Start from 01/02/2018 (time is flexible) prefer a private room and roommates from different countries. I’ll study in UNIMEL (parkville campus) for master degree for two years. I'm finding a clean and tidy place which is within walking distance of the uni. I’m from China but I prefer to live with people from different countries. About myself, ordinary and a little bit boring person. Spending the most of spare time thinking about useless questions, staying alone, watching movies or reading books (topics relevant to politics, economics or psychology), but also interested in live music and sports. I'm not a totally sociable person but if you need someone to hang out for drinking, watching films or tennis games, I'd like to join. Please be free to message.

Therefore, I'm looking for a nice, comfortable, private, and convenient place for next year. I mostly wander around to find inspiration for my creative work. I am easy-going and sociable.

I've just arrived in Melbourne after traveling for the last 6 months across Asia. I'm currently working in the cbd for the government for a few months. I'm a quiet guy who goes with the flow. Up for a few drinks during the weekend or just explore the city and cool neighborhoods. I'm a keen sports fan and cyclist. I watch all sorts of tv stuff including the walking dead and suits. My Favourite food is Greek and middle eastern food (hummus is unreal) and into rock music like the black keys and artiic monkeys.
Hey my name is Thi! I'm a fresh graduate from Swinburne Uni and is now an aspiring interior architect looking for a full time job. I'm friendly and cool to be with but I'm definitely belong more on the introvert spectrum so I need lots of time to myself to recharge :) That being said, I totally understand and respect others privacy! I'm not super tidy but I can definitely do some cleaning in the house once in a while and will keep things neat in the common area :) I'm more of an indoor person as well! I also don't mind dogs or pets, in fact I would love to have them around haha
Hi there, I’m looking for a place to call home not a room to rent. I’m easygoing, always up for a friendly chat and try my best to get to know my housemate because there’s nothing worse than an awkward conversation 😬 I work full time in the financial services industry and like to come home and just switch off. I’m house trained and I like to keep everything around me clean and neat. If you’ve got any questions please don’t hesitate to ask :)
Moving to Melbourne in February to start studying at the University of Melbourne. I am from Perth, enjoy cooking, live music and various other things. Hoping to find some other people in a similar situation that may want to team up, hit me up peeps!
Hey there potential new housemate! I'm Hayley and I've just graduated from an accounting degree. I am moving in Jan 2018 from Sydney to start full-time work with NBN. I have been renting a granny flat since June 2016 so you needn't worry about someone who won't pay their bills or keep the house clean. In my free time, I love watching live music, watching crime shows and reading. I do not smoke nor do I have pets but do not mind if flatmates do. I am always up for a chat or night out but am quite happy to stay home also. Can't wait to meet you! I am only available for inspection from 24th - 28th Dec, or after Dec 29 as I am still working over the Christmas period but have a few days off. A video tour would be preferred.
I'm very open minded and easy to get along with. I work with young children so some personal attributes that come along with that is my patience, kindness, creativity (at times), spontaneity and flexibility. I'm not one to cause issues, I usually just go to work and gym and when I'm not doing that I try to socialise with friends outside of the house. My main passion is fitness, in particular, strength training and mixing in some cardio for good health. Finding a a flat mate with a similar passion/ interest would be amazing! If you like to eat relatively healthy, that's an added bonus for me because you can keep me on track with healthy eating habits. In return I can help in trying to keep you motivated to train which may mean a casual cardio adventure such as the memorial track walk. I like to keep tidy so I'm hoping to find someone that is the same. Oh and on another note, I am allergic to cats and honestly not that much of a fan. However I do like large breeds of dogs but not so much the small breeds. Anyway that's just a little about me, I'm hoping this helps so I can find a flatmate with similar traits and interests.
24 yo F, recently graduated doctor ~ 1 year ago. Have lived alone for 1 year which has been great but am looking for a bit of company, and to move somewhere closer to the city. I am clean, respectful of privacy and personal space, and friendly. I work a lot - often doing shift work - and I spend my days off out and about meeting with friends/taking day trips/brunching. Ideally looking to move in with 2-3 other people. I do have a car, and I come with a lot of my own furniture. Give me a message if I sound like what you're after in a roommate!
Personally I am pretty easy going, am Australian but have lived in the Netherlands, Oman, Scotland, France and Sweden, like music, travel, reading, vegetarian food (I don't care what you eat, though. I mean if it's really weird I might judge, but I promise I'll do it silently), podcasts, trying to keep up my French, running and entertain myself by following the trainwreck that is American politics right now. Professionally I'm an electrical engineer (but one of the ones who talks to people, I swear!) going to be working at Telstra next year - if you've had a terrible experience with them I am so sorry, please don't hold it against me! I've previously house-shared with one other person and 9 other people before so have a decent range of experience, am now looking for either a room in a household where vacuuming happens at least sometimes and people clean their dishes before leaving the kitchen, or to team up with someone and rent a place nearish the CBD. Prefer no pets with free rein of the house as sadly I have allergies.
I'm a software developer working in Docklands (not a bank, dw :-P), originally from NSW (Coffs Harbour, if you know it), and a lapsed physics major. Also, Mao (my cat) is friendly with humans and dogs (with a little coaxing). Primarily interested in a team-up with 2-3 people. Personally, I'm easy-going, tidy (shared areas, I'd be lying if I said my room was spick and span), and like music, chilling with a glass of wine and a good book, cooking, building things and watching the various social and political trainwrecks in motion (like is a strong word). I'm reasonably quiet and like a sharehouse that is too (noise after midnight on a worknight isn't ideal. Morning isn't as much of a concern, as I'm off to work pretty early). Also, bonus features: an espresso machine, Netflix subscription, pretty decent at baking.
I'm a very social, bubbly person and love meeting new people. I grew up in Country Victoria but have always loved the city. I'm great to live with because I'm easy going and always up for fun but always responsible and lead a healthy lifestyle. I work full time in a gym and I'm also a dancer so I am fairly busy. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends/family, going on road trips, going to the beach etc. If there's anything else you want to know about me, just ask :)
I'm a 24 year old professional working in data analytics full time. I'm currently looking for a place to move into in late January. I'm looking for a place in West Footscray, North Melbourne, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Yarraville, Richmond, etc. (I'm not that concerned with where, as long as closish to the city &access to public transport is around) I do contract remote book keeping on top of my full time job, so I have no problems with bills. I'm relatively quiet, although always willing to hang out with housemates. I also come with a Netflix subscription I'm willing to share. Most weekends I'm off exploring the city or trying something new (like a museum, a gallery or a cooking class).
I am a student at the Melbourne uni. I don't smoke, drink occasionally, I'm non-religious. I generally keep to myself, but love having a good time. I like to joke around, cycle, listen to music and study. I have a sweet tooth and it aches all the time so I walk around with candy... like Santa! When I'm not working, I am binging on lollies and watching movies on netflix. I am really tidy and like to keep my stuff organised.
British working trainee looking for a room around Melbourne whilst i study, gain experience and work within the Plumbing sector. Looking for neat and tidy shared Studios, Households and Flats to join or to rent private. I am an avid Gamer and Techie being so i spend a decent amount of time enjoying my hobbies so similar people are always welcomed although anyone friendly and nice to get on with is just as good, I am a quiet person but can also join in on community or group activities happily. I would prefer to be in a house without smokers (I do not smoke myself) and although i love animals/pets (My family currently owns 3 German shepherds and a Boxer) i would rather not share living accommodations with any bigger animals while living in a smaller/shared space. I will be moving on the 27th of December so i will need the accommodation on the 28th. Thanks for reading.
