Hi there, I'm reasonably new to Melbourne - having moved down from Queensland in April. I'm enjoying living in Melbourne, but need a location change to make the daily commute to my job as a management consultant in the city less of a grind. I've spent some time in Northcote, and it really appeals because of its High Street, multiple public transport options and the Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre - I like to swim! I cycle, so good access to cycle paths would be an added bonus (and a place to store my bike). Fitzroy North, Fitzroy, Collingwood and Clifton Hill are options that could work for me too. I'm looking for a share house with one or more others, professionals, late-20s to early-40s. I can make a furnished or unfurnished room work. I don't have a lot of belongings, so if you have a house that is fully kitted out and are looking for a flatmate who won't clutter your home with extra book cases (etc), we should talk. I have flexibility with my moving date, I'm after great flatmates and a place that works well for everyone. I prefer share houses to be more like a home, rather than simply a group of people who share living costs. At the same time, I value my own space and have my own interests, but it's always nice to share a meal/drink with house mates from time-to-time. I'm tidy and know how to use a vacuum cleaner and clean a shower. I enjoy exploring the outdoors and great coffee. If you have a room that you think I might be interested in, I'm keen to hear from you. All the best.
Hi my name is Tim. I’m 37 y.o. and work full-time as a physio. About me: Active, good communicator, am into being healthy, learning French & art. I would prefer to share a place with 1 to 2 other people – I’m not too concerned about age, so long as any potential housemates are mature & considerate – I can offer the same in return. I would also like a place that is clean & quiet, not too far from the city (I work in South Melbourne), and not on any major busy roads please as I am a light sleeper. I prefer the north side of Melbourne, but am also open to other central locations. I’m looking for a home – not just a place to sleep at night. I need 1 months notice prior to moving in. No commercial share houses please. Thank you

Hey Folks! I have recently moved from Sydney to Melbourne, and I am looking for a new home from the beginning of November! I'm an Irish lad, 28 years old and working with an IT Consulting company in South Bank. I am currently staying with a friend in South Yarra and have grown to really like here it so I am looking for a place to live around the South Yarra area. I'd consider myself very easy to live with. I'm clean and respectful of others peoples space but I am also quite a social fella! I'm usually pretty busy during the week with work but enjoy exploring cafes / bars at the weekend. If you have any nice spare rooms - drop me a note! :) Thanks! Ciaran
I'm a fresh off the boat, yo pro Kiwi. I'm looking for a social flat that enjoys hanging out and doing activities together. I enjoy the outdoors and hiking, and look forward to spending a lot of time on the beach over summer. A BBQ is an essential piece of equipment for any flat I live in.
Hi! My name's Kristy, I'm 24 and I'm working full time in Brunswick (on Sydney Rd) and am looking for a place, ideally close to work. I would describe myself as being an "extroverted introvert", I love socialising and going out but also really enjoy my down time. I'm really into yoga and meditation, I play a bit of guitar but probably not enough for it to be annoying to my new roomies. Although I like things being clean and tidy, I'm not crazy about it and won't lose my mind over a bit of mess. I guess I'm just pretty chill and relaxed when it comes to a lot of things and think I'd be really easy to live with. But yeah, if you want to know more or think I'd be a great fit to your household, let me know :)
I am single female, work full time in education, part time Photographer, clean and respectful of other people. Love animals. I am looking for a housemate for 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom unit in a quiet area next to public transport
I'm very friendly, considerate, respectful, and tidy. I work Monday through Friday as a Warehouse Manager in Coburg Nth, when I'm not at work I enjoy exercising, socialing, relaxing at home, and spending time with my daughter. I have my daughter who is a lovely little girl (4) that is very well disciplined and quiet, one day overnight each weekend, so would need to be in a place where that's ok for my flat mates, and also in a property/environment which is suitable to have a child around e.g not a party household.
