many reasons why we would make great housemates: 1) We are the prefect amount of interested in all things fun and adventurous, not so interested that we are obsessive and not so disinterested that we don't enjoy exploring new things! 2) We're outdoorsy people, often we go out in the evenings for a nice walk around the city and we head out on camping adventures regularly, which means the house will be empty some weekends. 3) We both have a very easy going approach to life and a great sense of humour. We have the worlds greatest cat!! She is super friendly and cute. We'd love to hear from anyone who's interested in living with us. We can grab a coffee or have a chat over the phone - However you prefer. Looking forward to meeting you, our future housemates!! :)
Hello! My name is Daisy, I'm looking for a room for my pet dog and I in a professional, friendly, clean and cool place in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. I work as Creative Director of a national campaign by Australia's largest youth-led non-profit organisation. I'm busy and driven, and have lots of hobbies like jogging, listening to a million podcasts, making snacks, going to gigs and festivals and drinking a lot of coffee. I'm looking to join or start a sharehouse with like minded, professional and good people! I am real tidy, come with some fancy candles, and like having a relaxed home environment where there's open communication and everyone will laugh at my jokes. I like having a chat over dinner or discussing events and ideas, but I am a little introverted so sometimes I'm quiet! Now the deal breaker - my dog is called Sophie, she's a foxhound (large beagle) and is a beautiful cutie pie. She's a largely outside dog, so I'd love a backyard, but she does lounge about inside with me when I'm home. I'm hoping to live with dog lovers! I'm a responsible pet owner engaged with making sure she is absolutely no burden on the house or housemates. I have a VERY good vaccuum cleaner for pet hair. Please contact me if you think it would be a good fit!
Hello everyone! My name is Ehsan (persian) and I am 27 year old professional working as a web developer at CHE proximity, close to Chapel Street. Hey! My name is Kul originally from the UK, have been living in Australia for 4 years, love it here, wouldn't be anywhere else! I work in IT Recruitment, love what I do for a living. I am easy going, social, outgoing, but also like 'me' time. I enjoy cooking, reading and hot yoga. I am looking for a great housemate, where we don't just live together but we enjoy hanging out occasionally too.
I am easy going (I think) and since I will be studying, I won't be loud and disruptive. I also am a people person and enjoy socializing a lot. However It is worth noting that I won't be staying in a house with animals due to strong allergies. Thanks for your time and consideration. Alex
I am an 18 year old looking for a fun house or flat to share with some new housemates😊 I love being around people but also like being independent and am often at work and uni so won't be at home too much I adore music and am studying a bachelor of applied music performance, however I am a vocalist so you won't have to put up with loud trumpet noises in the middle of the night ( not that there is anything wrong with trumpets ) On top of my obsession with music I love to cook and am currently working as an assistant chef and love cooking for other people
Hi, I'm Hati. I'm a 30+ professional, currently living in Southbank, however I'm looking to move north side to be closer to work (and better cafes). I work in a creative industry, and work the standard mon-fri, 9-6, so tend to stay fairly low key during the week. Weekends usually sees me out and about catching up with friends or family, however I am known to binge watch the odd netflix series if the weather calls for it. I am looking for a house that is social, yet where everyone is still fairly independent. Happy to share the occasional dinner or glass of wine, however also understand the need for personal space. I consider myself fairly easy going, and like to keep my home environment clean and tidy, but I'm not a neat freak. I also do have some furniture that I can bring with me if needed (or else happy to store). This includes a 6-8 seater dining table and storage buffet (timber), six dining stools (cheap ikea, and also double as side tables), front loader washing machine (1.5yrs old), the usual odd assortment of kitchen wares, and a couple of indoor plants.
Hello ! My name is Hélène, I just arrived from France the 25/04. I plan to stay six months minimum in Melbourne and I will work (paid internship) full-time. I see myself as a very easy going person, friendly and very respectful. I plan to visit the city and its surroundings a lot and of course, I would love to exchange and share a meal (with wine and cheese !) as this is why I travel in the first place. Hope to meet you soon ! Hélène
Hi, I am Janet. I am currently studying in Master of Animations in RMIT. And I am looking for a new place in August. I have lived in Brisbane for 6 years and worked as a motion graphics designer for 5 years. And I just moved to Melbourne last February and enjoy my student life in Melbourne. I am a person like quiet and prefer personal space. Based on my background, I like design, art, and movies but also enjoy outdoor activities such as cycling and running. From my experience with sharing houses with other people, I have been a head-tenant before and know how to be a tidy share mate and maintain house clean. And most of my previous housemates are my good friends. I am looking for a place which can let me settle down and can move in in August, and also can enjoy the culture in Melbourne.
Hello! We're a couple, in our late 30s, currently living in Fairfield. We like eating out, the cinema, going to concerts, cycling, and travelling. We're easy going, quiet and tidy. We have excellent references from previous rentals.
I'm collaborative, friendly and like a laugh. I've got diverse interests from music, to art to Physics and Web design. I work as a contract Digital Marketer to big brands and small. I'd prefer to live with some people that I can be friends with, regardless of any testy moments we may have. I enjoy a wine with friends and flatmates but also some privacy. Please get in touch. Very best to you ! Mark
Heyy, I am a pretty outgoing guy that that works hard and enjoys socialising on the weekends. I am clean, tidy and respectful of other people. I have just been trekking in Nepal for the last month and now back in Melbourne to find a good crew to live with. I'm looking for like minded people that enjoy the occasional drink with their housemates. I'm a site manager for a construction company that mainly focuses on apartment developments. I really enjoy my work.
I'm a clean and tidy invidiaul who is easy-going and friendly. I respect personal boundaries and space. Originally from South Korea but lived in the Philippines for 10 years. So I'm quite multicultured. Enjoy making new friends. Rather go to chill bars or pubs than loud clubs. Been working in finance for some years so I know how to manage and budget my money. Just in case you have a doubt if I overdue, don't worry. That never happened. Will be in Melbourne on 26th of April.
I'm pretty relaxed and won't be someone who's in your face. I enjoy hanging out with my housemates here and there when I'm free whether that be going out for dinner and drinks or at home chilling out watching a movie. I have an active life and keep myself quite busy through my sport, work and friends. I love surfing in the summer and going to the beach. In the winter you'll find me playing football and going to training during weeknights. I have a corporate job in the city which can be fairly demanding of my time so when I'm not at training I'll often be working until around 7ish. My friends say I'm fairly outgoing and social. But I do enjoy my own company at times. That's about me in a nutshell :)
I am a Sydney sider moving down to Melbourne for 3months for work. I work in television and will be based out of the Showgrounds, so ideally looking for something pretty close. I work fairly long hours Monday to Friday, but am very respectful of noise especially in the mornings, I love a sleep in as much as anyone though. I am a rare Sydney sider in that I love AFL and am looking forward to checking out some games whilst I'm down. Otherwise I'm clean, organised and easy going. I've lived in several shared houses, so am very aware of the different dynamics. I also have a loving partner I will be leaving in Sydney for the stay as well. She may come down to stay some weekends, if possible also. Anyway I hope you like what you read and have the perfect piece of Melbourne available for a few months. Cheers Aaron