I love balancing a clean, peaceful household with a social one as I'll be working full time but want to maintain a social life. I'm into yoga, exploring all things cultural, cooking (you'll get plenty of free meals from me) and documentaries (I'm a filmmaker). I'm English/Dutch and grew up around Africa and Asia.
Hey there, My name is Jaiden and I am 18 years of age. I have recently relocated from Qld to here in Vic to complete my plumbing apprenticeship and am looking for a room (furnished or unfurnished) to rent with a good group people or flatmate at the end of November. I don’t make a lot of money being on an apprenticeship but can afford rent at a reasonable price. About me; I’m a clean and tidy individual with respect for property of others, a non-smoker, I’m a fitness fanatic with a passion for football (all codes) I’m a very social person, I like my music (am mindful of noise level, wear ear phones most of the time anyway) and my weekend social beers. I don’t have my own car as yet so will need a place close to public transport. I can be contacted by and will reply in the evenings after work. Thanks for your time
just finished my studies and newly qualified as a Naturopath. Into sustainable, non toxic living, organic food, yoga, meditation, peace and harmony. I do eat some meat, though not a lot. Even though my full on party days are well behind me I like a little boogie now and then and still go out to gigs and pubs from time to time. Love a good laugh and I like a bit of silliness just for the sake of it. Looking for a like minded and easy going person We can possibly share cooking and shopping duties but not really fussed. Would love someone I can sit around and have a natter with over a cup of tea. I share care of my 6 year old son 50/50. So would have him several nights in the week, some weekends and school holidays. I also have an 11 year old dog (kelpie x lab x ridgeback) that I would dearly love to have with me, but I understand that this may not be possible and my ex will just have to pick up the dog care duties if it isn't. But she is great, gentle company, a great guard dog and you generally wouldn't even notice she was there.
Hey I'm Caitlin! I'm a 25 year old female who just moved here from Sydney. I work 9-5 for one of the big four banks and I have a degree in comms. I enjoy cosy nights in and also socialising with friends at pubs/bars. I'm really into fitness and I like to stay tidy and organised. Super easy going and more happy to hang out over some wine and cheese, but also respectful over other people's personal space and lifestyles.
Professional and sorted guy who is chilled and easy to live with.
Hey there, I just recently moved to Melbourne from Alaska and am looking to settle here and work in the hospitality industry. I consider myself to be very respectful of others and my housemates, chill, sociable, and well house trained. I'm also fully capable of paying rent on time. I like a wide range of music, tea, making attempts at cooking dishes outside of my skill level, and going out for drinks on the occasional evening and weekends. Generally looking to live with others who are social and like to chill together, either often you just occasionally. I can move in any time! I'm preferably looking for something longterm, but am open to subletting if it's for 3+ months. Also would prefer the room to be furnished. No share rooms please! Feel free to message me with any other questions! Cheers, Trever
hiii we're Charlie and Laura. Both work in hospitals doing radiology and nursing. Love being out and about, real social and adventurous. Even on nights in endless cups of tea, loads of food and spontaneous decisions and chilling is the one. Looking for people who also like going out, going to new things and drink tea.....lots of tea

I am 25yo fun loving girl from Finland on my working holiday year here in Australia. I am coming to Melbourne beginning of November and looking for a nice room/roomshare to live in for the coming 3-6 months. Ideally I'd like to live in a shared apartment/house with cool flatmates near the free tram zone / CBD. I enjoy hanging out with housemates but also appreciate everyone's privacy. I like to party and go out but also enjoy spending a night on the couch watching movies, cooking dinner together or just having a glass of wine spiced with good conversation. I am clean and organized and I have experience living in sharehouses. Don't hesitate to send me a message with info or questions!
I'm super clean and honestly don't spend too much time at home. Usually out exploring the city or out and about with friends. I'm from San Francisco and will be in Melbourne for another year ish. I work in hospo and enjoy yoga running exploring outside the city hiking and camping. :)
